Please read these instructions
carefully before traveling abroad, in order
to make your trip much easier and to avoid
any possible risk of fire, electric shock or
injury to persons. Meanwhile, please also
retain this welcome guide for future use.
Most other countries use their own
electrical systems, which differ in both
voltage/frequency and physical plug/
socket. Please check the voltage & plug of
your destination country by visiting
https://world-power-plugs.com/. Do NOT
force this plug adapter into an outlet
which is not designed to accept Type M
plugs.

dual-voltage (110V & 220V) or multi-
voltage (100V~240V) before traveling.
The total power consumption of all
plugged electric devices should not
exceed the rated power of this unit,
which is 3750W/250V.
This product should not be used with
aquariums, near water or any other
source of moisture. Do not operate this
product, if liquid of any kind is spilled
onto or inside it.
Do not place it near heat sources such as
wall heaters. Never cover it with carpet,
furniture or anything that would prevent
air circulation or cause temperature
increase. Unplug this unit immediately if
it ever becomes hot to touch.

Features:
3-Prong Grounded Type M Plug. Type M
electrical plug has three round pins in a
triangular pattern and looks similar to
the Indian Type D plug, but its pins are
much larger. It’s mainly used in South
Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho and more;

Q: Can I use my electric devices overseas
together with this plug adapter?
A: First, please verify whether your
destination country accepts Type M
plug. Then please also check whether
your electric devices support
dual-voltage (110V & 220V) or
multi-voltage (100V~240V), as Type
M countries usually use 220-240V.
If YES, you should be able to use these
devices abroad, as far as the total
load does not exceed 3750W/250V.
If NOT, please don’t take them with
you, as there could be the risk of
burning, fire or even explosion.
This is especially important for highly
power-consuming appliances such as

blow dryer, hair straightener, or curling
iron, as most of them only support
100-127V.
Q: How can I check my electric device’s
input current and voltage?
A: Please refer to your device’s user manual,
original OEM charging adapter, or
contact the device manufacturer to get
this information. Then you can decide
whether you could use it overseas by
using TROND Prime Nano without taking
another voltage converter.
Q: Why those two USB ports don’t charge
my device properly, or the charging speed
is slow?
A: Please verify whether:
1) this plug adapter is securely plugged into
an active outlet, and its white LED indica-
tor gets lit up;
2) your USB charging cable isn’t broken; 3)
your device requires Quick Charge, which is
NOT supported by TROND Prime Nano.
