1.1 Action-related warnings
Classification of action-related warnings
The action-related warnings are classified in
accordance with the severity of the possible
danger using the following warning signs and
signal words:

1.2 Intended use
There is a risk of injury or death to the user or
others, or of damage to the product and other
property in the event of improper use or use
for which it is not intended.
The domestic hot water cylinder is designed
to keep drinking water that is heated to a
maximum 85 °C ready for use in households
and businesses. The product is designed to
be integrated into a central heating installa-
tion. It is designed to be combined with heat
generators whose power lies within the limits
specified in the technical data. To control the
domestic hot water generation, weather com-
pensators and control systems from suitable
heat generators can be used. These are heat
generators that provide cylinder charging and
can be connected to a temperature sensor.

installation and maintenance instructions
for the product and any other system com-
ponents
–installing and setting up the product in ac-
cordance with the product and system ap-
proval
–compliance with all inspection and main-
tenance conditions listed in the instruc-
tions.
Intended use also covers installation in ac-
cordance with the IP code.
Any other use that is not specified in these
instructions, or use beyond that specified in
this document, shall be considered improper
use. Any direct commercial or industrial use
is also deemed to be improper.

Improper use of any kind is prohibited.
1.3 General safety information
1.3.1 Risk caused by inadequate
qualifications
The following work must only be carried out
by competent persons who are sufficiently
qualified to do so:
–Set-up
–Dismantling
–Installation
–Start-up
–Inspection and maintenance
–Repair
–Decommissioning
▶Proceed in accordance with current tech-
nology.

The competent person must be authorised by
Vaillant Group Russia.
1.3.2 Risk of death from electric shock
There is a risk of death from electric shock if
you touch live components.
Before commencing work on the product:
▶Unplug the mains plug.
▶Or disconnect the product from the power
supply by switching off all power supplies
(electrical partition with a contact gap of at
least 3 mm, e.g. fuse or circuit breaker).
▶Secure against being switched back on
again.
▶Wait for at least 3 minutes until the capa-
citors have discharged.
▶Check that there is no voltage.

▶Install the necessary safety devices in the
installation.

▶Only carry out work on these components
once they have cooled down.

3 Product description
3.1 Data plate
Explanations for the data plate can be found in the operating
instructions for this product.
3.2 CE marking
The CE marking shows that the products comply with the
basic requirements of the applicable directives as stated on
the declaration of conformity.
The declaration of conformity can be viewed at the manufac-
turer's site.
4 Set-up, installation and start-up
You can find more detailed information about set-up, installa-
tion and start-up in the enclosed text-free/illustrated installa-
tion instructions.
5 Setting the target cylinder temperature
Danger!
Risk of death from legionella.
Legionella multiply at temperatures below
60 °C.
▶Ensure that the end user is familiar with
all of the Anti-legionella measures in order
to comply with the applicable regulations
regarding legionella prevention.
1. Set the target cylinder temperature.
–Water temperature: ≥60 ℃
2. Check the water hardness.
Result:
Water hardness: > 3.57 mol/m³
▶Soften the water.
3. Check the conductivity of the water.
Result:
Conductivity at 20 °C between: 100 … 1,250 µS/cm
▶Take measures to protect against corrosion.
4. Observe the applicable regulations regarding legionella
prevention.
6 Handing over to the operator
1. Teach the end user how to handle the installation. An-
swer any questions the operator may have. In particu-
lar, draw attention to the safety information which the
operator must follow.
2. Explain to the operator how the safety devices work and
where they are located.
3. Inform the end user that they must have the product
maintained in accordance with the specified intervals.
4. Provide the operator with all relevant instructions and
unit documentation for safe-keeping.
5. Inform the end user about the ways to limit the domestic
hot water outlet temperature so that scalding can be
prevented.

6. Inform the end user about the legionella protection
measures that have been taken.
7 Troubleshooting
7.1 Detecting and rectifying faults
▶If problems occur whilst operating the product, check
certain points with the aid of the table in the appendix.

7.2 Procuring spare parts
The original components of the product were also certified
by the manufacturer as part of the declaration of conformity.
If you use other, non-certified or unauthorised parts during
maintenance or repair work, this may void the conformity of
the product and it will therefore no longer comply with the
applicable standards.
We strongly recommend that you use original spare parts
from the manufacturer as this guarantees fault-free and safe
operation of the product. To receive information about the
available original spare parts, contact the contact address
provided on the back page of these instructions.
▶If you require spare parts for maintenance or repair
work, use only the spare parts that are permitted for the
product.
8 Decommissioning
1. Disconnect the power supply, if required.
2. Close all of the isolators fitted on-site.
3. Drain the cylinder (→installation instructions).
4. Disconnect the connection cables.
5. Remove the cylinder and correctly dispose of the indi-
vidual components (→installation instructions).
9 Recycling and disposal

A Detecting and rectifying faults

1. The cold-water isolation valve is closed.

1. The expansion vessel is defective.

2. If required, adjust the pre-charge pressure.

1.1 Výstražná upozornění související

Klasifikace výstražných upozornění souvise-
jících s manipulací
Výstražná upozornění související s manipu-
lací jsou pomocí výstražných značek a sig-
nálních slov odstupňována podle závažnosti
možného nebezpečí:

1.2 Použití v souladu s určením
Při neodborném používání nebo použití v roz-
poru s určením může dojít k ohrožení zdraví
a života uživatele nebo třetích osob, resp.
k poškození výrobku a k jiným věcným ško-
dám.
Zásobník teplé vody je určen pro dodávku
teplé vody s maximální teplotou 85 °C v do-
mácnostech a průmyslových podnicích. Výro-
bek je určen k instalaci do topného systému.
Je určen pro kombinaci se zdroji tepla, jejichž
výkon je v mezích, které jsou uvedeny v tech-
nických údajích. K regulaci ohřevu teplé vody
lze použít ekvitermní regulátory a regulace
vhodných zdrojů tepla. To jsou zdroje tepla,
které umožňují nabíjení zásobníku a připojení
snímače teploty.
– dodržování přiložených návodů k obsluze,
instalaci a údržbě výrobku a všech dalších
součástí systému
– instalaci a montáž v souladu se schvále-
ním výrobků a systému
– dodržování všech podmínek prohlídek
a údržby uvedených v návodech.
Použití v souladu s určením zahrnuje kromě
toho instalaci podle kódu IP.
Jiné použití, než je popsáno v tomto návodu,
nebo použití, které přesahuje zde popsaný
účel, je považováno za použití v rozporu s ur-
čením. Každé přímé komerční nebo průmys-
lové použití je také v rozporu s určením.
Pozor!
Jakékoliv zneužití či nedovolené použití je
zakázáno.
1.3 Všeobecné bezpečnostní pokyny

Následující práce smějí provádět pouze in-
stalatéři, kteří mají dostatečnou kvalifikaci:

1.3.2 Nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým proudem
Při dotyku součástí pod napětím hrozí nebez-
pečí úrazu elektrickým proudem.
Než začnete pracovat na výrobku:
▶Vytáhněte síťovou zástrčku.
▶Nebo vypněte výrobek odpojením všech
zdrojů proudu (elektrické odpojovací za-
řízení se vzdáleností kontaktů nejméně
3 mm, např. pojistka nebo výkonový spí-
nač).
▶Zajistěte výrobek před opětovným zapnu-
tím.
▶Vyčkejte nejméně 3 minuty, až se vybijí
kondenzátory.
▶Zkontrolujte nepřítomnost napětí.

3.1 Typový štítek

3.2 Označení CE
Označením CE se dokládá, že výrobky podle prohlášení
o shodě splňují základní požadavky příslušných směrnic.
Prohlášení o shodě je k nahlédnutí u výrobce.
4 Montáž, instalace a uvedení do provozu
Podrobnosti k montáži, instalaci a uvedení do provozu jsou
uvedeny v příslušném beztextovém/ilustrovaném návodu
k instalaci.
5 Nastavení požadované teploty

Ohrožení života bakteriemi Legionella!
Bakterie Legionella se vyvíjejí při teplotách
nižších než 60 °C.
▶Zajistěte, aby provozovatel znal všechna
opatření pro termickou dezinfekci
(ochrana před bakteriemi Legionella)
a splnil tak platné předpisy prevence
šíření bakterií Legionella.
1. Nastavte požadovanou teplotu zásobníku.
– Teplota vody: ≥ 60 ℃
2. Zkontrolujte tvrdost vody.
Výsledek:
Tvrdost vody: > 3,57 mol/m³
▶Snižte tvrdost vody.
3. Zkontrolujte vodivost vody.
Výsledek:
Elektrická vodivost při 20 °C mezi: 100 … 1 250 µS/cm
▶Proveďte opatření na ochranu proti korozi.
4. Jako opatření proti bakterii Legionella dodržujte platné
předpisy.
6 Předání provozovateli
1. Seznamte provozovatele s ovládáním systému. Zod-
povězte všechny jeho dotazy. Informujte provozovatele
zejména o bezpečnostních pokynech, které musí dodr-
žovat.
2. Vysvětlete provozovateli polohu a funkci bezpečnost-
ních zařízení.
3. Informujte provozovatele o nutnosti provádět údržbu
výrobku v určených intervalech.
4. Všechny příslušné návody a dokumentaci k zařízení
předejte provozovateli k uložení.
5. Informujte provozovatele o možnostech omezení vý-
stupní teploty teplé vody, aby nedošlo k opaření.

6. Informujte provozovatele o opatřeních na ochranu proti
Legionelle.
7 Odstranění poruch
7.1 Rozpoznání a odstranění poruch
▶Jestliže při provozu výrobku vzniknou problémy, zkontro-
lujte s pomocí tabulky v příloze některé body.

7.2 Nákup náhradních dílů
Originální díly výrobku byly certifikovány výrobcem v souladu
s ověřením shody. Používáte-li při údržbě nebo opravě jiné,
necertifikované, resp. neschválené díly, může dojít k zániku
souladu výrobku, který tak již neodpovídá platným normám.
Důrazně doporučujeme, abyste používali originální náhradní
díly výrobce, protože je tím zaručen bezporuchový a bez-
pečný provoz výrobku. Informace o dostupných originálních
náhradních dílech získáte na kontaktní adrese, která je uve-
dena na zadní straně příslušného návodu.
▶Potřebujete-li při údržbě nebo opravě náhradní díly, pou-
žívejte výhradně ty, které jsou pro výrobek schváleny.
8 Odstavení z provozu
1. Příp. odpojte napájení.
2. Zavřete všechny uzavírací prvky na místě instalace.
3. Vypusťte zásobník (→ návod k instalaci).
4. Odpojte připojovací vedení.
5. Demontujte zásobník a jednotlivé komponenty řádně
zlikvidujte (→ návod k instalaci).
9 Recyklace a likvidace
Likvidace obalu
▶Obal odborně zlikvidujte.
▶Dodržujte všechny příslušné předpisy.

1.2 Korrekt anvendelse
Alligevel kan brugeren eller tredjemand ud-
sættes for fare, evt. med døden til følge, og
produktet samt andre ting kan blive beskadi-
get som følge af enhver form for forkert brug.
Varmtvandsbeholderen er beregnet til at
indeholde op til maks. 85 °C opvarmet
brugsvand klar til brug i husholdninger og
erhvervsvirksomheder. Produktet er bereg-
net til at blive integreret i et centralvarme-
anlæg. Det er beregnet til kombination med
varmegivere, hvis ydelse ligger inden for de
grænser, der er angivet i de tekniske data. Til
styring af varmtvandsproduktionen kan der
bruges vejrkompenseringer og styringer fra
egnede varmegivere. Det er varmegivere
med beholderopvarmning, som har mulighed
for tilslutning af en temperatursensor.

Hvis du rører ved spændingsførende kom-
ponenter, er der livsfare på grund af elektrisk
stød.
Før du arbejder på produktet:
▶Træk netstikket ud.
▶Eller afbryd spændingen til produktet ved
at slå alle strømforsyninger fra (afbryder
med mindst 3 mm kontaktåbning, f.eks.
sikring eller sikkerhedsafbryder).
▶Husk at sikre mod genindkobling.
▶Vent mindst 3 min, til kondensatorerne er
afladede.
▶Kontrollér for spændingsfrihed.

6 Overdragelse til ejeren
1. Fortæl ejeren, hvordan anlægget skal håndteres. Be-
svar alle eventuelle spørgsmål. Gør især ejeren op-
mærksom på de sikkerhedsanvisninger, som skal over-
holdes.
2. Forklar ejeren, hvor sikkerhedsudstyret sidder, og hvor-
dan det fungerer.
3. Informer brugeren om, at han skal få foretaget service
af produktet med de foreskrevne intervaller.
4. Udlever alle vejledninger og dokumenter om enheden til
opbevaring hos brugeren.
5. Informer brugeren om muligheden for at begrænse
varmtvands-udløbstemperaturen, så skoldninger und-
gås.

7.1 Fejlfinding og -afhjælpning
▶Hvis der skulle opstå problemer i driften af produktet,
skal du selv kontrollere visse punkter ud fra skemaet i
tillægget.

7.2 Fremskaffelse af reservedele
Produktets originale komponenter er certificeret af producen-
ten ved overensstemmelsesprøvningen. Hvis der ved ved-
ligeholdelse eller reparation anvendes andre, ikke-certifice-
rede dele, kan det resultere i, at produktets overensstem-
melse bortfalder, og produktet derfor ikke længere opfylder
de gældende normer.
Vi anbefaler derfor på det kraftigste, at der kun anvendes ori-
ginale reservedele fra producenten, da man dermed er sik-
ker på, at produktet fungerer problemfrit og sikkert. Hvis du
vil have oplysninger om de tilgængelige originale reserve-
dele, skal du henvende dig på kontaktadressen, som frem-
går af bagsiden af vejledningen.
▶Hvis der skal bruges reservedele til vedligeholdelse eller
reparation, må du kun anvende reservedele, som er god-
kendt til produktet.
8 Standsning
1. Afbryd strømforsyningen.
2. Luk alle spærreanordninger på installationsstedet.
3. Tøm beholderen (→Installationsvejledning).
4. Afbryd tilslutningsledningerne.
5. Afmonter beholderen, og bortskaf de enkelte kompo-
nenter korrekt (→Installationsvejledning).
