II. Cart Assembly (Using 5/32 Allen wrench)
a. When connecting the pieces make sure the black hardware washer is in the slot of the connecting
piece before tightening. Don’t use the head of the bolt to secure the pieces, the two pieces will
not pull together flush.

b. Attach Vertical Upright to Horizontal with Caster
c. Attach Vertical Upright to other end of Horizontal Caster

d. Attach Horizontal width piece to Upright attached to Horizontal Caster
i. Put the caster base is the same direction as width piece
ii. White vinyl is inward
iii. Top center piece must point upward
e. Repeat step e for other end

f. Connect Vertical Upright rails to other horizontal Width rail
g. Repeat step f for other horizontal width rail
h. Attach other Horizontal Length with Casters to the Upright rails installed in steps f & g

i. Set Cart upright on the casters. Confirm all caster mounts and white vinyl are inside the frame
j. Attach remaining 4 Horizontal pieces to the uprights

III. Adjusting the Dimensions of the Frame
a. Use ONLY the 3/16 Allen Wrench
b. Loosen (DO NOT REMOVE) the 4 Cap Bolts per rail assembly on all Horizontal frame pieces
that coincide with the dimension which is being lengthened or shortened

c. Remove all pins from Horizontal frame pieces which are being adjusted
d. Either lengthen or shorten the frame rails

e. Line up the end of the top rail of the rail assembly with corresponding colored lines and insert
PIN in hole between the Cap Bolts
f. Repeat for other end of rail assembly
g. Repeat step e & f for all other rail assemblies being adjusted

h. Tighten 4 Cap Bolts per assembly for all 4 rail assemblies
IV. PACKING CART FOR SHIPMENT
a. Disassemble the cart using the 5/32 Allen wrench (DO NOT REMOVE THE BOLTS)…..ONLY
LOOSEN
b. Place 3 rubber bungee cords on flat surface with hooks facing upwards
c. Place the 4 horizontal long rails (2 with casters, 2 without) on rubber straps with the 2 without
casters in the middle and the 2 with casters on the outside (Caster plate to be facing inward)
THEN push the 4 rails together
d. Place 2 horizontal short rails on flat surface with offsets in opposite directions and push together
e. Take 2 vertical rails and slide under the Pin Spring (4 total) the entire length of the 2 horizontal
short rails 12
f. Repeat step f for remaining 2 horizontal short rails and 2 vertical rails
g. Place the 2 interconnected pieces assembled in steps f/g on top of the 4 horizontal long rails
h. Wrap with bungee straps

i. Place cart assembly in tote bag
j. Place Allen wrenches in total bag pocket
k. Place drawings in tote bag with cart
l. Zip closed the bag and snap/tighten the red straps
