I. Cart Assembly Items

a. 2 Allen Wrenches (3/16 left and 5/32 right)
b. 1 Tote Bag
c. 3 Rubber Straps
d. 2 EZ-Fit Drawings
e. 4 Vertical Upright Rails

f. 4 Horizontal Width Rails
g. 2 Horizontal Bottom Length Rails with Casters
h. 2 Horizontal Top Length Rails

II. Cart Assembly (Using 5/32 Allen wrench)
a. When connecting the pieces make sure the black hardware washer is in the slot of the connecting
piece before tightening. Don’t use the head of the bolt to secure the pieces, the two pieces will
not pull together flush.

b. Attach Vertical Upright to Horizontal with Caster
c. Attach Vertical Upright to other end of Horizontal Caster

d. Attach Horizontal width piece to Upright attached to Horizontal Caster
i. Put the caster base is the same direction as width piece
ii. White vinyl is inward
iii. Top center piece must point upward
e. Repeat step e for other end

f. Connect Vertical Upright rails to other horizontal Width rail
g. Repeat step f for other horizontal width rail
h. Attach other Horizontal Length with Casters to the Upright rails installed in steps f & g

i. Set Cart upright on the casters. Confirm all caster mounts and white vinyl are inside the frame
j. Attach remaining 4 Horizontal pieces to the uprights

III. Adjusting the Dimensions of the Frame
a. Use ONLY the 3/16 Allen Wrench
b. Loosen (DO NOT REMOVE) the 4 Cap Bolts per rail assembly on all Horizontal frame pieces
that coincide with the dimension which is being lengthened or shortened

c. Remove all pins from Horizontal frame pieces which are being adjusted
d. Either lengthen or shorten the frame rails
