3. Wall-mount Installation Guide

Installation Environmental request:

Avoid direct sunlight to lens and display, avoid lit shots. Outdoor installation, visor to be

installed on the device.

Before Installing:

This device is only suitable for installation on a concrete or non-flammable surface.

Wall installation

Step1: To dig four holes in the wall according to the following schematic size, and screws

inserted into the dowel in the hole.

Note: reserve space on the wall for wire connection.

Step2: Fixed the hanging plate to the wall.

Step 3: Fixed the H1000 on the plate.

4. Described external device connection

Extension diagram

USB interface can be used for external U disk for software upgrade, mouse, or other

devices.

⚫

Can connect to other third-party Devices, such as access control, the 2D barcode scanner, card

reader, fingerprint identification module via RS232 port.

5. Software Features Operation Introduction

Noted：

Plug mouse into the USB port, left click button for confirm, right click button for return

⚫

After connecting to network, the upper left corner of the main screen will show the IP

address.

⚫

The computer or mobile phone for setting H1000, need connect to same AP.

5.1.

Network connecting settings

5.1.1

Using Wi-Fi network connection

Procedure

1）Power on H1000, plug mouse, drag down top bar (move cursor to top bar, left click and

drag down).

2）Click WIFI icon to enter the WIFI settings interface.

3）Or click gear icon, enter the system interface as (FIG. 2), click to select WLAN (Wi-Fi

network), is provided into the WIFI.

Use LAN cable connected to the network

Procedure

1）Non-fixed IP address: connected to the network, after the Internet connected, wait 2

minutes, the top left corner of the main screen will show the IP address of thedevice.

2）Fixed IP address: connected to the network, first enter the Ethernet interface as (FIG. 2),

click the icon Ethernet, then Ethernet configuration (FIG. 3), selecting a static IP, entering

the correct IP address, subnet mask, DNS server and other information, and then clickto

save.

After successful connected, the top left corner of the main interface devices will show IP

address of the device (consistent with the IP address input setting).

Use 4G internet

Procedure:

Power off, remove the back cover, open the SIM slot, insert SIM card. Power on and use

mouse select setting to connect internet.

WEB management Interface operating Instructions

Use PC or smartphone, execute the browser, (recommended to use google Chrome)

1. Enter terminal’s IP address at browser address bar and add post 8090. For example:

192.168.3.243: 8090.

Change login password

Recommended to change the password. Password length cannot excess 12 digits, and not

allow special character such as “@ # $ “

Add face profile

Click New User icons, pop up the following figure, enter the user's name.

Note: IC card is optional, username and user ID cannot be duplicated.

Take picture (Max three faces picture)

There are two way for registration, registration by import files by PC or take picture camera

by H1000.

Cautions:

⚫

Do not import different faces into one staff profile.

⚫

Do not import same picture to different staff profile.

⚫

Conducting picture take registration, please straighten face, avoid back lit scenes to

shoot.

Precautions:

After changing the settings, click Save, to active.

5.3.1

Measuring mode

There are two modes to select: Face temp measuring (measure temperature,

Ignore face recognition), Face+ID temp measuring (measure temperature and detect human faces)

Common operations

(1) Temperature unit

Celsius and Fahrenheit are optional.

(2) Face detection settings

The higher detection threshold be set, the stricter the facial recognition become;

default value is 82, recommended not excess 90, or will reduce identifiedspeed. The

default of alarm threshold is 37.3℃, which could be set.

(3) Export pictures and EXCEL data sheets

find "Settings -- device output Settings -- U disk export" in background Settings, open "U disk

export" and save.

Insert the U-disk (FAT32 format) into the USB port of the device and wait for a few seconds. The

device will automatically export data into the U-disk, and data will be saved in the "FaceImage" folder in the

u-disk root directory.
