• Read all instructions before using your skewer set.
• Remove the skewer set and store it in a dry place when not in use.
• This skewer set is not for use by children.
• Do not touch hot surfaces.
• Do not use the skewer set for other than intended use.
WARNING:
• Always wear heat-resistant grill mis or gloves (conforming to EN 407,
Contact Heat rating level 2 or greater) when handling a hot accessory.
• Do not use your skewer set directly on your burner.
CAUTION: Do not set your skewer set on a combustible surface, glass, or a
surface that can be damaged by heat.
Failure to follow these Instructions may result in serious
bodily injury or may result in a fire or an explosion causing
damage to property.

Cooking Preparation
• Make sure that your skewer set is clean and ready to go.
• Lightly spray or apply cooking oil to the skewers to prevent food from sticking.
Assembly and Grilling Instructions
1.Slide the spit rod through the side plates(A), tighten the thumb screws on
both sides.
NOTE: Screws must touch a flat surface on the spit rod(B).

Important: Always protect your hands from hot surfaces by wearing gloves
or mis.
2.Load food evenly onto skewers before assembly.
3.Insert the pointed end of the skewer into the hole of one side plate(C).
Then pinch the end of the handle and secure it in both the slot and hole on the
other side plate(D).

Post-Cooking Safety
1.When the food is done, turn o the grill and rotisserie unit motor.
2.With heat-resistant gloves on, carefully remove the skewers from the grill.
3.Place the set in a safe and stable place to cool.
Important: For best grilling results, please assemble all six skewers and ensure
even meat distribution when using the set.

• Clean after each use. And be sure to clean the skewer set after it has cooled
down to prevent scalding.
• Soak it in hot soapy water before you clean it.
• The rotisserie skewer set is dishwasher safe. However, handwashing using a
mild detergent with a non-abrasive nylon brush or sponge is recommended to
extend the life of the product.
• Thoroughly dry before storing.
• With usage, the color of the stainless steel surface will begin to change.
This is completely normal and will not change the cooking results.

TURBRO provides 1-year limited warranty service for Fireside Rotisserie
Accessories, from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions
and limitations.
What is covered?
Any alteration or misuse of the product will nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and is eective for the original buyer from
the authorized seller only.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part (s) proved to be
defective in material or workmanship after said defect is confirmed by the
manufacturer's inspection.
The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with
respect to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part (s).
What is not covered?
Damage caused by the owner when aempting to fix or alter the product
themselves.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
Natural depreciation.
