1.To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control
device.
2. If the power cord is damaged, it is strongly recommended to request a qualified electrician to handle.
3. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug is intended tofit only one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug .If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
4. Do not leave the fan running unattended.
1. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other objectsthrough the fan housing when the fan is running.
Unplug the fan when moving it from one location to another.
2. Disconnect the fan before cleaning.
3. To avoid overturning, be sure the fan is on a stable surface when operating it.
4. Follow the rules about cord and plug as stated below:
a. This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or
short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse as per
the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the
products. If the replacement fuse blows, ashort-circuit may be present and the product should be
discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
b. Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized
service facility for examination and/or repair.
c. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it
will not be tripped over.
5. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the grille.

1. Unpack the packing box and pull the fan out.
2. Place the fan upside down and rotate the feet
90 degrees counterclockwise so the feet are
perpendicular tothe fan body. This will stabilize
the fan for use. (See Fig. 1)
3. Flip the fan right side up for use. (See Fig. 2)
1. Plug the fan into any standard household outlet.
2. The Speed Control Knob will turn the fan on and off
and also allow you to rotate between speeds.
3. Speeds - Position: 1-low, 2-medium, 3-high, 0-off

a) Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do
not unplug by pulling on cord.
b) Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment
plug towards blades.
c) Remove fuse carefully.
d) Risk of fire! Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.

e) Close fuse cover.
f) Risk of fire! Do not replace attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be
removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
Notice:
1. When you replace the fuse, don't overexert to avoid damaging the product or causing injury.
2. If it fails to operate, make sure the fuse is in fully.
1. Besure to unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning.
2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge.
Remove soap film thoroughly with clean water.
3. Do not allow water or other liquid to enter motor.
WARRANTY
ONE YEAR LIMITEDWARRANTY. The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from
manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This one year warranty is limited tothe Motor
and Electric Element and does not cover transit damages.
This warranty shall only cover defect arising from normal usage and assumes no responsibility
whatsoever if the Fan should fail during the warranty period by reason of:
• Misuse, negligence, physical damage or accidents.
• Lack of maintenance (see instructions for proper maintenance).
• Repair by any unauthorized party during the warranty period.
• Damage caused by connection to an improper input voltage (see specification label on your Fan).
This warranty does not apply tothe finish on any portion of the product. Serving performed by
unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid. For warranty service, contact Customer
Service at 1-866-944-4148, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., EST, Monday –Sunday.
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages. Therefore, these limitations
and exclusions may not apply toyou. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You
may have other rights that vary from state tostate.

1. Para reducir el riesgo de incendios o descargas eléctricas, no use este ventilador con dispositivos
de control de velocidad de estado sólido.
2. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, se recomienda encarecidamente recurrir a un electricista
calificado.
3. Este electrodoméstico tiene un enchufe polarizado (una clavija es más ancha que la otra). Para
reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, este enchufe está diseñado para encajar de una sola
manera en un tomacorriente polarizado. Si el enchufe no encaja por completo en el tomacorriente,
dé vuelta el enchufe. Si aún no encaja, póngase en contacto con un electricista calificado. No pase
por alto esta medida de seguridad.
4. No deje el ventilador funcionando sin supervisión.
1. Nunca inserte los dedos, lápices u otros objetos en la carcasa cuando el ventilador esté en
funcionamiento. Desconecte el ventilador cuando lo traslade de una ubicación a otra.
2. Desconecte el ventilador antes de limpiar.
3. Para evitar que se vuelque, asegúrese de que el ventilador esté sobre una superficie estable.

a. Este producto posee protección contra sobrecargas (fusible). Un fusible fundido indica que se ha

tomacorriente. Reemplace el fusible según las instrucciones de mantenimiento para el usuario
(consulte las etiquetas del producto para instalar el tipo de fusible adecuado) y verifique si los
productos funcionan. Si el fusible de reemplazo se funde, es posible que exista un cortocircuito y
que el producto deba desecharse o devolverse a un local autorizado para su revisión o reparación.
b. No utilice ningún ventilador con un enchufe o cable dañado. Deseche el ventilador o regréselo a un
local de servicio autorizado para una revisión y/o reparación.
c. No pase el cable por debajo de una alfombra. No cubra el cable con alfombras, tapetes o cubiertas
similares. No haga pasar el cable por debajo de muebles o electrodomésticos. Coloque el cable
lejos de la zona de tránsito donde nadie se pueda tropezar y caer.
5. Asegúrese de que el ventilador esté desconectado del suministro eléctrico antes de retirar la rejilla.

1. Desembale la caja y saque el ventilador.
2. Coloque el ventilador boca abajo y gire las
patas 90 grados en dirección contraria a las
manecillas del reloj para que las patas queden
perpendiculares al cuerpo del ventilador. Esto
le dará estabilidad al ventilador para su uso.
(Consulte la Fig. 1).
3. Coloque el ventilador hacia arriba para usarlo.
(Consulte la Fig. 2).
1. Enchufe el ventilador en cualquier tomacorriente
doméstico estándar.
2. La perilla de control de velocidad encenderá y
apagará el ventilador, y también la podrá girar para
elegir las velocidades.
3. Velocidades - posición: 1-baja, 2-media, 3-alta,
0-apagado.

a) Tome el enchufe y retírelo del receptáculo o de cualquier otro
tomacorriente. No lo desenchufe jalando el cable.
b) Abra la cubierta del fusible. Abra la cubierta de acceso al fusible
deslizándola sobre la parte superior del enchufe hacia las clavijas.
c) Retire el fusible cuidadosamente.
d) ¡Riesgo de incendio! Reemplace el fusible solo con un fusible de 2,5
amperios y 125 voltios.
e) Cierre la cubierta del fusible.
f) ¡Riesgo de incendio! No reemplace el enchufe. Contiene un
dispositivo de seguridad (fusible) que no se debe retirar. Deseche el
producto si el enchufe está dañado.
Aviso:
1. Para evitar dañar el producto o provocar lesiones, no haga fuerza de
más cuando reemplace el fusible.
2. Si no funciona, asegúrese de que el fusible esté bien colocado.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO PARA EL USUARIO
LIMPIEZA
1. Asegúrese de desconectar el ventilador desde la fuente de suministro eléctrico antes
de la limpieza.
2. Las piezas de plástico se deben limpiar con jabón suave y secar con un paño o
esponja húmedos. Retire bien la capa de jabón con agua limpia.
3. No permita que el agua u otro líquido ingresen en el motor.
GARANTÍA
UN AÑO DE GARANTÍA LIMITADA. El fabricante garantiza que este producto no presentará
defectos de fabricación en el material ni en la mano de obra. Esta garantía de un (1) año está
limitada al motor y el elemento eléctrico, y no cubre los daños provocados por el tránsito.
Esta garantía solo cubre defectos ocasionados por el uso normal y no asume ninguna responsabili-
dad si el ventilador falla durante el período de la garantía debido a lo siguiente:
• Mal uso, negligencia, daños físicos o accidentes.
• Falta de mantenimiento (consulte las instrucciones para conocer el mantenimiento adecuado).
• Reparación por personas sin autorización durante el período de la garantía.
• Daños causados por la conexión a un voltaje de entrada inadecuado (consulte la etiqueta de
especificaciones en el ventilador).
Esta garantía no se aplica al acabado de ninguna parte del producto. El mantenimiento realizado
por personas no autorizadas invalidará la garantía. Para el servicio de garantía, llame al Servicio
al Cliente al 1-866-994-4148, de lunes a domingos de 8 a.m. a 8 p.m., hora estándar del Este.
Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación de ciertos daños, por lo que es posible que
estas exclusiones o limitaciones no se apliquen en su caso. Esta garantía otorga derechos legales
específicos al consumidor. Usted podría tener otros derechos que varían según el estado.
