The Varimixer Economy 302
Meat Grinder is capable of 180
lbs an hour. The main body,
feedscrew and feedpan is
constructed of stainless steel,
the pusher is white plastic.
The knife and blades are made
of tool steel. The 302 comes
standard with a 1/4” disc, knife,
stainless steel feedpan, plastic
pusher and sausage horn.
There are also 10 additional
blades sizes available , 1/16”,
3/32” , 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4”,
5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”and 3/4”.
There is an optional stainless
steel receiving tray.
NOTE: These products will only
fit into Varimixer products that
are equipped with a #12 Hub.
