HOME CARE ?
Product Information
It is the smart health check system that will help check and analyse your health
by regularly collecting your measurements then give basic recommendations on
how to take care of your health. This is done by collecting data from devices such
as blood pressure monitor, blood sugar monitor, forehead thermometer, ECG
(heart rate) monitor, blood oxygen monitor and body weight and composition
monitor.

Point the device to the
forehead within a 3 cm.
Press the power button.
Choose a temperature
measurement mode.
Press the power button
again to measure the temperature.

Before taking the measurement,
sit down for at least 10 minutes to
attain your normal heart rate.

Wrap the cuff around either arm
and tighten the strap so the red tab
is on the upper arm about 2 cm
above the elbow.
Place your arm so that the device
is at the same level with your heart.
Then press the blue button at the bottom
to start taking the measurement.

Take off you r shoes
and socks before
you start weighing.

Stand on the device
to weigh.

Insert the glucose test strip
into the machine. Once the code
appears on the screen,
press the “next” button.

Next, slide the bar on the left side
of the device to release the test strip.
The result will be displayed on
the application screen.
Draw blood with a lancet needle
and touch the end of the test strip
with a drop of blood. The device screen
will show a countdown of 5 seconds.
The monitor will show the blood sugar
value. Press the “next” button.

Blood Oxygen Monitor
Turn on the Oximeter by
pressing the button once.
it will display the blood oxygen level
and pulse rate on the display screen.
(The amount of oxygen in the
blood and the pulse rate will change
over time according to the actual
of person taking the measurement).

Use one hand to hold the clamp
open with the screen side up
