perform the installation of our products. Failure to do so can possibly void any
warranty. Trask Performance reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim not
performed by a Certified Motorcycle Technician.

Hydraulic!Clutch!Cover!!
Install!Instructions!
1. Remove!stock!clutch!cover!per!factory!service!manual.!
2. Remove!clutch!push!rod!bearing!and!oil!slinger!from!transmission.!
3. Remove!retaining!ring,!factory!bearing!and!thrust!washers.!
4. Press!off!oil!slinger!from!pushrod!*IMPORTANT*!
5. Install!new!included!HD!bearing,!thrust!washers,!brass!spacer!and!snap!ring.!!
Sequence:!Thrust!washer,!brass!spacer,!HD!bearing,!thrust!washer!and!then!snap!ring.!
*Note*!Lube!bearing!and!washer!surfaces!with!oil!during!assembly.!
6. Reinstall!pushrod!in!transmission!with!the!thrust!washers!and!bearing!assembly.!
7. Install!Trask!hydraulic!clutch!cover!on!transmission!with!new!gasket!and!torque!to!
factory!specs.!
8. Adjust!clutch!pushrod!screw!under!the!derby!cover.!!
Sequence:!Loosen!lock!nut!and!turn!pushrod!screw!counter!clockwise!out!to!make!sure!
the!pushrod!will!not!bind.!Then!turn!pushrod!screw!clockwise!until!it!bottoms!out.!DO!
NOT!OVER!TIGHTEN.!Back!out!pushrod!screw!¼!turn!and!tighten!lock!nut!without!
turning!the!pushrod!screw.!!
9. Install!hydraulic!clutch!line!and!bleed!hydraulic!system.!
