INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
• Die Installation darf nur von geschultem Fachpersonal unter Be-
rücksichtigung der Montageanleitung und den allgemein an-
erkannten Regeln der Technik (a.a.R.d.T.) durchgeführt werden.
Nach erfolgter Installation ist die Montageanleitung dem Endan-
wender auszuhändigen.
• Um eine korrekte Funktion des Produktes zu gewährleisten,
müssen die Anweisungen und Schritte der Montageanleitung be-
folgt werden. Waschtisch-Konsolen sind so zu installieren wie in
der Montageanleitungen beschrieben.
• Offensichtliche Schäden am Produkt sind vor der Installation zu
reklamieren. Nach der Installation kann die Reklamation offensicht-
licher Schäden nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.
• Scharfkantiges Werkzeug sowie schmutziges Arbeitsmaterial
sollten nicht auf das Produkt abgelegt werden.
• Um eine Beschädigung der Oberfläche zu vermeiden, sollte die
Verpackung vorsichtig geöffnet werden. Von der Verwendung von
Cuttern oder anderem scharfkantigem Werkzeug ist abzusehen.
• Installation may only be carried out by trained technical staff
and in compliance with the installation instructions and the
generally recognised rules of technology (a.a.R.d.T.). After suc-
cessful installation, the installation instructions must be handed
over to the end user.
• To ensure correct functioning of the product, the instructions
and steps in the installation instructions must be observed. Sink
must be installed as specified in the installation instructions.
• Obvious damage to the product must be reported before instal
lation. Complaints about obvious damage can no longer be
considered after installation. Before installation, make sure that
all parts of the scope of delivery are included and that the
product is complete.
• Sharp-edged tools, as well as dirty work material should not be
placed on the product.
• To avoid damaging the surface, the packaging should be opened
carefully. Avoid the use of cutters or other sharp-edged tools.

• Beachten Sie die Reinigungshinweise im VALLONE® Care Guide
für den sachgemäßen Umgang mit dem Produkt.
• Die einzelnen Komponenten des Produktes oder das Produkt
selbst dürfen nicht verändert oder modifiziert werden. Wir über-
nehmen keine Gewährleistung für Modifikationen und weisen
darauf hin, dass auch die gesetzliche Gewährleistung durch eine
Modifikation des Produktes eingeschränkt oder vollständig auf-
gehoben werden kann.
• Achten Sie auf die Tragfähigkeit und Beschaffenheit der Wand,
an der Sie die Waschtisch-Konsole anbringen möchten – eventu-
ell ist eine zusätzliche Verstärkung notwendig. Montieren Sie
unsere maßgefertigten Boards nicht an Trockenbauwänden ohne
eine Verstärkung einzusetzen.
• Die Vallone GmbH übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die
durch unsachgemäße Montage entstehen oder auf unzureichen
des Montagematerial zurückzuführen sind.
• Die Montageanleitung ist vom Endanwender aufzubewahren.
• Follow the instructions in the VALLONE® Care Guide for proper
use of the product.
• Pay attention to the load-bearing capacity and nature of the
wall designated for the washbasin. You may need to provide
additional support. Do not mount the washbasin on drywall
without sufficient support.
• The Vallone GmbH assumes no liability for damages caused by
improper installation or due to insufficient assembly material.
• The individual components of the product or the product itself
must not be changed or modified. Modifications of the product
are not covered by any warranty and the legal warranty may also
be limited or completely voided due to a modification.
• The installation instructions must be kept by the end user.

Legen Sie das VALLONE® Board vorsichtig an die vorge-
sehene Stelle vor der Wand, an der die Montage erfolgen
soll. Lassen Sie einen Abstand von etwa 20 bis 30 cm
zwischen Wand und Waschtisch-Konsole.
Carefully place the VALLONE® board on the floor in front
of the designated wall, leaving 20 to 30 cm between the
wall and the sink console.
Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Montage die Einstellschrauben
der mitgelieferten Wandhalterungen auf das mittlere
Niveau. Nutzen Sie dazu den im Lieferumfang enthalte-
nen Innensechskantschlüssel.
Before the installation, set the adjusting screws of the
delivered wall brackets to the middle level. To do this, use
the hex key included in the scope of delivery.

Übertragen Sie die genaue Position der Halterung nun
auf die Wand, um die vertikale Position festzulegen.
Markieren Sie die Position der Halterung vorsichtig mit
einem Bleistift.
Transfer the exact position of the bracket to the wall,
thus determining the vertical position. Carefully mark the
position using a pencil.

Je nach gewählter Größe des Boards variiert die Anzahl
der mitgelieferten Wandbefestigungen. Verteilen Sie
die Wandbefestigungen gleichmäßig auf die Größe der
Waschtisch-Konsole. Legen Sie nun die Position der
Wandhalterungen an der Wand fest: Halten Sie dazu
probeweise je eine Halterung unter der Waschtisch-Kon-
sole an die entsprechende Stelle an der Wand.
Depending on the selected size of the board, the number
of the delivered wall brackets will vary. Distribute the
wall brackets evenly over the size of the sink console.
Determine the position of the wall brackets by placing
each bracket under the sink console on its intended
position on the wall.

Markieren Sie nun mit einem Bleistift die
Position der Schraublöcher in den Halterungen.
Use a pencil to mark the position of the screw holes in
the brackets.
Legen Sie nun die horizontale Position der Halterungen
fest, indem Sie die Markierung in einer vertikalen Linie
nach oben verlängern. Wir empfehlen eine Einbauhöhe
der Waschtisch-Konsole von 85 bis 90 cm, gemessen
vom Boden bis zur Oberkante der Waschtisch-Konsole.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Einstellschrauben auf
mittlerer Position befinden. Positionieren Sie die Halte-
rung so an der Wand, dass Sie die Materialstärke "x" des
jeweiligen Boards einkalkulieren. Platzieren Sie die Bohr-
löcher wie auf der Skizze gezeigt.
Now determine the horizontal position of the brackets
by extending the marking upwards in a vertical line. We
recommend an installation height of the sink console of
85 to 90 cm, measured from the floor to the top edge of
the sink console.
Make sure that the adjustment screws are in the middle
position. Position the bracket on the wall so that you
take into account the material thickness "x" of the
respective sink console model. Place the drill holes as
shown on the sketch.

Setzen Sie für die Beschaffenheit der Wand geeignete
Dübel oder Wandanker in die zuvor gebohrten Löcher.
Die Auswahl der Dübel oder Wandanker ist von der
Wand abhängig – diese sind nicht im Lieferumfang ent-
halten. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Wandankern
M8 bei massiven Wänden.
Insert dowels or wall anchors suitable for the nature of
the wall into the holes. The choice of dowels or wall an-
chors depends on the wall – these are not included in the
scope of delivery. We recommend using M8 wall anchors
on solid walls.
Bohren Sie mit einem geeigneten Bohrer jeweils ein Loch
an den markierten Stellen.
Drill a hole at the marked points using a suit-
able drill.

Entnehmen Sie den Waschtisch-Konsole wieder vorsich-
tig von den Wandhalterungen und legen Sie diesen an
einen sicheren Ort. Tragen Sie Montagekleber auf jeden
Teller der Einstellschrauben auf.
Achtung: Nutzen Sie für die APUA Waschtisch-Konsolen
aus Marmor nur Natursteinsilikon und kein herkömm-
liches Bausilikon. Boards der Serie LITHO werden an
dieser Stelle mit Schrauben befestigt. Wir empfehlen die
Verwendung von Schnellbauschrauben M3.5X16 mm.
Carefully remove the sink console from the wall brackets
and put it in a safe place. Apply assembly adhesive on
each plate of the adjusting screws.
Attention: For APUA sink consoles made of marble
only use natural stone silicone and not conventional
construction silicone. LITHO boards are attached with
screws at this point (not included). We recommend using
drywall screws M3.5X16 mm.
Platzieren Sie das Board auf den Wandhalterungen. Mit
Hilfe einer Wasserwaage können Sie die Waschtisch-
Konsole nun vollständig horizontal ausrichten. Bewegen
Sie dazu die Einstellschauben auf der Unterseite der
Halterungen auf- oder abwärts.
Place the board on the wall brackets and use a spirit
level on top of the basin to perfectly align it. In order
to achieve optimum alignment, move the adjustment
screws on the underside of the brackets up or down.

Setzen Sie abschließend die Waschtisch-Konsole wieder
auf die Wandhalterungen. Die Montage des Boards ist
somit abgeschlossen. Beachten Sie zur Installation des
Aufsatzbeckens die jeweilige Montageanleitung.
Place the sink console on the wall brackets.
The installation is now completed. When installing the
countertop basin, please refer to the respective installa-
tion instruction.
