Important Information
Electrical hazard! *
When electrical power is applied, power components as well as other compo-
nents are connected with the electrical supply. It is extremely dangerous to touch
them.
The unit is tted with safety components that are capable, in case of a default, to
switch the unit off Nevertheless the safety chain remains powered!
Before any work, either on the electrical part as on the mechanic, the unit must
be disconnected from any electrical power source.

Description of the title block
Each footer contains a title block containing the following information:
●Line: line of the product concerned
●Units: Models covered by the explanations. The possibilities are as follows:
112, 112P, 112T, 112L, 211, 211P, 311, 311P.
The P denotes units with the pressure option. The T denotes table-top units.
●Serial No.: from which the explanations on the page are valid. You will nd
an explanation of the serial numbers in the chapter "Description, General".
●Sw.: Version of the software which the explanations on the current page apply to.
●Rev.: Version of the module concerned. Month and year of design. Designer.
Whether technical support is required
During any failure if you wish to contact our technical service you will be asked for the following

General information
Return to main menu button. By
long press (> 2 seconds) 112 and 112T only:
Pan selection button.
Button indicates by its red
coloured edge that the side
concerned is operating but not
selected!
Arrow indicating by its red
colour that the selected side is
in operation.
MyVCC
This button gives you access
to your VarioCooking Center©
personalisation settings. The
coloured representation of the
technical box indicates that the
appliance is in a special mode
(demo, dummy, etc.).
Back arrow
Toreturn tothepreviousmenu.
Function key
Access to the controls for parts of
the appliance. Tipping pan, lling
with water, drain pan, power to
the ceramic hob.
Flashing
A red frame ashing around a
button tells you that its settings
are being modied.
The change is vacoverated
automatically after 4 seconds
or by pressing the dial on the
control panel.
Help
Access to the built-in help. The
user manual and the implemen-
tation manual are available.
Long press:
On some keys there is a long
press (> 2 sec.) This allows you
to access another feature.
Button for unlocking the screen.
(Press > 2 sec.)
To lock the screen long-press
the MyVCC button.
