DESCRIPCIÓN
Diseñada para la lubricación diaria de los equipos
y máquinas que están equipados con entradas
para engrasadores. A diferencia de otras válvulas
de control de grasa que dispensan grasa a la mis-
ma presión de salida como de entrada, ésta tie-
ne un mecanismo de impulso de grasa. Con solo
apretar el gatillo, la presión de entrada podrá ser
aumentada lo cual es ideal para desbloquear en-
tradas congeladas o tapadas. La válvula está dise-
ñada para aumentar la presión hasta 10 000 PSI
(689 BAR) para el código 23615 y 8 000 PSI (XX
BAR) para el código 23616 con una presión de en-
trada de 6000 PSI (413 BAR).

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL DE SEGURIDAD
Siempre use anteojos de seguridad cuando se uti-
liza una válvula de control de grasa. Mantenga el
área de trabajo limpia y elimine el exceso de grasa
de las herramientas, las manos y la ropa después
de usarla.
PRECAUCIÓN: El exceso de grasa, si se deja en
los pisos, herramientas o equipos, puede crear su-
perficies resbaladizas.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
La válvula de control de grasa proporciona un con-
trol de lubricantes de alta presión. La válvula está
diseñada para su uso con bombas neumáticas para
grasa. Cuando el motor de aire (no incluído) de la
bomba de grasa se le suministra aire comprimido,
la bomba empieza a funcionar cuando se aprieta
el mango de la válvula de control. La bomba se
detendrá cuando se suelta la palanca de control.
La válvula de control proporciona un flujo conti-
nuo de grasa cuando el mango está totalmente
oprimido.
La válvula de control se puede utilizar hasta a una
presión máxima de entrada de 6000 PSI (413 BAR)
y tiene la capacidad de aumentarla a una presión
de salida de hasta 10.000 PSI (689 BAR) (Sólo co-
digo 23615). El aumento de presión se consigue
mediante el accionamiento repetido del gatillo de
la válvula de control.
PRECAUCIÓN: No exceda la presión de trabajo
máxima del componente de menor capacidad. La
válvula de control tiene una presión de entrada
máxima de 6000 PSI (413 BAR).
INSTALACIÓN:
1. Conecte el tubo de extensión y el cople a la sa-
lida de la válvula. La conexión entre el tubo de
extensión y la salida de la válvula debe estar bien
apretada. Utilice sellador de roscas para asegurar
una unión a prueba de fugas.
2. Ahora conecte la manguera de salida de la bom-
ba a la conexión de entrada de la válvula. Asegú-
rese de que la manguera de la bomba tenga una
rosca correspondiente, de lo contrario utilice un
adaptador para unir las dos roscas. Utilice sellador

para roscas para asegurar un sellado a prueba de
fugas.
NOTA: Esta válvula cuenta con un conector Z gira-
torio entre la manguera y la entrada de la válvula.
Este ayuda con el manejo de la válvula de control
para que no se tuerza o se doble. Asegúrese de
que todas las conexiones roscadas estén apretadas
y selladas con un sellador para roscas.
OPERACIÓN
• Asegúrese que la presión de aire en la bomba
esté ajustada correctamente.
PRECAUCIÓN: Nunca apunte la válvula de con-
trol hacia alguien o alguna parte del cuerpo. La
pistola de grasa dispensa a presiones muy altas,
posiblemente resultando en la inyección de grasa
en la piel. Nunca coloque las manos o los dedos
sobre el acoplador.
• Nunca intente bloquear ni desviar posibles fugas
con la mano, el cuerpo, los guantes o un trapo.
• Apriete todas las conexiones antes de accionar
el equipo.
• No altere ni modique el equipo.
• Cuando no se utilice, apague siempre el suminis-
tro de aire a la bomba de grasa.
EGRASAMIENTO DE UN ACCESORIO DE EN-
GRASE/GRASERA:
El acoplador previsto en el extremo del tubo de
extensión de la válvula de control tiene una cons-
trucción de tipo mordaza. Las mordazas de acopla-
miento se ajustarán a un accesorio de engrase y
mantendrán un ajuste apretado. Cuando conecte
el acoplador a la grasera, pulse el acoplador recto
hacia la grasera para formar un ajuste perfecto.
Ponga en funcionamiento la válvula de control
con el acoplador y la grasera tan en línea como
sea posible. Una vez que se haya completado la
lubricación, suelte la palanca de control, ligera-
mente incline el acoplador, gire y tire hacia atrás.
La acción de inclinación y giro permitirá una fácil
extracción del acoplador del accesorio de engrase.
PRECAUCIÓN: Note que este es una válvula
de flujo continuo y se mantendrá suministrando
grasa mientras la palanca de control esté activada.
Tenga cuidado de no sobre lubricar.
MANTENIMIENTO
Las válvulas de control de grasa deben ser limpia-
das y revisadas de cualquier daño antes de cada
uso. Las válvulas de control no tienen ningún filtro
dentro de su construcción, es por lo tanto impor-
tante que el flujo entrante a la válvula esté limpio.
Asegúrese que la bomba tenga un filtro a la entra-
da. Si por alguna razón la válvula deja de funcio-
nar, nunca proceda a abrirla. Regrese el producto
a el lugar donde se adquirió para un remplazo si
se encuentra dentro del periodo de garantía.
SOLUCIONADOR DE PROBLEMAS
LA GRASA FLUYE SIN QUE LA PALANCA DE CON-
TROL ESTÉ PRESIONADA
El tornillo prisionero en al parte superior de la
válvula ha sido sobre apretado, ocasionando una
apertura constante de la válvula. Afloje el tornillo
prisionero girándolo en sentido contrario a las ma-
necillas del reloj. Apriete la tuerca superior.
Balín dañado dentro del cuerpo de la válvula. Re-
grese la unidad para un remplazo del balín daña-
do. Regrese el producto al lugar de adquisición
para un remplazo si se está dentro del periodo de
garantía.
NO FLUYE GRASA CUANDO LA PALANCA DE CON-
TROL ES PRESIONADA
El tornillo prisionero en la parte superior de la vál-
vula pudiera haberse aflojado. Afloje la tuerca su-
perior y apriete el tornillo prisionero girándolo en
el sentido de las manecillas del reloj.
La válvula pudiera estar bloqueada debido a im-
purezas en la grasa. Remueva la manguera de la
entrada de la válvula y limpie cuidadosamente la
válvula usando aire comprimido.
LA GRASA SE FUGA POR LA PARTE SUPERIOR DE
LA VÁLVULA
Sello desgastado. Regrese el producto al lugar de
adquisición para un remplazo si se está dentro del
periodo de garantía.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Always wear safety glasses when using a grease
control valve. Keep work area clean and remove
any excess grease from tools, hands, and clothing
after use.
CAUTION: Excess grease, if left on floors, tools,
or equipment, can create surfaces that become
slippery.
FUNCTION
The grease control valve provides control of high
pressure lubricants. The valve is designed for use
with air operated grease pumps. When the air mo-
tor (not included) of the grease pump is supplied
with compressed air, the pump starts operating
when the handle of the control valve is squeezed.
The pump will stop when the control handle is
released. The control valve provides continuous
grease flow when the handle is fully squeezed.
The control valve can be used up-to a maximum
inlet grease pressure of 6000 PSI (413 BAR)and has
a pressure “boost” ability to increase outlet grea-
se pressure to up to 10,000 PSI (689 BAR). Pressure
boost is achieved through repeated actuation of
the control valve handle & very useful to open fro-
zen/clogged grease fittings.
CAUTION: Do not exceed maximum working
pressure of the lowest rated component. The con-
trol valve has a 6000 PSI (413 BAR) maximum inlet
grease pressure.
INSTALLATION:
1. Connect the extension tube and cou-
pler onto the valve outlet. The connection bet-
ween the extension tube and the valve outlet
must be tight. Use thread sealant to ensure a leak-
proof joint.
2. Now connect the grease outlet hose
from the air operated grease pump to the in-
let end of the grease control valve. Make sure
that the hose from the grease pump has mating
threads or else use an adaptor to match the two
threads. Use thread sealant to ensure a leak-proof
joint.
NOTE: This valve has a 360° Z swivel between the
grease hose & the inlet of the grease control val-
ve. It helps with maneuvering the grease control
valve, without causing the hose to bend or kink.
Make sure that all threaded connections are tight
& sealed using a thread sealant.

DESCRIPTION
Designed for every-day lubrication of equipment
and machines that are equipped with grease fit-
tings. Unlike other grease control valves which
dispense grease at the same outlet pressure as the
inlet, this one has a pressure boost mechanism.
By simply pressing the trigger, inlet pressure can
be boosted, which is great for unblocking frozen/
clogged fittings. The valve is designed to boost
pressures up to 10 000 PSI (689 BAR) for 23615 & 8
000 PSI (XX BAR) for 23616 with an inlet pressure
of 6,000 PSI (413 BAR).

OPERATION
• Make sure air pressure is set correctly at the
pump
CAUTION: Never point the control valve at an-
yone or at any part of the body. The gun dispenses
grease at very high pressures, possibly resulting in
skin injection.
• Never put your hand or ngers over the coupler.
• Never stop or deect leaks with your hand, body,
glove or rag.
• Tighten all uid connections before operating
the equipment.
• Do not alter or modify this equipment.
• When not in use, always turn off the air supply
to the grease pump.
GREASING A GREASE FITTING/GREASE NIPPLE:
The grease coupler provided at the end of the
control valve extension tube has a jaw type cons-
truction. The coupler jaws will snap on to a grease
fitting and maintain a tight fit. When connecting
the coupler to the grease fitting, press the coupler
straight onto the grease fitting to form a snug fit.
Start operating the control valve with the coupler
as inline to the grease fitting as possible. Once
greasing is completed, release the control handle,
slightly tilt the coupler, twist and pull back. The
tilt and twist action will allow easy removal of the
coupler from the grease fitting.
CAUTION: Note that this is a continuous flow
valve & will keep dispensing grease while the han-
dle is pressed. Be careful not to over lubricate!
MAINTENANCE
Grease Control Valve should be kept clean and
checked for damage before each use. Control
valve does not have any filters built in, it is there-
fore important that grease flowing into the valve
is clean.
Make sure grease pump has a filter at its inlet.
If due to any reason, the valve fails to function,
never open the valve. Return product to the place
of purchase for replacement if within one year of
date of purchase.
TROUBLESHOOTING
GREASE FLOWS WITHOUT PRESSING THE CON-
TROL HANDLE
Grub Screw on top of the valve has been over-
tightened, resulting in constant opening of the
valve. Loosen the grub screw by rotating it in the
counter-clockwise direction. Tighten the top Nut.
Damaged Ball inside the control valve. Send back
the unit for replacement with a new ball. Return
product to the place of purchase for replacement
if within the warranty period.
NO GREASE FLOW WHEN CONTROL HANDLE IS
PRESSED
Grub Screw on top of the valve may have beco-
me loose. Loosen the top nut & tighten the grub
screw by rotating it in the clockwise direction.
Valve may be blocked due to impurities in grease.
Remove the grease supply hose from valve inlet
and carefully clean the valve using compressed air.
GREASE LEAKING FROM TOP OF THE VALVE
Worn seal. Return product to the place of purcha-
se for replacement if within the warranty period.
