Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How can I know the voltage and plug type of
my travel destination?
A: Most countries and continents use their own
electrical systems, which differ in both voltage
/ frequency and physical plug/socket. Please
check the voltage & plug of your destination
by visiting world-power-plugs.com.
Q: Can I use my electric devices overseas by
using this plug adapter?
A: First, please verify whether your destination
country accepts Type C plug. Then please also
check whether your electric device supports
the voltage range of 100-250V, as Type C
countries usually use 220-240V.
If YES, you should be able to use it abroad as
far as the total power consumption is below
4000W. If NOT, please don’t take that device
with you, as there could be the risk of burning,
fire or even explosion. This is very important
for highly power-consuming appliances such
as blow dryer, hair straightener, or curling
iron, as most of them only support 100-127V.
Q: How do I check my electric device’s input
current and voltage?
A: Please refer to your device’s user manual,
original OEM charging adapter, or contact the
device manufacturer to get this information.
Then you can decide whether you could use it
overseas by using TROND Prime Nano without
taking another voltage converter.
Q: Why those two USB ports don’t charge my
device properly, or the charging speed is slow?
A: Please verify whether:
1) the EU adapter is securely plugged into an
active Type C outlet, and its white LED
indicator gets lit up;
2) your USB charging cable isn’t broken;
3) your device requires Quick Charge, which is
NOT supported by TROND Prime Nano.

Safety Precautions:
Please read and observe the following safety
points at all times.
Warning – Max. Power Consumption
The total power consumption of all plugged
electric devices should not exceed the rated
power of this unit, which is 4000W / 250V.
Warning – Can Not Covert Voltage
TROND Prime Nano is a plug adapter, NOT a
voltage converter or transformer. Therefore it
cannot step up or down the voltage. Please make
sure that your electric devices have input voltage
range of 100-250V before traveling overseas.
Warning – Liquid
Do not operate your TROND Prime Nano if liquid of
any kind is spilled onto or inside it. Do not operate
TROND Prime Nano near rain or water (e.g. kitchen
sink, or bathtub).
Warning – Heat
Do not expose your TROND Prime Nano to direct
sunlight or place it near wall heaters, space
heaters, or any enclosed space prone to tempera-
ture increase.
Warning – Proper Cleaning
In general, the only cleaning necessary for your
TROND Prime Nano is a light dusting. Unplug it
from the wall outlet before cleaning it. Do not
use any type of liquid or aerosol cleaners.
Warning – No User Serviceable Parts Inside
If your TROND Prime Nano is not operating
properly for any reason, do not remove any part
of this unit for repair by yourself. Unplug the unit
help.
