After connecting the signal sources, DIP address and COM cable, to insert the

RJ45 cable into the RJ45-RS232 connector then connect RS232 with PC by

USB.(before connect, ensure the software had been installed on PC in

advance.) Then find the COM ID from device controller, as follow:

Example, the COM port in this picture is COM4.

Enter the software, click “COM SETTING ”in ”SETTING ”,select the COM port

identified by PC, e.g for the below picture COM4. Then refresh the connection

status of the program by click left-bottom ”connect ”” disconnect ”button, to test

the connection availability between software &screens by

using ”connect ”&”disconnect ”buttons.

the docking. For example, 3x3, click the “matrix ”under “setting ”, and then

The “VINET ”behind “Video Matrix ”is the corresponding agreement of the

video matrix being used currently. Similar to VGA Matrix and DVI Matrix.

Choose the right agreement according to which matrix is used, and then set

other related columns.

signal format of 918 processor, “BackLight ”is for brightness adjustment,

“Version ”is the software version of processor.

"No Signal Mode" is to deal with the state of the screen with no-signal;

PCmode in the “DynamicDisplayMode ”is mainly used to display static

documents; "TractarianMode" is mainly used to improve the smooth playback

of dynamic high-definition images, avoid the occurrence of the tail delay status;

“SmoothMode ”and “SharpenMode ”are mainly used to change the effect of

display.

The “input signal type ”is mainly used to control the source switching on a

single screen or m ultiple screen ，"still image" of "screen control" in order to

maintain the quiescent state of the current picture; "Save" to save face screen

state.

SW_Panel there is a sub-window created and will default show in the first

display,you can hold the left mouse and drag away the sub-window on the

screen wherever you want,further more, the size and position can be freely

adjusted. When running “PIP_Off ”,all the extra windows will be closed.

HADDRESS switch ：1-4, VADDRESS switch ：5-8 ，the address setting was

setted according to BCD code.Each switch push up is effective,and the

weights is 1, each switch push down is ineffective,and the weights is 0.

※Fault 1: Can not turn on the power

Solutions: ①Check the power cable to ensure that both ends are properly

inserted into the socket;

②Ensure that the power for providing is accurate and reliable.

※Fault 2: No input signal information

Solutions: ①Check the signal cable, make sure the connection reasonable;

②Ensure that the associated peripherals are powered on;

③Ensure that the choice of input options match the input signal.

※Fault 3: Remote control does not work

Solutions: ①Make sure the battery no leakage;

②Ensure that the remote control within its operating range;

③Ensure that the remote control point to display the remote control

window;

④Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote control and

free window.

※Fault 4: There is flash point or stripe on the screen

Solutions: ①Equipment, electricity is not connected to the earth

②Ensure that no emissions (cars, high-voltage cables or neon) or

Solutions: ①Ensure that all channel settings (such as brightness, contrast,

color, etc.) at reasonable adjustment;

②Regarding the video settings for more information, please refer

to the OSD introduced.

※Fault 6: The location or size of the screen is incorrect

Solutions: ①Ensure that the screen position and size adjusted to a

reasonable range.

Automatic phase adjustment

※Fault 7: The im age or color is not correct

Solutions: ①Ensure connection of signal cable is reasonable;

②When connected to a computer, you can change the resolution

of the computer in order to obtain the correct images. The

difference of computer output signal may effect the image

Solutions: ①Ensure that the input signal line is fixed reasonable ;

②Select the correct input signal
