1. NO VIDEO OUTPUT AFTER PROVIDING POWER
Check power supply stability
Check power supply polarity
Check video cable signal from camera to DVR using a
TRAICE CCTV tester
Test camera output directly from camera to TRAICE CCTV
tester to ensure video cable and termination is correct
2. FLOWING INTERFERENCE RIPPLES ON VIDEO OUTPUT
Caused by power supply AC ripples, change power supply
Check monitor and DVR
3. CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING VIDEO BACKGROUND
COLORS
Caused by uorescent lighting, change the lighting or
increase distance between lighting and camera
Use external synchronization on power supply
4. PICTURE SMEAR
Unstable power supply voltage, change the power supply
High impedance on cables, check cable quality and
termination

S1.3AN/20-DV is a feature-full product that adopts the latest
Sony sensor chip and driver. This camera enjoys high resolution
and real-time video capturing that is rich in colour and quality. It
is also easy to install with a built-in 3-axis adjustable lens making it
both wall mount and ceiling mount.

Please note the camera’s storage and operating temperature
Avoid using the camera in environments of very high or very
low temperatures.
The operating temperature is -30°C to +60°C
(Recommended operating temperature is -10° C to +50°C)
Never make the camera face the sun or a bright object.
Do not mount the camera near by the radiator or heater.
Do not attempt to disassemble the camera. If the camera
