True Innovations seating products are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship while owned by the “Original Purchaser”. The term “Original Purchaser”
is defined as that party or entity which purchases True Innovations furniture from an
authorized True Innovations retailer as shown by the original sales receipt. This
warranty does not apply to “as is” or previously owned seating products.
True Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship (normal wear and tear, fading and stretching excepted), for one year
from the date of purchase, except as provided below under the limited warranty.
The exceptions or exclusions to this warranty are as follows:
1. Any warranty claim that is submitted after the limited warranty period, or without
proper proof of purchase will not include the cost of parts, labor, or delivery.
2. This warranty shall not apply to the True Innovations products which have been
subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or attachments, either caused
by the original purchaser, shipping, storage, accident, fire, flood, or acts of God.
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, True
Innovations will repair or replace, at their discretion, without charge the warranted
furniture within a reasonable amount of time. We reserve the right to require damaged
parts to be returned to us upon request. Natural markings such as scars, brands, grain
variations, wrinkles, color variations, etc. will be considered normal characteristics
and not construed as defects. We cannot warrant leather against scratching or scuffing,
as all leather is subject to blemishes with use.

to provide your name, address, daytime phone number, the model and purchase order
number of the product, date of purchase, and the store where it was purchased. True
Innovations requires that the original sales receipt be submitted with all requests to
confirm that you are the original purchaser according to our written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal use which is defined as a
standard work week of forty hours by a person weighing less than 275 lbs.

Care and Maintenance
Leather and Vinyl Coverings: Occasionally dust the leather or vinyl surface with a soft, clean cloth.
For mild stains, combine water and a soft cloth. Wet the cloth and rub gently over the stain before
wiping dry. For deeper stains, apply a mild soap to the cloth. Work into a lather and rub gently over
the stain. Rinse with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Cleaning products may cause discoloration and
should be tested in an inconspicuous location prior to use on the chair. Warranty does not cover
adverse cleaning results or scratching or scuffing that occurs during normal use.
Fabric Upholstery: Pay immediate attention to spills and vacuum regularly to maintain appearance.

This chair should not be used for other than its intended purpose. Please regularly inspect this
chair for loose or missing screws, metal fatigue, cracks, broken welds, missing attachments and
general instability. If this chair is damaged or appears to be unstable or unsafe, immediately
remove from service and replace or repair the item. Failure to follow these warning could result in
serious injury. This chair is not recommended for outdoor use.

Read Before Use:

• Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
• Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two
blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type has two blades and a third grounding prong.
The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into
your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience recepta-
cles, and the point where they exit from the chair.
• Only use attachments / accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the
chair. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart / chair combination to avoid injury from
tip-over.
• Unplug this chair during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
• Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the chair has been
damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or
objects have been fallen into the chair, the chair has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped.
• Always make sure velcro flap is locked before moving.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
-Unable to hear any sound from the Gaming Rocker-
1. Check to ensure that the power adapter is properly connected to the power jack (A4). When
properly connected, the indicator light (A5) on the control panel should light up. If the indicator light
(A5) does not light up, try to use another power outlet in your home.
2. Make sure the power unit is turned on and indicator light on the control panel is lit. If it is not, please
press the power switch on the control panel.
3. Once you have successfully completed 1 and 2. Please review the Gaming Rocker illustrated set-up
guide. Double check all audio connections. Finally, check that the volume on the hand remote is turned
to an audible level on both the TV and the chair.
4. If you have completed 1 - 3 and still do not hear sound, try connecting another audio source (CD
player, television, VCR or game console) and go through the steps again.

Step 1
Align the metal holes on the back cushion and seat cushion, then insert the Locking
Pin (4) to lock the chair. Turn the chair upright and lock Velco flap to the bottom of
the seat cushion.

• The Gaming Rocker can now be connected to a different device.
• Follow the directions in “PAIRING YOUR GAMING ROCKER” to connect a different device.
Out of Range or Lost Signal
If the music device is out of range (beyond 30-feet / 10 meters) of the Gaming Rocker, or there is
something blocking the bluetooth signal, the LED light will turn off to indicate that the bluetooth
connection with the music device has been lost.
To avoid a lost connection:
• Move the music device back into the range (within 30-feet / 10 meters), and / or make sure there is a
clear line of sight and that there are no obstructions between the Gaming Rocker and the music
device.
• Within 30 seconds, the connection will automatically be re-established and the blue LED light will turn
on. For your own device, you need to re-start your music player.
• If the connection is lost for more than 30 seconds, the connection will need to be re-established,
follow the directions in “Reconnecting Your Device”.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
-Unable to connect to game console-
Most gaming consoles are shipped from the manufacturers with an Audio/Video RCA cable. The A/V
RCA cable has three RCA plugs: a video plug(yellow) and two audio plugs(red and white). If your
gaming console came with an A/V RCA cable, please follow the instructions supplied by the manufac-
turer for setting it up and connecting it to the TV. Please note that you must leave the red and white
audio jacks on the A/V cable UNCONNECTED. Once the console is properly connected to your TV.
Please follow the diagram in the illustrated Gaming Rocker Set-up guide to connect the gaming
console to the Gaming Rocker. If your gaming console was shipped with a coaxial cable, instead of an
A/V RCA cable, you must follow an alternate set-up procedure (coaxial cable is the same type of cable
that is used to connect a VCR to the TV). You will quickly recognize if your gaming console uses this
type of cable. It connects the gaming console directly to the television and carries both the audio and
video signal over a single cable. If your gaming console uses a coaxial cable, you CAN NOT connect it
directly to the Gaming Rocker. Instead, you must use an intermediary A/V device(such as a
TV,VCR,DVD,TIVO,etc).
a. Connect your gaming console to the intermediary A/V device via the coaxial cable.
b. Connect the Gaming Rocker to the ‘Audio Out’ jack on the intermediary A/V device.
c. Follow diagram 2 in the Gaming Rocker Set-up guide to connect the Gaming Rocker to the
intermediary A/V device and finalize the setup.
If your gaming console is attached to an HD TV with an HDMI cable. You will need to connect the chair
using either the audio out jacks on the back of the TV or by plugging into the headphone jack on the
front of the TV.

BLUETOOTH MODE CONNECTION GUIDE
Pairing Your Gaming Rocker:
Only 1 device can be paired to Gaming Rocker at a time, to pair Gaming Rocker with a mobile device,
refer to the bluetooth paring procedures in corresponding mobile phone or music player user manual
and follow the steps below:
• Make sure that there is no wired line that insert in your device before using bluetooth.
• Make sure that the power adapter is well connected while you use bluetooth function since the
bluetooth indicator light will be automatically slow flashing and the audio also will be automatically
under the bluetooth status when connect the power adapter.
• Select the device name “Gaming Rocker” on the screen of your device, add the unit to the your
device’s paired device list.
• When pairing is successful, the blue LED indicator will stay on.
• Confirm the connection on your device.
• Your Gaming Rocker is now connected and ready to play music! Just play music on your device as
you normally would and the sound will come out of your Gaming Rocker!
• Keep in mind that Gaming Rocker has a 30-feet / 10 meters range.
Reconnecting Your Device
If you move out of range, or turn off the bluetooth feature on your mobile device, Gaming Rocker will
disconnect from your device. To reconnect, simply access the Bluetooth Manager on your device and
select “Gaming Rocker” device listed.
Changing Connected Device
If you want to switch from one device to another, follow the steps below:
• End the existing bluetooth connection with the connected device, access the Bluetooth Manager and
disable the bluetooth function of the device.
