favorite essential oil into
the water.
2. Fill the water tank with clean water

- Place the Aroma Diffuser on a dry and even surface.
- DO NOT use detergents, solvents or abrasive agents to clean the Aroma Diffuser.
- Use only clean water at room temperature to fill the water tank.
- Disconnect the power of Aroma Diffuser before performing machine maintenance and cleaning.

Maintenance

off the unit and unplug
the adaptor.

It is important to keep the original packaging and proof of purchase for warranty to be honored.
The purchase date determines the start of the warranty.
Steps to follow in case of problems.
1. Read the instruction manual to resolve the problem;
2. If the problem persists, contact customer service at 1 888 331-1161;
3. If the problem is not resolved, return the unit in its original packaging with proof of purchase, description of
the problem and your full name and address informations. Send it to the following address:

4. Upon receipt of the package, Spherebrooke will examine the diffuser and determine the possibility to repair it
or not. If Spherebrooke determines that it is possible to repair it, Spherebrooke will repair the diffuser free of charge
and will return it at your address. If it is not possible to repair it, Spherebrooke will replace your device free of
charge and ship it at your address.
5. Transportation costs are not included in the warranty. They are at the customer's expense.
6. If Spherebrooke need additional informations, the customer service will contact you by phone or email.
7. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Expiry of the guarantee
- Misuse of the device
- Device damaged or broken by a fall, hit or fire.
- The client is not able to provide proof of purchase.
Spherebrooke is the only one to determine whether the warranty applies or not after examining the case.

4. Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the housing.
Use a clean swab or cloth to clean the water tank.
We advise you to empty and rince the water tank and
wipe it dry with a clean cloth every time you use a
different type of essentiel oil.

Plud the power and press the
button
Refill water till water is sufficient
Put away excess water
Keep the mist outlet clean
Please contact your local dealer
Symptom: there is no mist
Warning:
In case of abnormal situations such as smoke,
peculiar smells and cacophony, any further use
may result in an accident such as fire or
electric shock. You should unplug the adaptor
immediately and contact your local dealer.
Never wrap the adaptor with cloth or paper, or
it could not dissipate the heat properly which
may cause it to melt or cause a fire.
Never attempt to disassemble or repair the
product. In case of internal inspection or repair
needed, please contact your local dealer.
Please keep the product out of the reach of
children to avoid any injuty or electric shock.
