2. DESCRIZIONE
Custodia stagna per telecamere di medie dimensioni per impianti TVCC. Il design moderno e le dimensioni
interne la rendono compatibile con la maggioranza delle telecamere da 1/3”e da 1/4”dotate di obiettivi
a focale fissa, variabile o piccoli zoom in commercio. Il particolare sistema di apertura e fissaggio della
telecamera ne facilita le operazioni di installazione. Questa custodia ha una lunghezza interna di 300mm, un
grado di protezione IP55 ed èfornita di elemento riscaldatore.

3. PROCEDURA DI INSTALLAZIONE
•Identificato il punto che soddisfa tutti i requisiti per una corretta installazione, realizzare i 4 fori di fissaggio
della staffa. Utilizzare dispositivi di fissaggio idonei al tipo di parete e adatti a sostenere un carico di
almeno 5kg.
•Fissare la staffa sulla parete. Per facilitare le operazioni di installazione della custodia, si consiglia di
posizionare e bloccare lo snodo della staffa di fissaggio come indicato nelle figure seguenti. Per la
regolazione agire sulla relativa vite con la chiave a brugola fornita in dotazione .

•Fissare la custodia sulla staffa utilizzando le due viti a testa svasata fornite in dotazione.
•Per agevolare la rimozione del coperchio posteriore della custodia, far scorrere per alcuni centimetri il
tettuccio come indicato nella figura seguente.
•Rimuovere le viti di chiusura del coperchio posteriore e sfilare l’assieme involucro / tettuccio fino a scoprire
completamente la scheda elettronica.
•Disconnettere il faston del cavo di terra connesso all’involucro.
•Far scorrere l’assieme involucro/tettuccio fino alla battuta e ruotarlo come indicato nella figura seguente.
•Ruotare il supporto telecamera.

•Installare la telecamera sul supporto come indicato nelle figure seguenti.
Nota: in dotazione con la custodia sono fornite due viti di fissaggio di lunghezza diversa; a seconda della
telecamera, utilizzare la più idonea.
La custodia Sch.1090/809 consente l’installazione di un gruppo telecamera-obiettivo le cui dimensioni
massime siano 70 x70 x230mm.
Nota: con alcuni obiettivi potrebbe presentarsi un’interferenza meccanica con l’elemento riscaldatore. In
questi casi provare a:
•
interporre un distanziale tra la telecamera ed il supporto (sostituendo, se necessario, la vite di fissaggio)
•arretrare la telecamera (verificando la qualitàdelle immagini).
• Rifilare e quindi collegare il cavo di alimentazione della telecamera(*) sulla morsettiera OUT. Sulla serigrafia
del circuito stampato sono riportate le attestazioni della fase (L), del neutro (N) e della terra (simbolo).

• Agendo sulla vite di regolazione e fissaggio dello snodo,orientare e quindi bloccare la custodia verso lo
scenario da riprendere.
• Verificare l’assenza della tensione di rete ed inserire i cavi di alimentazione e del segnale video nella
custodia attraverso i passacavi PG. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione sulla morsettiera INrispettando la
serigrafia del circuito stampato. Attestare il connettore(*) per il segnale video e connetterlo alla telecamera
e,se l’obiettivo èdel tipo auto-iris,collegare il relativo connettore sulla telecamera.
(*): fornito a corredo con le telecamere della serie 1090 Urmet Domus.
• Effettuare le regolazioni di messa a fuoco secondo quanto indicato sul libretto istruzioni della telecamera
e dell’obiettivo. A regolazioni ultimate,riassemblare la custodia avendo cura di:
− Ricollegare il cavetto di terra dell’assieme involucro /tettuccio.
− Serrare le viti di fissaggio del coperchio posteriore.
− Serrare le ghiere dei passacavi PG.
− Riposizionare il tettuccio a copertura della custodia.
Verificare che il tettuccio sia correttamente agganciato alla custodia (vedi figure seguenti).

2. DESCRIPTION
Watertight casingfor medium sized cameras in CCTV systems. The modern design and the internal
dimensions make the casingcompatible withmost fixed focus,variable focus and small zoom lens 1/3”and
1/4” cameras on the market. The special camera openingand closingsystem ensures easyinstallation. The
internal lengthofthe casingis 300mm withprotection degree IP55. It is fitted witha heatingelement.

3. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
•Identify the point which meets all the correct installation requirements and drill the four bracket fastening
holes. Use suitable fastening devices according to the wall type and capable of supporting a load of at
least 5 kg.
•Fasten the bracket to the wall. To facilitate casing installation operations, position and fasten the fastening
bracket joint as shown in the following figures. Turn the screw using the Allen wrench provided to adjust.

•Fasten the casing onto the bracket using the two countersunk screws provided.
•Make the roof slide for a few centimetres as shown in the following figure to facilitate removing the rear
casing cover.
•Remove the rear cover fastening screws and remove the casing/roof to fully uncover the electronic
board.

•Disconnect the earth wire Faston connected to the casing.
•Make the casing/roof assembly slide in fully and turn it as shown in the following figure.
•Turn the camera support.

•Install the camera on the support as shown in the following figures.
Note: two fastening screws of different length are provided with the casing. Use the most suitable for the
camera.
The casing Ref. 1090/809 can be used to install a camera-lens assembly whose maximum dimensions are
70x70x230mm.
Note: mechanical interference with the heating element may occur with some lens. In this case, try to:
•
arrange a shim between the camera and the support (replace the fastening screw, if necessary)
• retract the camera (check quality of pictures).
•Trim and connect the camera power wire (*) to the OUT terminal board. The phase (L), neutral (N) and
earth (symbol)terminals are printed on the printed circuit.

•Direct the joint by means of the adjustment and fastening screw and then fasten the casing towards the
subject to be framed.
•Check that there is no power from the mains and insert the power wires and video signal in the casing
through the PG fairleads. Connect the power wire to the IN terminal board respecting the indications
printed on the printed circuits. Connect the video signal connector (*) and connect it to the camera.
Connect the respective connector to the camera if an auto-iris lens is fitted.
(*): provided with Urmet Domus 1090 cameras.
•Adjust focus as shown in the camera and lens instruction manual. After making the adjustments,
reassemble the casing with care:
−Reconnect the earth wire of the casing/roof assembly.
−Tighten the rear cover fastening screws.
−Tighten the PG fairlead rings.
−Reposition the roof to cover the casing.
Check that the roof is correctly fastened onto the casing (see figures below).

2. DESCRIPTION
Boîtier étanche pour les caméras de moyennes dimensions destinées aux installations TVCC. Son design
moderne et ses dimensions intérieures le rendent compatible avec la plupart des caméras de 1/3”et 1/4”,
pourvues d’objectif àdistance focale fixe, variable ou avec de petits zoom, disponibles dans le commerce.
Le système particulier d’ouverture et de fixation de la caméra, facilite les opérations d’installation. Ce boîtier
a une longueur intérieure de 300 mm, un degréde protection IP55 et est dotéd’un élément chauffant.

3. PROCÉDURE D’INSTALLATION
•Après avoir identifiél’endroit qui répond le mieux aux critères d’installation, réaliser les quatre orifices de
fixation de l’étrier. Utiliser des dispositifs de fixation compatibles avec le type de paroi et aptes àsupporter
un poids d’au moins 5kg.
•Fixer l’étrier àla paroi. Pour faciliter les opérations d’installation du boîtier, il est conseilléde positionner et
de bloquer l’articulation de l’étrier de fixation, comme illustrédans les figures suivantes. Pour le réglage,
agir sur la vis spécialement prévue àcet effet, en utilisant la cléàsix pans livréavec le dispositif.

•Fixer le boîtier àl’étrier, en utilisant les deux vis àtête évasée, livrées avec le dispositif.
•Pour faciliter la dépose du cache arrière du boîtier, faire coulisser la visière sur quelques centimètres,
comme illustrédans la figure suivante.
•Oter les vis de fermeture du cache arrière et dégager l’ensemble boîtier/visière, jusqu’à exposer
complètement la carte électronique.
•Débrancher le raccord du câble de terre reliéau boîtier.
•Faire coulisser l’ensemble boîtier/visière jusqu’à la butée et le faire pivoter comme illustrédans la figure
suivante.
•Faire pivoter le support de caméra.
