SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To ensure the best performance from the product, please read all instructions carefully
before using the device. Save this manual for further reference.
⚫Unpack the equipment carefully and save the original box and packing material for
possible future shipment.
⚫Follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury

⚫Do not dismantle the housing or modify the module. It may result in electrical shock
or burn.
⚫Using supplies or parts not meeting the specifications of product may cause damage,

⚫Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit. Always unplug the power to
the device before cleaning.
⚫Unplug the power cord when left unused for a long period of time.

household waste, and please treat them as normal electrical wastes.

1. Introduction
Thanks for choosing the 4K HDMI 2.0 USB KVM Extender UHKVM-70X which is
designed to transmit and extend uncompressed 4K60 (2160p @60Hz) HDMI and USB
KVM signals up to 230ft (70m) from transmitter to receiver via a CAT6/ CAT6a/ CAT7
network cable.
1.1 Product Introduction to UHKVM-70X
This HDBaseT single network cable KVM extender set UHKVM-70X includes a
transmitter unit (UHKVM-70XT) and a receiver unit (UHKVM-T0XR), working as a pair
and transmits HDMI signal up to 70 meters over cat6 fluently and clearly.
It is lossless in signal and supports 3D, 24bits deep color, CEC, HDCP and ultra HD
4KX2K@60Hz.
This 4K HDBaseT KVM Extender allows access to a computer system from a remote
console by USB connectors (USB keyboard and mouse). UHKVM-70X is perfect for
factory and construction sites, or any type of installation where the console needs to
be in a conveniently accessible location. It is also useful for control and security
purposes.
It's a perfect solution for audio& video transmission in applications of HD conference
system, HD multimedia education system, HD digital advertising and signage etc.
For optimum performance and safety, please read the instructions carefully and keep

3. System Connection
3.1 Usage Precautions
1) Make sure all components and accessories included before installation.
2) System should be installed in a clean environment with proper temperature and
humidity.
3) All of the power switches, plugs, sockets, and power cords should be insulated and
safe.
4) All devices should be connected before power on.
5) Do not plug-in/out the connected cables when it is in using.
6) Use shielded straight-thru CAT5/ CAT5e/ CAT6 cable with IEEE T568B
terminations for good transmission effect.

3.3 Installation Requirements
1. HDMI source devices: with HDMI OUTPUT interface, DVD, PS3, STB, PC etc.
2. Display devices: with HDMI INPUT port, SDTV, HDTV, projector.
3. Network cables:
UTP/ STP Cat6/ Cat6A/ Cat7 network cables, which following the standard of
IEEE-568B.
3.4 Connection Procedure
Step1.Connect local unit (Sender) and remote unit (Receiver) with a network
cable 1,2,3
Step2.Connect HDMI source device (e.g. computer graphics card, PS3/ PS4,
DVD-Player, Set-Top box, 4K/ HD monitoring equipment …) to HDMI IN port of
local unit (Sender) with HDMI cable.
Step3.Connect HDMI display device (e.g. SDTV, HDTV, Projector, … with HDMI port)
to HDMI OUT port of remote unit (Receiver) with HDMI cable.
Step4.Connect the keyboard/ mouse to USB ports of remote unit (Receiver).
Step5.Connect the PC to USB PC port of local unit (Sender) with included USB cable.
Step6.Plug the power supply into DC 12Vport of remote unit (Receiver) [power led
lights illuminates] and it works
Note: It is recommended to power from the receiver unit
3.5 System Application
The 4K HDMI2.0 USB KVM Extender UHKVM-70X has a good application in various
occasions, such as AV transmission in applications of 4K/ HD conference system,
4K/ HD video shooting, 4K/ HD multimedia education system, 4K/ HD digital
advertising and signage etc.

3.6 Twisted Pair Cable Connection
The twisted pair/ network cable used in this extender MUST be a straight-through
cable comply with the IEEE 568B standard.
4. Bi-directional IR pass back
•UHKVM-70X supports bi-directional IR pass back.
User can control DVD at RX end and control TV at TX end.
•If control at RX end, please connect IR blaster extension cable with IR OUT of TX
and connect IR receiver extension cable with IR IN of RX. If control at TX end,
please connect IR receiver extension cable with IR IN of TX and connect IR blaster
extension cable with IR OUT of RX.

6. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
⚫No image output:
•Firstly, please check and make sure the power supply is connected well. Then,
check and make sure all cables are connected correctly.
•Please check and make sure the right HDMI input port of the TV/ screen has
been chosen.
•Please check and make sure there is HDMI signal to be fed into transmitter unit,
and check and make sure the receiver unit has been connected well with the
display device.
⚫Data transmission indicator flashes and no output:
•Check and make sure the HDMI display device has been switched to the right
HDMI input channel.
⚫Connection indicator keeps off:
•Check whether the TX’s HDMI IN has signal input and make sure RX’s OUT is
well connected with HDMI display.
⚫Output image with snow point:
•Change the HDMI cable between the transmitter unit and the source device, it
will be better to use a shorter HDMI cable for re-testing.

steps, please contact your local dealer or distributor for further assistance.

7. Customer/ After-sales Service
The return of a product to our Customer Service implies the full agreement of the
terms and conditions hereinafter. There terms and conditions may be changed without
prior notice.
If there appear some problems when running the UHKVM-70X please check and deal
with the problems reference to this user manual. Any transport costs are borne by the
users during the warranty.
1) Product Limited Warranty: We warrants that its products will be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for two years, which starts from the first day the
product leaves warehouse (check the SN mark on the product).
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice must be
presented to obtain warranty service.
2) What the warranty does not cover:
⚫Warranty expiration.
⚫Factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
⚫Damage, deterioration or malfunction caused by:
⚫Normal wear and tear
⚫Use of supplies or parts not meeting our specifications
⚫No certificate or invoice as the proof of warranty.
⚫The product model showed on the warranty card does not match with the
model of the product for repairing or had been altered.
⚫Damage caused by force majeure.
