DETAILS OF THE SEAT :
Headrest,adjustable armrest,2 point seat belt with ALR type retractor,document box,mechanical
lumbar, air suspension with built in compresor (12V) and hydraulic shock absorber

USEFUL INFORMATION :
-
Seat should not be adjusted while the vehicle is running to prevent from an accident.

User manual has to be kept with in easy reach in the vehicle.

Seat must only be installed by properly skilled and trained personnel who are familiar with
local rules and regulations.

During installation, the engine must be off, ignition key removed, parking brake applied and wheels
blocked.
FOAM MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS :
Backrest and seat cushion foams are made of cold cure foam system.They have high flexibility
durability and are designed ergonomically.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
FORE - AFT ADJUSTMENT HANDLE :
By pulling up the fore-aft adjustment handle seat can be moved a total of 190 mm. by 10 mm. increments.
ON / OFF BUTTON
While seated push the on-off button towards the back and let go. The air bag will inflate until it reaches to
optimal position for the driver's weight. When it stops, if a higher position is required, push the on-off button
towards the back and hold until the desired height is reached.
To deflate the air bag, push the on-off button towards the front.
BACKREST RECLINING ADJUSTMENT HANDLE
Press down the backrest reclining adjustment handle to adjust the backrest to the required position.
The backrest can be tilted 32 degrees backward & 80 degrees forward.
CUSHION DEPTH ADJUSTMENT :
The seat cushion can be adjusted by 60 mm forward by pulling the cushion depth adjustment handle up.
MECHANICAL LUMBAR KNOB :
When mechanical lumbar is provided, it can be operated by turning the mechanical lumbar knob clockwise or
counterclockwise.
HEADREST :
The hieght of headrest can be adjusted.
INTEGRATED TURN TABLE:
The seat top can be rotated to a number of alternative positions by pushing the turn table handle backwards
and rotating the seat top. Ensure the swivel is locked in its new position before operating the equipment.
ADJUSTABLE ARMREST
Armrest can be horizontal or adjustable to a comfortable angle by turning the knob on the bottom side.
Armrests are foldable upwards to allow easy access to the vehicle.
HORIZONTAL ISOLATOR :
ADJUSTABLE SHOCK ABSORBER:
You can operate the variable shock absorber by turning the handle forward and backward. The adjustment is
gradual.
These seats are not suitable for drivers over 130 Kgs (286 lbs)
To activate fore/aft horizontal isolator, turn the handle clockwise. To lock out the isolator turn the handle
counterclockwise.
