1 About this manual
Read all the documentation supplied carefully before
installing and using this unit. Keep the manual in a
convenient place for future reference.

4 Identication
4.1 Product description and type
designation
Wiper kit which can be directly installed on the
housing body. Brush and body in steel. Integrates the
support for the wash injector coming from the pump.
Available for housings in the NXM, NXL series.
4.2 Product marking
Check the label on the product packaging.
5 Preparing the product for
use
Any change that is not expressly approved
by the manufacturer will invalidate the
guarantee.
5.1 Unpacking
When the product is delivered, make sure that the
package is intact and that there are no signs that it
has been dropped or scratched.
If there are obvious signs of damage, contact the
supplier immediately.
When returning a faulty product we recommend
using the original packaging for shipping.
Keep the packaging in case you need to send the
product for repairs.
5.2 Contents
Check the contents to make sure they correspond
with the list of materials as below:
• Wiper kit
• Instruction manual
5.3 Safely disposing of packaging
material
The packaging material can all be recycled. The
installer technician will be responsible for separating
the material for disposal, and in any case for
compliance with the legislation in force where the
device is to be used.
6 Installation
CAUTION! Device installation and
maintaining must be performed by
specialist technical sta only.
Before starting any operation, make sure
the power supply is disconnected.
6.1 Glass replacement (only for
NXM housing)
Glass replacement is not applied to the
NXM36 version
To install the kit on the NXM housing, the standard
kit needs to be replaced with a special one in the kit
supplied.
Dismantle the front ange (01) of the housing by
unscrewing the 4 screws (02).
Replace the standard glass (03) with the special glass
(04) by entering it in the specic compartment on the
ange.
Re-assemble the ange on the casing, paying
attention that the relevant gaskets (05) are inserted
correctly in the specic compartments.
Fasten the front ange to the housing body by
tightening the 4 screws.

6.2 Installing the wiper kit on
NXL, NXM and NXM36 housing
Insert the open metal fastening band through the 2
slots on the wiper body as shown in the drawing.

Position the wiper body by passing the clip around
the body of the housing.
Tighten the clip with a screwdriver, fastening the
wiper body.
Fig. 3
Assemble the wiper blade on the output shaft,
fastening it in the stand-by position on the left of the
front glass.

If necessary, use the xing clip to adjust the position
of the wiper body so it does not interfere with the
housing support. Assembly is exible based on the
orientation of the housing.
Pay attention to adjust the wiper blade in
the housing NXM36. Blade movement must
not interfere with the screw heads.

6.3 Installation of the optional
nozzle kit (only for NXL housing)
Unscrew the nut (01) from the tting, inserting it in
the pipe (02) and insert the end of the pipe in the
spinner (03).

Unscrew one of the 2 fastening screws (01) of the
sunshield on the front part of the housing. Insert the
pipe (02) in the clip (03) and fasten everything with
the screw (01) and washer (04).

To adjust the jet, orientate the nozzle towards the
glass of the housing and connect the delivery pipe.

6.4 Wiring
Pay attention the power supply voltage used is that
indicated on the plate on the back of the equipment.
Electrically connect the female connector 3+PE as in
the wiring diagram.

Power the wiper by connecting the phase to terminal
03 (SW) of the connector, the neutral to terminal
02 (COM) of the connector and the earthing to the
EARTH terminal.
Using an outer button, connect the phase to terminal
01 (PERM) of the connector.
Having pressed the outer button, continuous
(permanent) functioning of the wiper is obtained.
Releasing the button, the blade on the wiper goes to
the stand-by position on the left of the housing glass.
If a receiver is used, connect terminal 03 of the
connector to the SW output of the receiver, 01 to
PERM and 02 to COM.
Connect the water supply system tube to the sprayer
nozzle of the wiper blade and fasten it with the
plastic clip supplied.

7 Instructions for normal
operation
Do not use the wiper if the outside
temperature is below 0°C or in case of ice.
8 Information on disposal
and recycling
The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) mandates
that these devices should not be disposed of in the
normal ow of municipal solid waste, but they should
be collected separately in order to optimize the
recovery stream and recycling of the materials that
they contain and to reduce the impact on human
health and the environment due to the presence of
potentially hazardous substances.
The symbol of the crossed out bin is marked
on all products to remember this.
The waste may be delivered to appropriate collection
centers, or may be delivered free of charge to the
distributor where you purchased the equipment at
the time of purchase of a new equivalent or without
obligation to a new purchase for equipment with size
smaller than 25cm .

devices, you can contact the responsible public
service.

4 Identicazione
4.1 Descrizione e designazione
del prodotto
Kit tergicristallo installabile direttamente sul corpo
custodia. Spazzola e corpo in acciaio. Integra il
supporto per l’iniettore di lavaggio proveniente dalla
pompa. Disponibile per le custodie della serie NXM,
NXL.
4.2 Marcatura del prodotto
Controllare l’etichetta posta sull'imballo del prodotto.
5 Preparazione del prodotto
per l'utilizzo
Qualsiasi intervento non espressamente
approvato dal costruttore fa decadere la
garanzia.
5.1 Disimballaggio
Alla consegna del prodotto vericare che l'imballo
sia integro e non presenti segni evidenti di cadute o
abrasioni.
In caso di danni evidenti all'imballo contattare
immediatamente il fornitore.
In caso di restituzione del prodotto malfunzionante
è consigliato l'utilizzo dell'imballaggio originale per
il trasporto.
Conservare l'imballo qualora fosse necessario inviare
il prodotto in riparazione.
5.2 Contenuto
Controllare che il contenuto sia corrispondente alla
lista del materiale sotto elencato:

5.3 Smaltimento in sicurezza dei
materiali di imballaggio
I materiali d'imballo sono costituiti interamente da
materiale riciclabile. Sarà cura del tecnico installatore
smaltirli secondo le modalità di raccolta dierenziata
o comunque secondo le norme vigenti nel Paese di
utilizzo.
6 Installazione
ATTENZIONE! L'installazione e la
manutenzione del dispositivo deve
essere eseguita solo da personale tecnico
specializzato.
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione
ricordarsi di togliere tensione al prodotto.
6.1 Sostituzione del vetro (solo
per custodia NXM)
La sostituzione del vetro non si applica alla
versione NXM36
Per installare il kit sulla custodia NXM è necessario
sostituire il vetro standard con uno speciale in
dotazione al kit.
Smontare la angia anteriore (01) della custodia
svitando le 4 viti (02).
Sostituire il vetro standard (03) con il vetro speciale
(04) inserendolo nell’apposita sede sulla angia.
Rimontare la angia sulla custodia facendo
attenzione che le relative guarnizioni (05) siano
inserite correttamente nelle apposite sedi.
Fissare la angia anteriore al corpo custodia serrando
le 4 viti.

6.2 Installazione del kit
tergicristallo su custodia NXL,
NXM e NXM36
Inserire la fascetta metallica di ssaggio, aperta,
attraverso le 2 asole del corpo del tergicristallo come
mostrato in gura.

Posizionare il corpo tergicristallo facendo passare la
fascetta attorno al corpo della custodia.
Serrare la fascetta con un cacciavite bloccando il
corpo tergicristallo.

Montare la spazzola del tergicristallo sull’albero
d’uscita ssandola nella posizione di riposo sul lato
sinistro del vetro frontale.

Agendo sulla fascetta di ssaggio regolare
eventualmente la posizione del corpo del
tergicristallo in modo che questo non interferisca con
il supporto della custodia. Il montaggio risulta così
essibile a seconda dell’orientamento della custodia.
Fare attenzione alla regolazione della
spazzola del tergicristallo nella custodia
NXM36. Il movimento della spazzola non
deve interferire con le teste delle viti.

6.3 Installazione del kit ugello
opzionale (solo per custodia NXL)
Svitare il dado (01) dal raccordo, inserirlo nel tubo
(02) e inserire l’estremità del tubo sull’ogiva (03).

Svitare una delle 2 viti di ssaggio (01) del tettuccio
sulla parte anteriore della custodia. Inserire il tubo
(02) nella fascetta (03) e ssare il tutto con vite (01) e
rondella (04).

Per regolare il getto orientare l'ugello verso il vetro
della custodia e collegare il tubo di mandata.

6.4 Cablaggio
Prestare attenzione che la tensione di alimentazione
usata sia quella indicata sulla targhetta posta sul retro
dell’apparecchiatura.
Eettuare le connessioni elettriche sul connettore
femmina 3+PE come da schema elettrico.

Alimentare il tergicristallo collegando la fase al
morsetto 03 (SW) del connettore, il neutro al
morsetto 02 (COM) del connettore e la terra al
morsetto EARTH.
Collegare tramite un pulsante esterno la fase al
morsetto 01 (PERM) del connettore.
Mantenendo premuto il pulsante esterno si otterrà
un funzionamento continuo (permanente) del
tergicristallo. Rilasciando il pulsante la spazzola del
tergicristallo si porterà nella posizione di riposo al
lato sinistro del vetro della custodia.
Nel caso si utilizzi un ricevitore collegare il morsetto
03 del connettore all’uscita SW del ricevitore, 01 a
PERM e 02 a COM.
Collegare il tubo dell’impianto alimentazione acqua
all’ugello spruzzatore della spazzola del tergicristallo
e ssarlo con la fascetta plastica in dotazione.

7 Istruzioni di
funzionamento ordinario
Non utilizzare il tergicristallo se la
temperatura esterna è inferiore a 0°C o in
presenza di ghiaccio.
8 Informazioni sullo
smaltimento e il riciclo
La Direttiva Europea 2012/19/UE sui Riuti di
Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche (RAEE)
prevede che questi apparecchi non debbano essere
smaltiti nel normale usso dei riuti solidi urbani, ma
che vengano raccolti separatamente per ottimizzare
il usso di recupero e riciclaggio dei materiali che
li compongono ed impedire potenziali danni per
la salute e per l'ambiente dovuti alla presenza di
sostanze potenzialmente pericolose.
Il simbolo del bidone barrato è riportato su
tutti i prodotti per ricordarlo.
I riuti possono essere conferiti agli appositi centri
di raccolta, oppure, possono essere consegnati
gratuitamente al distributore dove è stata acquistata
l'apparecchiatura all’atto di acquisto di una nuova
equivalente o senza obbligo di un acquisto nuovo per
le apparecchiature di dimensioni minori di 25cm.
Per ulteriori informazioni sulla corretta dismissione
di questi apparecchi ci si può rivolgere al servizio
pubblico preposto.

4 Identication
4.1 Description et désignation du
produit
Kit essuie-glace installable directement sur le corps
du caisson. Brosse et corps en acier. Intègre le
support pour l’injecteur de lavage provenant de la
pompe. Disponible pour les caissons de la série NXM,
NXL.
4.2 Marquage du produit
Contrôler l’étiquette placée sur l'emballage du
produit.
5 Préparation du produit en
vue de l’utilisation
Toute modication non approuvée
expressément par le fabricant entraînera
l’annulation de la garantie.
5.1 Déballage
Lors de la livraison du produit, vérier que
l’emballage est en bon état et l’absence de tout signe
évident de chute ou d’abrasion.
En cas de dommages évidents, contacter
immédiatement le fournisseur.
En cas de retour du produit défectueux, il est
conseillé d'utiliser l'emballage original pour le
transport.
Conserver l’emballage en cas de nécessité
d’expédition du produit pour réparation.
5.2 Contenu
Contrôler que le contenu correspond à la liste
matériel indiquée ci-dessous:

5.3 Élimination sans danger des
matériaux d’emballage
Le matériel d’emballage est entièrement composé
de matériaux recyclables. Le technicien chargé de
l’installation est tenu de l’éliminer conformément aux
dispositions en matière de collecte sélective et selon
les normes en vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation.
6 Installation
ATTENTION! L’installation et l’entretien
du dispositif doivent être eectués
exclusivement par un personnel technique
qualié.
Sectionner l'alimentation avant de
procéder à toute opération.
6.1 Substitution de la vitre
(seulement pour caisson NXM)
La substitution de la vitre ne s'applique pas
à la version NXM36
Pour installer le kit sur le caisson NXM, il faut
substituer la vitre standard par une vitre spéciale
fournie avec le kit.
Démonter la asque antérieure (01) du caisson en
desserrant les 4 vis (02).
Substituer la vitre standard (03) par la vitre spéciale
(04) en l'insérant dans le logement prévu à cet eet
sur la asque.
Remonter la asque sur le caisson en faisant attention
que les garnitures (05) correspondantes soient
insérées correctement dans les logements prévus à
cet eet.
Fixer la asque antérieure au corps du caisson en
serrant les 4 vis.

6.2 Installation du kit essuie-
glaces sur caisson NXL, NXM et
NXM36
Mettre en place le collier métallique de xation,
ouvert, à travers les 2 fentes du corps essuie-glace,
comme indiqué à la gure.

Placez le corps de l'essuie-glace en faisant passer le
collier autour du corps du caisson.
Serrez le collier à l'aide d'un tournevis en bloquant le
corps de l'essuie-glace.

Montez le balai d'essuie-glace sur l'arbre de sortie en
le xant en position de repos sur le côté gauche du
verre avant.

En agissant sur le collier de xation, réglez
éventuellement la position du corps de l'essuie-glace
pour ne pas qu'il interfère avec le support du caisson.
Ainsi, le montage est exible selon l'orientation du
caisson.
Soyez attentif au réglage du balai
d'essuie-glace dans le caisson NXM36. Le
mouvement du balai ne doit pas interférer
avec les têtes des vis.

Desserrer l'écrou (01) du raccord, l'insérer dans le
tuyau (02) et insérer l’extrémité du tuyau sur l’ogive
(03).

Desserrer une des 2 vis de xation (01) du toit pare-
soleil sur la partie antérieure du caisson. Insérer le
tuyau (02) dans le collier (03) et xer le tout avec la vis
(01) et la rondelle (04).

Pour régler le jet, orienter le gicleur vers la vitre du
caisson et brancher le tuyau de refoulement.

6.4 Câblage
Veillez à ce que la tension d'alimentation utilisée soit
celle qui est indiquée sur l'étiquette présente au dos
de l'appareil.
Procédez aux raccordements électriques sur le
connecteur femelle3+PE, selon le schéma électrique.

Alimentez l'essuie-glace en reliant la phase à la
borne03 (SW) du connecteur, le neutre à la borne02

À l'aide d'un bouton extérieur, reliez la phase à la
borne01 (PERM) du connecteur.
En maintenant le bouton appuyé, vous obtiendrez un
fonctionnement continu (permanent) de l'essuie-
glace. Si vous relâchez le bouton, le balai d'essuie-
glace se remet en position de repos à gauche du
verre du caisson.
Si vous utilisez un récepteur, reliez la borne03 du
connecteur à la sortie SW du récepteur, 01 à PERM et
02 à COM.
Reliez le tuyau de l'installation d'alimentation en eau
au gicleur-vaporisateur du balai d'essuie-glace et
xez-le à l'aide du collier en plastique fourni.

l'élimination et le recyclage
La Directive Européenne 2012/19/UE sur les déchets
d'équipements électriques et électroniques (DEEE)
exige que ces dispositifs ne doivent pas être éliminés
dans le ux normal de déchets solides municipaux,
mais ils doivent être collectés séparément an
d'optimiser le ux de récupération et de recyclage
des matériaux qu'ils contiennent et pour réduire
l'impact sur la santé humaine et l'environnement en
raison de la présence de substances potentiellement
dangereuses.
Le symbole de la poubelle sur roues barrée
d'une croix gure sur tous les produits pour
le rappeller.
Les déchets peuvent être livrés aux centres
de collecte appropriés ou peuvent être livrés
gratuitement au distributeur où vous avez acheté
l'équipement, au moment de l'achat d'un nouvel
dispositif équivalent ou sans obligation d'achat pour
un équipement de taille inférieure de 25cm.

Scheibenwischer für Gehäuse
1 Allgemeines
Vor Installation und Anwendung der Einheit ist die
gesamte gelieferte Dokumentation aufmerksam zu
lesen. Zum späteren Nachschlagen das Handbuch in
Reichweite aufbewahren.

4 Identizierung
4.1 Beschreibung und
Bezeichnung des Produktes
Scheibenwischerkit direkt auf den Gehäusekorpus
installierbar. Bürste und Korpus aus Stahl. Ergänzt
die Halterung für die Waschspritzdüse, die von der
Pumpe kommt. Erhältlich für die Gehäuse der Serie
NXM, NXL.
4.2 Kennzeichnung des Produkts
Das an der Produktverpackung angebrachte Etikett
kontrollieren.
5 Vorbereitung des
Produktes auf den Gebrauch
Jede vom Hersteller nicht ausdrücklich
genehmigte Veränderung führt zum Verfall
der Gewährleistungsrechte.
5.1 Entfernen der Verpackung
Bei der Lieferung des Produktes ist zu prüfen, ob die
Verpackung intakt ist oder oensichtliche Anzeichen
von Stürzen oder Abrieb aufweist.
Bei oensichtlichen Schadensspuren an der
Verpackung muss umgehend der Lieferant
verständigt werden.
Im Falle der Rückgabe des nicht korrekt
funktionierenden Produktes empehlt sich die
Verwendung der Originalverpackung für den
Transport.
Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf für den Fall, dass
das Produkt zur Reparatur eingesendet werden muss.
5.2 Inhalt
Prüfen Sie, ob der Inhalt mit der nachstehenden
Materialliste übereinstimmt:

5.3 Sichere Entsorgung der
Verpackungsmaterialien
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind vollständig
wiederverwertbar. Es ist Sache des Installationstechnikers,
sie getrennt, auf jeden Fall aber nach den geltenden
Vorschriften des Anwendungslandes zu entsorgen.
6 Installation
ACHTUNG! Die Installation und Wartung
der Vorrichtung ist technischen Fachleuten
vorbehalten.
Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung,
bevor die beschriebenen Arbeiten
durchgeführt werden.
6.1 Austausch des Glases (nur für
das Gehäuse NXM)
Der Austausch des Glases kann bei der
Ausführung NXM36 nicht erfolgen
Um das Kit auf dem Gehäuse NXM zu installieren, muss
das Standardglas mit einem im Lieferumfang des Kits
enthaltenen Spezialglas ersetzt werden.
Den vorderen Flansch (01) des Gehäuses abmontieren,
indem die vier Schrauben (02) ausgedreht werden.
Das Standardglas (03) mit dem Spezialglas (04)
austauschen, indem es in den entsprechenden Sitz auf dem
Flansch eingesetzt wird.
Den Flansch wieder auf das Gehäuse montieren. Dabei
darauf achten, dass die entsprechenden Dichtungen (05)
korrekt in die zugehörigen Sitze eingesetzt sind.
Den vorderen Flansch am Gehäusekorpus befestigen.
Hierzu die vier Schrauben festziehen.

6.2 Montage des
Scheibenwischer-Kits an das NXL,
NXM und NXM36 Gehäuse
Die geönete Metallschelle durch die beiden
Langlöcher im Korpus der Scheibenwaschanlage
führen, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.

Den Scheibenwischerkorpus positionieren. Dabei die
Schelle am Gehäusekorpus vorbeiführen.
Die Schelle mit einem Schraubenzieher zum
Blockieren des Scheibenwischerkorpus festziehen.

Das Wischerblatt am Ausgang der Welle montieren.
Dabei ist es in der linksseitigen Ruheposition der
Frontscheibe zu befestigen.

Durch Einwirken auf die Befestigungsschelle
gegebenenfalls die Position des
Scheibenwischerkorpus so einstellen, dass dieser
nicht die Gehäusehalterung überlagert. Die Montage
ist somit je nach Ausrichtung des Gehäuses exibel.
Auf die Einstellung des Wischerblatts
bei dem Gehäuse NXM36 achten. Die
Wischerblattbewegung darf nicht mit den
Schraubenköpfen interferieren.

6.3 Installation des als Extra
erhältlichen Düsenkits (nur für
das Gehäuse NXL)
Die Mutter (01) vom Verbindungsstück lösen, in die
Leitung (02) einfügen und das Leitungsende in den
Eintrittskegel (03) einführen.
