Precautionary measures
When using the iron, take the following precautions:
Read all instructions before using
1. Use the iron only for its intended use.
2. Do not immerse the iron in water or any other liquid. This may lead to electric shock.
3. When connecting and disconnecting the power control of the heating must be in minimum position.
When you unplug the iron from the mains without pulling the cord, take the plug and pull easily.
4. Do not let cord touch hot soleplate. Let iron cool completely before you remove it in place.
5. Always turn off the iron from the mains while filling his tank with water or when the water pours out
of him.
6. Never allow children to use the iron without your supervision.
7. Do not leave the iron unattended connected to the mains.
8. Do not keep working iron the up sole, this may cause burns a soleplate or steam.
9. If the iron is not working properly, unplug it and contact an authorized service center.
10. Between ironing always place the iron upright on heel. Make sure that the iron is on a firm surface.
11. When using the iron water reservoir to be closed.
12. Use the iron only on a stable surface.
13. Do not use the iron if it is leaking or there is damage to the soleplate. Regularly check the power cord

abilities.

16. Do not leave children unsupervised near the included iron.
17. Check that the device is indicated on the rating plate voltage is identical with your network.

Recommendations before the start use.
1. The first time the iron can smell the plastic. After a short period of time, it will disappear.
2. Before first use, wipe the soleplate with a soft cloth.
3. Do not allow metal objects (buckles, buttons, zippers) under the sole not to damage her.
4. Pure wool (100% wool) can be ironed steam mode. Set the steam setting to the maximum position and use
dry ironing.
Selecting the temperature
1. Refine modes ironing for clothes that you are going to iron.
2. Fabrics having any finish (applications, folds, etc.) can be ironed at the lowest temperature.
3. If the fabric contains several kinds of fibres, select the temperature for the tissue in which the canvas of the
greatest content. For example: if the fabric contains 60% polyester and 40% cotton, you should select the
temperature corresponding to polyester and to iron without steam.
4. First, you must determine the type of fabric for ironing. Since the sole is heated sufficiently quickly, so
begins to stroke better fabrics requiring a lower ironing temperature, such as woven fabrics of synthetic
fibers. Then, in the process of ironing gradually move to tissues that require a higher temperature ironing.

5. Turn the temperature regulator by comparing its value with a dash in front of it:
· position for nylon and rayon

··· position for cotton or linen (steaming)
Filling the water tank
1. Unplug the iron.
2. Set the mode switch steam to "off".
3. Fill the tank through the opening for pouring water.
4. After completion of the work always drain the remaining water from the tank. Do not store the iron with
remaining in the tank water.
Important: If you have hard water, we recommend that you use distilled or demineralized water.
Do not use solvents or perfume w at e r.
Steam ironing
1. Fill the tank with water as described in "Filling the water tank."
2. Connect the iron to the electrical grid.
3. Steam ironing is possible only when the maximum heating temperature of the sole. Otherwise, no
formation of steam and the water can flow through the sole.
4. Wait until the indicator light turns off, it indicates that there has been a selected temperature.
5. Set the steam supply to the desired position.
6. At the end of the work and during breaks in ironing things set the iron in vertical position.
7. After completing unplug the iron, pour the remaining water in it, and put to cool.
Spray
1. The spray can be used in any position, either in dry or steam ironing, as long as the water tank is filled
with water.
2. Press the spray button for this function.
NOTE: This button has to be pressed repetitively to start this function for the first time.
Shot of steam
Shot of steam give extra steam for removing persistent wrinkles.
1. Place the temperature selector at the “max” position and wait until the pilot light goes out
2. Wait for a few seconds for the steam to penetrate the fibre before pressing again.
NOTE: For the best steam quality, do not use more than three successive bursts each time. Several pumping
actions are needed to start this function.
Excessive use of this feature will cause the iron to cool, ensure that the pilot light is out, before
operating the shot of steam control

Cleaning and maintenance.
After use.
1. Disconnect power supply and empty the water left in water tank.
2. Wait for the sole completely cool before you remove the iron.
3. Wipe the iron soft, damp cloth. Do not use solvents to clean the soleplate and abrasive cleaners.
4. Store the iron in an upright position. Avoid scratching the sole.
Self-clean function.
It is necessary to regularly clean the iron, depending on the water hardness and intensity of use.
1. Fill water into the water tank and set the temperature selector to Max position
2. Connect the iron to the network. Make sure the steam regulator is set to “Off”.
Warning: Never pour vinegar or other liquid cleaners for eliminating calcium into water tank!
3. As soon as the iron heats up, and the light indicator goes out, hold the iron over the sink, press and hold
self-cleaning (12). The steam and boiling water will come out through the holes in the sole of washing
away scale and impurities.
4. Release the button self-cleaning as soon as the water in the tank is over.
Auto-decalcification function
Iron equipped system Auto-decalcification (Anti-Calc). Thanks to it, reduces the rate of scale formation.
Faults-reasons and solutions
Iron emits an odor or smoke
Iron gives off an odor when turned on for the first time. Oils used during manufacture need to be burnt off allow ten
minutes for odor to disappear.
Iron does not heat
The iron should be plugged into 220-240 V, AC electrical outlet only. The temperature dial must be set at the
desired temperature.
Iron does not steam
The water tank many be empty. Turn the steam valve to “0” and add water. Allow the iron to heat, and then set the
steam dial to the steam setting.
Burst of steam feature does not work
The water tank must be at least 1/4 full .Temperature must be set to steam position. Iron should be in the horizontal
position. Allow a short pause between shots. Be sure to fully depress the burst of steam button.
Spry mist feature does not work
The water tank must be at least 1/4 full. Fill the iron as described in the section “Filling the water tank”.
Iron is leaking
The steam switch should be set to the appropriate position. The heating controller should be in minimum position.
