This product is designed as a generic product and some of the fasteners, holes and procedures may not apply to your
products individual needs.
As this product requires no drilling into walls, roofs or floors it is perfect for those buildings that may contain Asbestos.
Mounting some of the items to this product will require you to consult the manufactures instructions, do so accordingly.
During the build up of this stand there are a number of areas that lifting of parts etc can have adverse affects on personnel
and parts if guidelines are not strictly adhered to. Please read the ‘Notes-‘ carefully prior to completing each step.
During the engineering of this product ease of construction was our highest priority. One of the steps taken was to use Cup
Head Bolts. Referred to as CHB. The use of this fastening system enables construction with limited and basic hand tools.
Read each step thoroughly prior to starting that step.
If you have any questions relating to the build up of this product please contact your IT re-seller for guidance.
Step 1. Parts Identification-
All parts will be assigned a number for ease of identification. Ensure shipping box has
arrived in serviceable condition. Open box and remove all parts. Lay out for ease of identification.
Step 2. Castors, Parts required- 318, 319 & 325
Using 10x35mm Bolts and Nylock Nuts secure the
castors as below locking castors to 318 & 325.

Step 6. Gas strut Balls, Parts required-
317, 314
Screw one of the knuckles into the Rivnut on
part 317 When securing the knuckle into 314 use a washer
either side.
Step 5. Parts Required- 314 & 317.
Slide 317
into 314 then screw the 8mm hand wheels into the Rivnuts
through the slots on the side of 314.
Step 7.
Gas Strut, Parts required-
Push the strut onto
the knuckles and secure gas strut clips as shown. Once the Strut
Clips are secure tighten the Hand Wheels at the upper most height.
Note: Warning do not try compress the struts. The weight of
the panel will neutralize the weight in later steps.
Step 3. Base Assembly, Parts required- 318, 319, 325 & 316
Secure all parts as shown
using 8x20mm CHB’s. The Joggle (kink) in Part 319 needs to be orientated upwards as shown.
Step 4.
Main Support, Parts required- 314
Using 8x 20mm CHB’s secure the main support to the base.
Ensuring the gap faces part 319, the rear leg.

Step 8. Top, Parts required-315

into position using 8x20mm CHB’s as shown

Mounting the Flat Panel,
Parts
required- 4x 313
Note: Minimum of 2-3 people are required for this
step.
Using two people remove the panel from it’s shipping
box. Remove the soft foam cover from the panel lay the
shipping box flat, lay the foam onto the box then lay the
panel onto the foam on the box (Face Down).
As there are an infinite amount of panel Styles, Brands
and Models out there. This is has been designed as a
guide only.
Read the manufactures instructions to locate the
correct size Visa Mount spacing and screw size to
mount the panel.
Panels with 100x100mm Visa Mount Centers.
Using the correct size bolts use a Nylon spacer wide
enough to separate the panel from the stand when the
bolts are secured.
OR
Panels with other size Visa Mount Centers.
Measure screws and the Visa Mount spacing and that
will determine the spacing for the braces, part # 313.
Then orientate the panel braces 313, nylon spaces,
washers and 6x30mm CHB ‘s to secure the panel to
the stand as photos will indicate.
Each panel will mount slightly different to the photos
below so don’t be discouraged if there are parts left
over from this step.
Note: Only tighten the bolts to the panel in
accordance with the manufactures specifications.
Once you have trial fitted the Stand Visa Mount 4x part
313 bolt it to the stand using 6x30mm CHB, spacers
and Nylock Nuts Lay the stand down onto the panel
(using minimum of two people).
Note: The stand will have to sit level with the panel
for this step.
Secure the panel to the Visa Mount using the correct
size bolts. Tighten in accordance with the manufactures
specifications.
Note: Use minimum of 3 people for this step.
Using a minimum of 3 people one to secure the base of
the stand, one more on each side of the panel and then
raise the stand vertical.

Step 10. Mounting the Shelf, Parts required-340, 341
Using two 8mm Hand Wheels mount the shelf to
your required height as shown below.
Note: The most efficient way to complete this task is by using to people.
More than one shelf can be utilized on this stand. eg: Laptop at the front and DVD at the rear.
Note: No more than one shelf should be placed to the front of the stand.
Transportation, Raising & Lowering
To raise and lower the Panel on the stand simply loosen the two hand wheels on either side of the stand and from the
front push the panel down to the required height. Then re-tighten the hand wheels. To raise the panel repeat the process
and push the panel up to the required height.
Note: Allow the Gas Strut to do the work do not try to override the strut otherwise the stand may fall. To avoid
this place a foot onto one of the base feet.
