system (refrigerators: 134A / freezers: R404A).
• Refrigerator holds 33°F to 38°F temperature;
freezer holds -10°F.
• Automatic defrost system on freezer models time-
initiated, time-terminated.
• 360° circular airflow for uniform product cooling.
• All stainless steel front, top and sides.
• Interior - attractive, NSF approved, white alumi-
num sides and top, coved corners and 300 series
stainless steel floor.
• Aluminum finished back.
• Adjustable, heavy duty, PVC coated wire shelves
(not available in drawered models).
• Easily slides under counters, maximizes space for
refrigerated food storage in fast food line-up.
• Front breathing.
• Recessed handles (excludes glass door models).
• Swing doors are self-closing with 90 degree stay
open feature (excludes center door on TUC-72’s).
• Doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
• Self-contained system.
• Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane insula-
tion (CFC free).
• 5" diameter castors standard equipment (legs
available).
• Work surface 36" high.
• Low profile models (317/8" work surface height)
upcharge applies or ADA compliant with 34" work
surface height available; no charge (models -27,
-36, -48, -60, -72).
• Heavy, 16 gauge tops available - upcharge applies.
Glass Door Models
• Energy efficient, “Low-E”, thermal insulated glass
doors on refrigerator models (triple pane thermal
insulated glass on freezer models).
• Extruded, aluminum door frames.
• Fluorescent interior lighting.
Drawered Models
• Accommodates one 12"L x 20"W x 6"D full size pan
or two 1/2 pans or three 1/3 pans per drawer. (48"
models accommodate one 12"L x 18"W x 6"D food
storage box or one 1/3 size and one 1/2 size pan per
drawer; not included).
• Door/drawer combination models require
customer to designate door/drawer orientation.
