WARNING
• Before assembly, carefully use scissors or utility knife to cut and unwrap all parts.
Make sure you do not discard the hardware.
CAUTION
• Use care in assembling your new kitchen cart. Take your time and use the
hardware provided and a quality Phillips head screwdriver. Never overtighten bolts.
• Do not sit on any part of the kitchen cart.
• All panels are labeled left and right as viewed from the front of unit.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Estimated Assembly Time: 60 Minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips head screwdriver, scissors and utility knife

1. Put the top (G) upside down and locate the
Left/Right side panels (E,F), Insert wood dowels
(CC) in the holes of two side panels, using Bolts
(AA ) and washer (BB) attach them to the top.
Tighten the support post (O1) as the illustration
shown.
2. Put the Semi-circle panel (D) on the Support Post
(O) and Insert Wood Dowels (CC) through the
pre-drilled holes, using Bolts (AA) and Washers
(BB) through the pre-drilled holes in the mounting
blocks attach it to the side panel.

3. Put another support post (O2) on the Semi-circle
panel (D) and tighten.

4. Crew 2 caster HH and 2 caster II on the base.
5. Install the Semi-Circle Rail (J) by Bolt (DD) and
make sure the end edge through the side panel
holes. Insert wood dowels in the pre-drilled holes.
Put the base from step 4 on the assembly step 3.
Attached it on the side panels by using Bolts and
washers. Make sure the bolts through the holes on
the rails.

6. Locate Right Doors (C) and Left Doors (B). Slide
door hinge keyhole into panel hinge bracket.
(Diagram 1)
Use Phillips Head Screwdriver to tighten screws.
(Diagram 2)
TO ADJUST HINGES
To adjust door forward or backward change keyhole
slot position. (As Shown In Diagram 3a)
To adjust door right or left loosen/tighten screw.
(As Shown In Diagram 3b)
To adjust door up or down adjust bracket height.
(As Shown In Diagram 3c)
Attach the Knob (FF) to the Left Doors (B) and Right
Doors (C), use the bolts attached through the
pre-drilled holes in the doors. Then use a Phillips
Head Screwdriver to tighten the bolts.
7. Choose desired height of Interior wood shelf (H) and
place the four Shelf Pins (GG) into same height
shelf holes inside side panels. Insert Wood
Shelf (H), allow Wood Shelf (H) to rest on
the Shelf Pin (GG).
8. screw the Cap (I) through the connect blocks (L) to
install the pushing bar (K).

9. Insert wood dowels in the holes on the top side ,
push the bar to cart body using the bolt and washer
to connect them.
10. Push back the drawer and left space for opposite
installation.
To install the drawers, slide the silver glide roller
out to front of cart. Align the bottom of drawers box
glide track and gently insert drawer into Cart.
11. Put Knives Rest (P) and dividers (Q) in drawers
once completed assembly, it’s easy for you to
manage your mess kit.

ADVERTENCIA
• Antes del montaje, corte con unas tijeras o un bisturí y desenvuelva las piezas
cuidadosamente. Asegúrese de no desechar los herrajes.
PRECAUCIÓN
• Vaya con cuidado durante el montaje de su carrito de cocina. Tómese su tiempo y use los
elementos suministrados y un destornillador Phillips de calidad. No apriete demasiado los
pernos.
• No se siente en ninguna pate del carrito de cocina.

1. Ponga la cubierta (G) boca abajo y coloque los
Paneles laterales Izquierdo/Derecho (E,F), inserte
Toneles de Madera (CC) en los agujeros de los dos
paneles laterales, usando Tornillos (AA) y
Arandelas (BB) adjúntelos a la Cubierta. Apriete el
Poste de Soporte (O1) cómo se muestra en la
ilustración
2. Ponga el Panel Semicircular (D) encima del Poste
de Soporte (O) e Inserte Toneles de Madera (CC) a
través de los agujeros pre-agujereados,
utilizando Tornillos (AA) y Arandelas (BB) a través
de los agujeros pre-agujereados en los bloques
montantes adjúntelos al panel lateral.

PREPARACIÓN

3. Ponga otro Poste de Soporte (O2) en el Panel
Semicircular (D) y apriete.

4. Atornille las 2 ruedas (HH) y las 2 ruedas (II) a la
base.
5. Instale la Barandilla Semicircular (J) con Tornillos
(DD) y asegure las esquinas a través de los
agujeros de los paneles laterales. Inserte Toneles
de Madera en los agujeros pre-agujereados. Ponga
la base del paso 4 en el montaje del paso 3.
Adjúntelo a los paneles laterales utilizando Tornillos
y Arandelas. Apriete los tornillos a través de los
agujeros pre-agujereados.

6. Localice la Puerta Derecha (C) y la puerta Izquierda
(B). Deslice las guías de la puerta en el las ranuras.

Utilice un destornillador Phillips (cruciforme), para
apretar los tornillos. (Diagrama 2)
PARAAJUSTAR LAS BISAGRAS
Para ajustar la puerta hacia adelante o hacia detrás,
cambie la posición de la ranura en forma de
cerradura. (como se muestra en el diagrama 3a)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia la derecho o hacia la
Izquierda, apriete o destornille el tornillo.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3b)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia arriba o hacia abajo,
ajuste la altura del soporte de bisagra.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3c)
Adjunte los Pomos (FF) de las Puertas Izquierda (B)
y Derecha (C), utilizando los tornillos adjuntados a
través de los agujeros pre-agujereados de las
puertas. Después utilice un destornillador
Phillips para apretar los tornillos.
7. Escoja la altura deseada para la Estantería de
Madera Interior (H) y ponga los cuatro Soportes
(GG) en la misma altura dentro de los paneles
laterales. Introduzca la estantería de Madera (H),
deje que la Estantería de Madera (H) repose encima
de los Soportes (GG).
8. Atornille el Tope (I) a través de los Bloques
Conectores (L) para instalar el Tirador del Bar (K).

9. Inserte Toneles de Madera en los agujeros en la
parte superior, empuje hacia el cuerpo del carrito
de Madera utilizando los tornillos y arandelas para
conectarlos.
10. Estire hacia fuera el cajón para dejar espacio para
la instalación opuesta. Para instalar los cajones,
deslice la guía de plata fuera del carro. Alinee la
guía de los cajones inferiores y suevamente
inserte el cajón dentro del carrito.
11. Ponga el Reposador de Cuchillos (P) y los
Separadores (Q) en los cajones una vez el montaje
ha sido completado. Le será más fácil manejar el
carrito.
