NAIL FILING SYSTEM
UP200C Series Controller
INSTRUCTION MANUAL

●Please keep this instr ction close to the people who are
going to se the appliance.
1. APPLICATIONS
* To control the micro-motor handpiece only.
Not possible to be sed for the other applications.
* For every nail filing (forming, b ffing, sc lpt red, pierce drilling etc.)
Do not se the nit for the other applications.
2. PRECAUTIONS
* The following preca tionary articles show how yo operate o r prod cts
safe and right, which prevents yo from any danger or damage before
happened.
* Never fail obeying to any article, in which cr cial and important matters are
shown concerning safety.

2.1 Clothes while at work
WARNING
* Please work in d e order. Knitted gloves, clothes with open c ffs and long
hairs are in danger of being ca ght in a machine.
CAUTION
* Please p t goggles on not to enter d sts and grits into eyes. In addition,
please p t a protection mask on not to inhale d sts and grits.
2.2 Safety Operation
WARNING
* Please se Appliances in a place where the temperat re is from 0 to 40 ℃
and the relative h midity is from 20 to 80% (no dew condensation).
Please never se them in h mid, wet places and o tdoors in the rain.
It may invite electric shock or fire, weaken ins lation and ca se r st and
bad operation.
* Do not se absol tely in any place where there are flammable or explosive
materials s ch as lacq er, paints, thinner, gasoline, gas and adhesives.
* Also, ens re that there is no flammable and no corrosive gas areas.
* Please do not damage the AC cord and Motor Cord to prevent electric
leakage and shock or fire.
CAUTION
* Please work in a clean and f ll space and se Appliances in well orderly
areas not to st mble over cords.
* Please do not place a cloth or anything else on the ventilation slits of
Appliance. Also, please avoid sing while any d st is attached aro nd the
ventilation o tlet.
* Please take care not to allow any alien s bstances s ch as water, oil, and
d st into Appliances.
* Please do not blow something like compressed air into ventilation slits of
Appliance.
* Please p ll the AC pl g o t from the receptacle when not operated.

* Please keep Appliances in well dried areas.
* Please keep Appliances in a place not to be reached by Children.
* Please never make any modification, which may damage original
performance and safety.
* Please keep yo from breaking down and adj sting the Appliance by
yo rself.
2.3 Preca tions while at work
WARNING
* Please never fail sing Controller nder the voltage indicated in the panel.
CAUTION
* Please stop the operation if any bad rotation or other abnormal movement
is fo nd o t while at work.
* Please ens re that any tool sho ld be well ch cked and after adj sting the
speed control knob on the controller to the left 「MIN」. After then, please
switch the power on and increase rotation speed grad ally.
* Please take care not to drop Controller especially.
2.4 Maintenance and Inspection
* When dirt is fo nd eminently, remove it with a cloth dipped in a detergent
sol tion in water and well wr ng. After then, wipe with a dry d ster.
* Periodical inspection is recommended every 1 or 2 years to se the
appliance safely and efficiently. Please cons lt yo r s pplier for the service.
3. PARTS IDENTIFICATION / CONNECTION

* Make it s re that each switch or knob on Controller sho ld be on the
following positions:
POWER・・・・・・・・・・「 OFF 」
SPEED CONTROL ・・・・・「 MIN 」
* Connect the Handpiece to O tp t Jack.
* Ens re that the Power Switch is t rned off before connecting the AC pl g to
the power s pply.

4. OPERATION
(1)T rn the Rotation Selection Switch ⑤to either FORWARD or REVERSE
position.
(2)When the Power Switch ①is t rned on, the Pilot Lamp ②will light p.
(3)Then, Motor handpiece will start to rotate.
The speed is controlled by adj sting the Speed Control knob ③.
5. SAFETY SYSTEM
5.1 Circ it Breaker
The Circ it Breaker will c t off the power to the Handpiece temporarily and
the Overload Lamp will light p yellow nder the following n s al operating
conditions:
* Motor Handpiece is operated nder overloaded condition.
* Motor Handpiece is locked and is stopped.
* Set Ring is t rned by mistake d ring operation.
To res me operation of the Motor Handpiece, it is possible to be res med by
the Power Switch as the following orders:
1 Slide the Speed Control Knob to the left 「MIN」position.
2 T rn the Power Switch 「OFF」and make it s re that the Overload
lamp lighted yellow has gone o t completely.
3 T rn the Power Switch 「ON」and res me the rotation speed
grad ally to the best speed for yo r application.
