1Introduction
This document describes how to replace the display print circuit boards (PCB) in an Ixx24-BF or an
Ixx24-AF unit from Val Controls.
1.1 Required tools
•Double-slot screwdriver

2PCB replacement procedure

Disconnect power from the unit
Remove the lid of the unit

Unfasten the 4 cross screws in the front
plate

Remove the front plate

Gently remove the display

Unfasten the screw in the display PCB

Gently remove the display PCB

Mount the spare display board
Fasten the screw

Mount the display
Important: Use the row towards the
middle of the PCB

Place the front plate on the display and
fasten the 4 screws
