Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly
instructions increases the risk of serious injury or death.
• READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE CRIB.
KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. • NEVER LEAVE child unattended.
• NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic lm as
mattress covers because they can cause suocation.
• INFANTS CAN SUFFOCATE in gaps between crib sides and a
mattress that is too small.
•TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants
be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your
physician.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• STRINGSCAN CAUSE STRANGULATION! DO NOT place items with a
string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacier cords.
DO NOT suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
•TO HELP PREVENT STRANGULATION tighten all fasteners. A child can
trap parts of the body or clothing on loose fasteners.
• DO NOT PLACE CRIB near window where cords from blinds or drapes
may strangle a child.
FALL HAZARD:
• WHEN CHILD IS ABLETO PULLTO A STANDING POSITION, set
mattress to lowest position and remove bumper pads, large toys and
other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• STOP USING CRIB when child begins to climb out or reaches the height
35 in. ( 89cm ).
• CHECK THIS PRODUCT for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts
or other fasteners, missing parts, or sharp edges before and after assembly
and frequently during use. Securely tighten loose bolts and other
fasteners. Do not use crib if any parts are missing, damaged or broken.

WHEN USED AS A TODDLER BED:

STRANGULATION.
• Openings in and between bed parts can entrap head and neck of a small child.
• NEVER use bed with children younger than 15 months and a max. weight of
50lbs (22.7kg).

ENTRAPMENT HAZARD:
• To avoid dangerous gaps, any mattress used in this bed shall be a full-size
crib mattress at least 51 5/8 in. (1310 mm) in length, 27 1/4 in. (690 mm) in
width, and a thickness not exceeding 6 in. (152.4mm).

• NEVER place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may
strangle a child.
• NEVER suspend strings over bed.
• NEVER place items with a string, cord, or ribbon, such as hood strings

1. Before you begin, assembly will be easier with two people. Set crib parts on a
Attach Left side rail (C) and Right side rail ( D) to Headboard (A) using 4 of the
M6 x 35mm Medium Bolts (G). Tighten securely with the Allen Key ( I ) provided.

2. Align Metal Mattress Supprt (E) with top holes on Inside Legs. Insert (1x) M6x15mm
Short Bolt (F) through hole in bracket and thread into hole in leg to tighten.
Repeat three more times to attach Metal Mattress Support (E) to all 4 corners of
crib. Tighten securely with Allen Key (I).
ALWAYS check to make sure that you used the same set of holes on all 4 corners
when attaching the metal mattress support to the crib frame. The metal mattress
support should always be level.
NOTE: Use the 1st mattress support position for newborns only. As your child grows,
it is important to change the mattress height to a lower position using one of the 2
other adjustment holes provided.
The hole marked with an (H) is only to be used when setting up the full size bed
mode with a metal frame, which can be purchased separately.
NOTE: WARNINGS on the envelope must face up when the metal mattress support
is installed so that the WARNINGS are easily available to read and the manual can be
stored in the envelope.
NEVER store tools or small parts in the envelope.

3. Once the side rails and metal mattress support have been attached you can
attach the footboard (B).
Attach footboard (B) using 4 of the M6 x 45mm Long Bolts (H). Tighten securely
with the Allen Key (I) provided. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Care and Cleaning
WIPE clean with damp cloth. NEVER use BLEACH.
TO CLEAN FRAME, use a damp cloth with household soap and warm water.
NEVER use BLEACH or detergent.
BEFORE USING CRIB, ALWAYS CHECK for any missing parts or if it is broken or
damaged. Replace parts as needed by contacting Customer Service.
NEVER USE crib if any parts are missing or damaged.
DO NOT STORE crib in damp or humid environments, as wood expands or
contracts overtime cracks could form. DO NOT store items on top of wood
products as it could damage the surface.
DO NOT KEEP in direct sunlight as fading could occur.
