Assembling the Outer Frame:
1. Once the base is assembled, build the outer frame of the airer. To do this, begin
by locating the support tubes. Slot 2 of these tubes into the corresponding
holes at the top of each base bracket, ensuring they are firmly secured into
place.
2. When the first 2 connecting tubes are firmly in place, repeat this process for
the other base bracket, until each bracket has been fitted with 2 connecting
tubes.
3. Once all 4 connecting tubes are in place, fit a horizontal connector onto each
set of tubes, ensuring it is firmly secured into place.
Note: There is no need to assemble the wings immediately when fitting the
horizontal connectors into place. The wings should be installed at a later stage in
the process.
4. Once both horizontal connectors are in place, slot 2 middle tubes into the
corresponding holes at the side of each connector, so that they connect the
2 sides together horizontally. Ensure each tube is firmly secured into place
before proceeding with assembly.
5. Repeat the above steps for the remaining tiers of the airer, until the structure
for all 3 tiers is assembled and firmly secured.
6. When the airer is fully assembled, attach a top connector to each of the 2
topmost sets of connecting tubes, ensuring it is firmly secured into place.
7. When each top connector is in place, slot a clothes hook into the
corresponding hole at the top of the connector, ensuring it is firmly secured
into place.
8. The outer structure of the appliance is now fully assembled.
Assembling the Inner Frame:
1. Once the outer structure of the appliance is assembled, put the inner frame
together to complete airer assembly. To assemble the inner section, start by
locating the screws and setting them to one side.
2. When the screws have been set aside, locate the inner tube housing sections.
Slot one of these sections into each of the protruding slots at either end of the
horizontal connectors and push them in until they slot into place.
3. Once each section of inner tube housing has been slotted into place, insert a
screw into each of the corresponding holes on the outer side of the airer. When
the screw is in place, insert one of the included nuts into the hole on the inner
side of the airer and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure that section of
inner tube housing into place.
Note: Each section of inner tube housing should still extend in and out of its slot
after the screw is tightened. If this is not the case, the section has been incorrectly
assembled, and the above process will have to be re-started from the beginning.
4. When each section of inner tube housing is correctly installed, slot one of the
12.7mm wire tubes into each of the corresponding holes on the side of that
section, so that they connect the 2 sides together horizontally. Ensure each
tube is firmly secured into place before proceeding with assembly.
5. Repeat the above steps until all 6 sections of inner tube housing are
assembled.
