Acoustic system for mobile music enthusiasts

same level of acoustic performances as a mini
Hi-Fi system.
Discrete acoustic Hi-Fi system
Thanks to its high technology features, including
a digital amplier and loudspeakers tted with a
neodymium magnet, COLOR 1.2.3 is capable of
producing top quality sound despite its minimal
volume. TRIANGLE is currently participating in

Vous venez d’ouvrir l’emballage du système
COLOR 1.2.3 de TRIANGLE. Vous avez donc
presque terminé son installation et allez pouvoir
en proter dans quelques secondes.
Le Système COLOR 1.2.3 comporte :
a - 1 câble d’alimentation pour le caisson
b - 1 caisson de grave, équipé de toute
l’électronique Haute Technologie
(3 amplicateurs numériques de classe D :
2 amplicateurs de 50 watts pour les enceintes
+1 amplicateur de 100 watts pour le caisson).
c - 2 enceintes cube
d - 1 télécommande caisson + enceintes cube
e - Montage murale
Préservez si possible l’emballage pour une réutilisation éventuelle.
Vérier attentivement le contenu de votre emballage avant de
commencer les branchements.

COLOR 1.2.3 System by TRIANGLE. There
is so little left to do before your installation
is nished, that you will already be enjoying
listening to it in a few moments from now…
The COLOR 1.2.3 System includes :
a -1 power cable for the subwoofer
b -1 subwoofer, fully equipped with Hi-Tech
electronics (3 Class D digital ampliers:
2 x 25 Watt ampliers for the speakers
+ a 50 Watt amplier for the subwoofer).
c -2 cube speakers
d - Remote control subwoofer + cube speakers
e - Wall assembly
We advise you to keep the packaging in case you need it in
the future for warranty purposes. Please check the contents
carefully before you start connecting the system.

Branchez votre système
Des connecteurs spéciques TRIANGLE facilitent
le raccordement des deux enceintes.
1 - Branchez les câbles de vos enceintes sur le
caisson, aux endroits indiqués.
Enceinte droite (right), enceinte gauche (left).
2 - Raccordez votre source (ordinateur, écran
de télévision, lecteur MP3, dock Ipod…) sur une
des entrées jack ou RCA. (voir p.6)
3 - Brancher le cordon d’alimentation secteur.
Connecting your system
The system is tted with special TRIANGLE
connectors, which makes it very easy to
connect the two speakers.
1 - Connect the speaker wires to the subwoofer,
according to the indications on the rear panel:
right speaker and left speaker.
2 - Connect your source (PC, TV screen, MP3
player, IPod dock…) to one of the jack or RCA
Inputs. (see p.6)
3 - Connect the power cable.

Connectez vos sourcesmusicales
COLOR 1.2.3 se connecte avec tout appareil de
lecture musical et vidéo au moyen soit d’une
prise jack 3,5 mm, soit d’un connecteur RCA
Ces 2 entrées distinctes permettent de connecter
2 appareils parallèlement, la sélection de la
source s’eectuant depuis la télécommande.
Par exemple:
• un ordinateur + un lecteur MP3,
• ou un lecteur DVD + un lecteur CD,
• ou une tablette + un écran TV.
Connecting your music sources
COLOR 1.2.3 can be connected with any music
or video player using either: a 3.5 mm jack, or an
RCA connector.
2 separate inputs allow you to connect two
devices in parallel. You can select the source by
using the remote control.
For example:
• a PC + an MP3 player,
• or a DVD player + a CD player,
• or a Pad + a TV screen.

L’utilisation de la télécommande
est ainsi d’une extrême facilité.
A - coupure instantanée
B - variation du volume
C - sélecteur entrée RCA / jack
D - variation des basses
E - mise en veille
F - variation des aigus
Using the remote control
Each element in the COLOR 1.2.3
system is tted with an infrared
receiver. This makes using the
remote control extremely simple.
A - turns the sound o immediately
B - adjusts the volume level
C - selects the RCA or jack input
D - adjusts the bass level
E - standby mode
F - adjusts the treble level
En utilisation multimédia autour d’un ordinateur
(PC ou Mac) les enceintes peuvent être posées
directement sur le bureau.
Pour une utilisation vidéo autour d’un écran de
télévision, préférez un placement des enceintes
de part et d’autre de l’écran légèrement
orienté vers la position habituelle d’écoute
(centre du canapé, fauteuil).
Veillez à ce que les enceintes reposent sur
un meuble, ou une étagère à au moins 60 cm
du sol, de façon à ce qu’elles ne soient pas
situées trop bas par rapport à vos oreilles.
Pay particular attention to the Right /Left
indications on the speakers.
The TRIANGLE logos on the external speaker
panels may help you with this.
In multimedia mode with a computer (PC or
Mac), the speakers may be placed directly on
the desk.
If the system is being used with a screen, we
advise you to place a speaker on each side of
the screen, and to slightly tilt them towards
your normal listening position, which may be
in an armchair or in the middle of the sofa, for
example.
Make sure that the speakers are placed
on a piece of furniture or a shelf at least
60 cm above the oor, so that they are not
situated below your normal listening position

WARRANTY
To register your COLOR 1.2.3 system and conrm
your warranty, please ll in the warranty form
supplied with this manual and send it back
to us as soon as possible after your purchase.
The product you have just purchased is covered by
a two year warranty from the date of purchase
mentioned on your invoice.
TRIANGLE’s manufacturing standards and
quality control requirements are extremely high.
However, if you do notice any malfunction, please:
- Inform your dealer and he will explain the
- returns procedure for this product.
- Replace the system in its original packaging
- if possible, without forgetting to add all of the
- accessories.
- Add the following to the package: A note
- describing the problem you encountered -and
- details about the devices you connected to
- the COLOR 1.2.3 system and a copy of your
-purchase invoice.
Warning
We inform you that your warranty does not apply in the
following cases:
- If you are not the rst owner of this system.
- If the damage was caused by improper installation.
- If the damage was caused by connection to a faulty device.
- If the damage was due to a source of humidity or excessive
- heat, contact with a liquid, a shock or scratches due to
- careless handling and so on....
- If the device has been modied.
- If the serial numbers are no longer readable, no longer
- exist or do not correspond to the invoice.
- If any work has been done by a service center which is not
- authorized by TRIANGLE.
- If the remote control battery is faulty or if the protective
- cover has not been removed.
- If the instructions in this manual have not been respected.
GARANTIE
An que nous puissions enregistrer votre
COLOR 1.2.3 et valider votre garantie, nous
vous remercions de bien vouloir remplir la che
de garantie fournie avec ce manuel et nous
l’adresser dès votre achat. Le produit que vous
venez d’acquérir est garanti 2 ans à compter
de la date d’achat gurant sur votre facture.
Les standards de production et de contrôle qualité
mis en œuvre par TRIANGLE sont très élevés.
Toutefois, si vous remarquiez un disfonctionnement:
- Informer votre revendeur qui vous précisera
- la procédure de retour de ce matériel.
- Remballez le produit concerné avec, de
- préférence l’emballage original sans oublier
- les accessoires.
- Une note explicative décrivant le problème
- rencontré et le type matériel avec lequel vous
- avez connecté votre COLOR 1.2.3 et une copie
- de la facture d’achat.
Avertissements
Nous vous informons que votre garantie ne sera pas prise en
compte dans les cas suivants:
- Vous n’êtes pas le premier propriétaire de ce système.
- Les dommages ont été causés par une installation incorrecte.
- Les dommages ont été causés par la connexion à un appareil
-défectueux.
- Les dommages ont été occasionnés par une source d’humidité
-ou de chaleur excessive, un liquide, un choc ou des rayures
-de manipulation, etc …
- L’appareil a été modié.
- Les numéros de série sont illisibles, inexistants ou ne
-correspondent pas à la facture.
- Des réparations ont été faites par un réparateur non agréé
-TRIANGLE.
- La pile de télécommande est défectueuse ou si sa protection
-n’a pas été retirée.
- Les consignes du manuel n’ont pas été respectées.
