SAFETY AND WARNINGS
• Do not install while power is being applied to the device.
• Do not expose the device to moisture.
• Short circuit protection: If short circuit of the connected load is detected, the display will flash to alarm and the load
will be forced to open circuit status. Once the fault is removed, the decoder will recover after being re-powered on.

BUTTON INTRODUCTION AND MENU DESCRIPTIONS
• After powering on the device, use the Up and Down buttons to select different settings
• Press the Enter button to enable setting changes, display will flash
• Use the Up and Down buttons to change settings
• Click Back button to confirm setting
• When DMX signal input is detected, the indicator on the display following the first digit turns on red
FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS
Simultaneously press and hold the Back and Enter buttons until the digital display turns off.
The system will reset to factory settings and the display will turn Back on.
Default settings are as follows:
• DMX Address Code: a001
• DMX Address Quantity: SW 1=0: ch05, SW 1=1: ch04
• PWM Resolution Mode: bt16
• PWM Frequency: pf01
• Gamma: ga1.5
• Decoding Mode: dp1.1
Digital Display Description
A: DMX address - factory default setting is 001
CH: DMX channel quantity - factory default setting is Ch05
BT: Bit depth (8 or 16) - factory default setting is 16 bit
PF: Output PWM frequency - factory default setting is 1 KHZ
GA: Output dimming curve gamma value - factory default setting is ga 1.5
DP: Decoding mode - factory default setting is dp 1.1

MENU SETTINGS
A: DMX Address Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to set DMX address.
Click Back button to confirm.
CH: DMX Channel Quantity Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to set DMX channel quantity. Click
Back button to confirm.
An example (for DMX address = 001):
CH01 = 1 DMX address for all the output channels, which are all address 001
CH02 = 2 DMX addresses , output 1 and 3 is address 001, output 2, 4 and 5 is address 002
CH03 = 3 DMX addresses, output 1, 2 is address 001, 002, output 3, 4 and 5 is address 003
CH04 = 4 DMX addresses, output 1, 2, 3 is address 001, 002, 003, output 4 and 5 is address 004
CH05 = 5 DMX addresses, output 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is address 001, 002, 003, 004, 005
BT: PWM Output Bit Resolution Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to choose 08 or 16 bit output
resolution. Click Back button to confirm.
PF: PWM Output Frequency Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to choose output resolution 00-30
(00 = 500Hz, 01 = 1kHz, 02 = 2kHz... 30 = 30kHz). Click Back button to confirm.

GA: Output Dimming Curve Gamma Value Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to set gamma value (0.1-9.9).
Click Back button to confirm.
Micro Dimming:
The micro dimming effect is only visible when the dimming curve gamma value is set lower than 1.4. The lower the
value, the more visible the micro dimming effect.
DP: DMX Decoding Mode Setting
Select menu click Enter button then click or hold Up/Down buttons to choose the decoding mode. Click
Back button to confirm.
“dPxx” means the DMX address quantity used for control of corresponding PWM output channel quantity.
The 1st “x” shows the DMX address quantity, the 2nd “x” shows the PWM channel quantity.
