Safety
•Ensurethatthesulkyisproperlyattachedtothe
machineandisingoodworkingorderpriortouse.
•Donottrytostabilizethemachinebyputting
yourfootontheground.Ifyoulosecontrolofthe
machine,stepoffthesulkyplatformandaway
fromthemachine.
•Donotplaceyourfeetunderthesulky.
•Whileusingthesulky,donotmovethemachine
unlessyouarestandingwithbothfeetonthe
platformandyourhandsareholdingontothe
referencebars.
•Donotoperatethemachineinreversewhile
standingontheplatform.Stepofftheplatformand
allowthesulkytorotate180degreesaroundwhile
movingthemachineinreverse.

onlyinareaswherethereissufcientclearance

Operation
WARNING
Youcouldfallofftheplatformandbeseriously
injuredduringoperation.
Donotmovethemachineforwardunlessyou
arestandingwithbothfeetontheplatform
andyourhandsareholdingontothereference
bars.Stepofftheplatformwhenmovingthe
machineinreverse.
UsingtheSulky
Stepontothesulkyplatformbeforestartingthe
machine.Usethereferencebarsonthemachineto
stabilizeyourselfwhileridingontheplatform.
Fullystopthemachineandstepofftheplatform
beforemovingthemachineinreverse.Thesulkywill
rotateforward,underthedrawbar,whenyoumovethe
machineinreverseandrotatebacktotheoperating
positionwhenyoumovethemachineforward.
UsingtheTransport
Position
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
thePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,and
movethemotion-controlleversoutwardtothe
NEUTRAL-LOCKposition.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Removethetransportpin.
4.Rotatetheplatformforwardandsecureitusing
thetransportpin(Figure6).
Note:Youcanalsomovethemachinein
reversetorotatetheplatform.

Maintenance
GreasingtheSulky
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily—Inspect
thegreasettings.
Every40hours—Greasetheplatform(grease
immediatelyaftereachwashing).
Greasetype:General-purposegrease
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
thePTO,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Cleanthegreasettingswitharag.
Note:Makesuretoscrapeanypaintoffthe
frontofthetting(s).
4.Connectagreaseguntothetting.
5.Pumpgreaseintothettingsuntilgreasebegins
tooozeoutofthebearings.
6.Wipeupanyexcessgrease.
