Upad is an advanced electric pulse muscle (EMS:
Electrical Muscle Stimulation) trainer with
dual-machine training function。 The round

• Do not heat the product itself or the gel sheet in a microwave or get it close to open flame.
• Do not use this product in any manner other than its intended use and make sure to follow
all directions in the instruction manual.
• Do not use the product on small children or pets. Do not let children or pets play with the
product.
• Do not spill any liquids on the product.
• Do not use this product while doing the exercise or driving.
• If you notice any strange smell or sound, or if any water or other contaminants should
happen to get inside the product, switch it off immediately. This is to avoid the short circuit
or fire or other damage to the product.
CAUTION
Follow the precautions below when using the product. Failure to do so may
result in an accident, electric shock, injury, damage, or soiling.
• Do not use damaged, old or dirty gel sheets.
• Do not bend or fold gel sheets. Doing so will damage the gel sheet.
• Stick the gel sheet to your skin. If there is a gap between the gel
sheet and the area it is attached to, the electricity will not flow evenly
across the entire surface of the gel sheet and you may feel a strong
stimulus or pain.
• Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet.
• Always adhere the gel sheet to the electrodes when using the
product. Do not touch the electrodes directly when the power is on.
• Make sure your hands are clean when handling the gel sheets.
Follow the instructions below when handling gel sheets.
Failure to do so may result in pain or burns.
• Charge in a location with a temperature of 15 to 35oC. Battery
performance may deteriorate at lower or higher temperatures due to
the nature of the rechargeable battery.
•If charging is not completed after the specified charging time, stop
the charging process right away. If an abnormal situation occurs
during charging, please immediately unplug the power adapter from
the socket. Otherwise, it may cause smoke, fire, rupture, or failure.
• Do not connect anything except AC adapter to the control unit of
this product. Doing so may cause fire or damage to the product.
• Plug the adapter for the charging stand in all the way to its base. If
it’s used without securely plugged, it may cause electrical shock or
fire due to the accumulation of dusk.
Please follow the below cautions when charging. This is to avoid
the injury or product malfunction or accident to happen.

The conductive gel sheet can evenly conduct the energy of
the electrode area to the skin. It’s essential to paste the gel
sheet to the conductive rubber before using it.
10 Apply the conductive gel sheet before use
Identify the direction of
the protective film
●Understand the protection film have A & B
side.
●A side: blue printing protective film, peel off
and stick to the device.
B side: transparent protective film, which is to be
removed after the gel sheet attached to the
conductive rubber.
●After removing the A side blue printing
protective film, align the conductive gel sheet
to the electrode area of the body and attach it
tightly.
● When attaching, a slight deviation does not
affect normal usage.
●After it’s attached, slightly pressurize the
fingertip to expel air bubbles and closely fit to
the conductive rubber.
●Remove the B side transparent protective film,
now it’s ready to use.
●The new conductive gel is very sticky. You can
use your finger to pat a while before wearing it
to reduce the excessive adhesion level.
● What should I do if I accidentally paste the gel sheet on crooked? If
the deviation from the alignment is more than 3mm, we recommend
that it be re-attached. At this moment, together with the transparent
film, try to carefully peel it off slowly with the protective films, level
them evenly and paste again.
● Do not use damaged, degraded, or excessively dirty conductive gel
sheets. It may cause burns to your skin

• Apply to each part of the body up to once a day.
• Lowering the intensity will extend the battery life. Increasing the
intensity will shorten the battery life.
• Under low-temperature environment, the battery performance
deteriorates and the number of uses may be lower than the standard
number of uses.

• • Before attaching this product, please clean the sweat from the
area where you want to use it.
• Attach the conductive gel sheet closely to the skin. If there is a gap
in the skin adhesion area, the current may not flow evenly, which
may cause a strong irritation or pain.
Press and hold the + power button for 1.5 seconds, you will
hear a long beep, indicating that it’s is powered on. After
long pressing the - power key for 1.5 seconds to hear a long
beep, it’ll turn off the power.
● When the power is on, if the conductive gel does not completely fit the skin, the user will not feel any
electrical stimulation. At the same time, the main body will issue a "beep, beep" warning sound.
When it continues to ring for 1 minute, the power will be automatically cut off.
● When the power turned on, the intensity preset level is 0 (no stimulation).
● Single operation time is approximately 20 minutes

●The device will automatically shut down after approximately 20 minutes.
●When in use, press and hold the-button for 1.5 seconds to turn off the power.
●After the device has shut down, slowly remove the body from the skin
according to the picture on the right.
•There’re 15 levels of stimulation intensity. You can press the + or – button to do
the adjustment.
• When there is no sound, or the LED is off, or you cannot feel the power stimulation,
it means that the remaining battery capacity is too low, please charge it
immediately.
• When the intensity reaches the maximum or minimum level, it will beep twice.
• For the first time user, please start with the lowest intensity. After getting used to
the low-intensity stimulation, you can adjust the intensity to higher level
accordingly.

experience cycle next time, we recommend that you to
recharge it after each usage.

• Keep the surface of the storage stand clean.
• For the storage, avoid high-temperature and high-humidity environments (in cars, etc.) ,
as well as to keep away from direct sunlight.
• Please store in a place that has low humidity. If it is placed in a high humidity
environment such as a bathroom, it may cause moist or rust inside the device.
• When not in use, it should be stored in a safe place to avoid injury due to stepping on it.
• Do not keep it within the reach of children or near pets.
• Do not store near fire.

The maintenance of the device’s surface
Standard maintenance methods of conductive gel sheet
If the adhesive surface of the conductive gel is not easily adhered
due to the stain, please follow the steps below for maintenance.
1. Moisten your fingertips and rub
it on the adhesive surface of the
conductive gel to remove the dirt
on it.
2. Place the adhesive surface
(conductive gel) upwards in a
well-ventilated and cool place to
dry naturally.
3. After the gel surface is free of
moisture, stick the conductive gel
sheet back to the storage stand.
1. Before maintenance, please make sure that the power is
turned off, as there may be a risk of electric shock.
2. Never rinse the device.
3. Never use paint thinner, detergent or alcohol to wipe the
device.
4. Wipe the sweat or moisture from the device with a soft fabric.
Make sure not to scratch the device.
5. If there is dirt, please soak a soft fabric in mild detergent
(about 3 ~ 5%) diluted with warm water, squeeze it to dry, and
then wipe off the surface stains.
6. Soak a soft fabric in clean water and squeeze it to dry, then
wipe the detergent from the surface.
7. After cleaning, let it dry in a well-ventilated shade area.

The outdated conductive gel will affect the EMS output performance and may
cause skin discomfort. Please clean and replace the conductive gel regularly to
maintain the device’s best performance.
● Conductive gel sheet is a consumable item. To ensure that the device can
have the best performance all the time, new conductive gel should be replaced
regularly.
● The viscosity is weakened, and the adhesive surface (conductive gel surface) is
damaged, or stains that cannot be removed. Be sure to replace it with a new
one.
● Do not use any paper or fabric to wipe the conductive gel, as this will affect
the life cycle of it.
● The conductive gel contains the moisture material. If the storage
environment is too dry, it will affect the life cycle of it. After using the product,
keep it in the dedicated storage bag.
● If you feel stinging pain & discomfort during the usage, please replace the
gel sheet immediately.。
1. It is recommended to use the "diagonally push & roll" method to gradually
push the gel sheet from the device. Do not try to directly tear it off.
2. At last, the removed conductive gel can be used to stick up the small pieces of
remaining gel on the rubber.
●
Please make sure that the power is turned off before the
maintenance. There’ll is a risk of electric shock if you proceed the
maintenance when the power is on.
●
Do not rinse or wipe with the paint thinner, detergent or alcohol.
●
Make sure your hands are clean before touching the conductive gel
sheet.
●
It is forbidden to wipe the surface with the lint-free paper towels
and fabrics.
●
Do not place it in direct sunlight or excessively dry environment.

Q1Can it be used every day?
A1 Yes, it can be used daily; however, do not use more than
3 times a day for the same area, as it may result in muscle
fatigue. If your body or skin feels uncomfortable, please
stop the device immediately and check with the doctor.
Q2 Can I use this product in the bathroom?
A2 Although this product do have certain level of
waterproof; however, the unknown humidity environment
in the bathroom may cause the unnecessary accidents. The
use of this product in the bathroom is prohibited.
Q3 How should the body be maintained?
A3 Wipe the device with a dry fabric. For the maintenance
method of conductive gel and electrode surface, please
refer to the topic "Clean & Maintenance method"
Q4 What intensity should I use?
A4 For the first time user, please start with the lowest
intensity. After getting used to the low-intensity
stimulation, you can adjust the intensity to higher level
accordingly.
Q5 Can I use this product after applying lotion or body
cream?
A5 Do not apply any skin care products to your skin. It may
cause the adhesion of the conductive gel to decrease and
