Presentation
1. The purpose of this handbook is to provide accurate information
on how to use the Meat Grinder safely and efficiently. To
maintain properly to keep the machine in good working
condition at all times.
2. This manual should be read and followed by a qualified person in
your establishment on how to use the unit safely and its
maintenance.
3. This manual should be kept in an easily accessible place for quick
reference.
4. The Meat Grinder is subject to revision and therefore, may show
details different from the picture or drawing illustrated in this
manual.
General Description
This Meat Grinder is a space saver and perfect for use in
restaurants, fast food, canteens, etc. The body is made of high quality
stainless steel to guarantee hygienic standards of the parts that have
contact with food. Energy saver. Easy and safe to operate.

Maintenance
1. Always ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the main
power supply before cleaning.
2. Clean the external surface with a damp cloth.
3. Never use water jet or immersed appliance in water.
4. To clean the attachments, use soap and water. Do not put them
in the dishwasher.

Operating Instructions
1. The Meat Grinder must be placed and installed on a flat working
table.
2. Before connecting the unit, make sure that the power
corresponds with the local voltage.
3. Install the attachments into the power base. Attachment goes
accordingly: Cylinder, Auger, Knife, Plate, Ring ( Do not tighten),
and feed tray.
4. Gently tighten the set screw on the side.
5. Turn unit on, let parts align.
6. Place a container under exit end of meat grinder attachment.
7. Place pre-trimmed meat (No bones or skin) into feed hopper.
Push down with plastic stomper provided. DO NOT use fingers or
other objects.
Warnings and Safety Rules
1. The manufacturer is not responsible for all damages and injuries
resulting from the improper and unreasonable use of this
machine.
2. Use only plastic stomper to push the meat.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug and
grinder in water or other liquid.
4. Turn off the grinder and always unplug it before connecting or
removing the attachments and before cleaning.
