In order to help ensure the longevity and performance of your
appliance, keep this guide handy. When using electrical appliances,
basic safety precautions should always be followed. Including the
following:
To protect against electrical shock, do not put the
motor body, cord or electrical plug of this hand
blender in water or other liquid. The detachable
blending shaft of this appliance has been designed for
immersion into water or other liquids. Never
submerge any other portion of this unit. If hand
blender falls into liquid, unplug the unit first, then
remove blender immediately. Do not reach into the
liquid without unplugging the unit first.
Be sure cover is securely locked in place before
operating appliance.
Do not let cord touch hot surfaces, including stove top.
When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall
container or make small quantities at a time to reduce
spillage, splattering and possibility of injury from
burning.
Blades are sharp. Please handle carefully when
removing, inserting, cleaning the blending shaft.
The use of attachments or accessories not
recommended by this appliance manufacture, may
result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
Do not contact moving parts. Keep hair, clothing and
other utensils away during operation to prevent injury
and/or damage to this appliance.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children. Never leave an appliance
unattended when in use.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
Be certain chopper adapter is securely locked in place
before operating appliance.
This hand blender is intended for household only.
Maximum rating of 700w is based on the
chopper/grinder attachment that draws the greatest
power.
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not
operate any heating appliance beneath the mounting
unit.
Be sure the appliance is off, the motor has stopped
completely, and the appliance is unplugged from
outlet before putting on or taking off attachments, and
before cleaning.

Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself,
instead, contact the customer service to get the
solution.

operating.

ASSEMBLING HAND BLENDER USING YOUR MACHINE
Before using the VECELO hand blender for the first time, wipe the
motor body and attachment adapters with a clean, damp cloth to
remove any dirt or dust. Mild dish soap may be used, but do not use
abrasive cleansers.
Let hot ingredients cool down before chopping
them or pouring them into the beaker.
Note
D o not immerse the motor body or adapters into
water.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
To extend the life of appliance, never let it
operate continuously for more than 1 minute at a
time. After 1 minute of continuous operation,
release button and let appliance rest for 3 minutes
before using it again.

Using the hand blender
blending fluids, such as dairy products, sauces, fruits, juice,
soups, mixed drinks, shakes.
Mixing soft ingredients, such as pancake batter mayonnaise.
Pureeing cooked ingredients, such as for making baby food. To
obtain smoother results when pureeing add liquids when recipe
indicates.
Cut the food into small pieces and fulfill
into the measuring cup.

Align and assemble the motor
body and blade.
Select the most suitable speed setting.
Connect the power supply.

Note
Immerse the blade guard completely into
the ingredients.
Cut the ingredients into small pieces and then put
into the chopping bowl.
Attach the motor unit to the chopper
coupling unit lid
Secure the chopper coupling unit lid by
making sure it has been properly fitted
onto the chopper.
After using, switch off the
power and then push the
button to disconnect the
motor body and blade.
Wash the blade part and use the damp
cloth to wipe the motor body.
Push the button, blend the
ingredients by moving
the
appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
Do not wash the junction of the blade.
Always hold onto the beaker when blending to avoid beaker
toppling over.
Do not pull hand blender out of ingredients or mixtures while
running to avoid splash.
Do not put pits, bones, or other hard ingredients into the mixing
blend as they could damage the blade.

Using the chopper
The chopper attachment can be used for chopping ingredients
such as nuts, meat, onions, hard cheese, dried fruits, chocolate,
garlic, herbs, dry bread, etc.
Insert cutting blade into chopping unit.
Switch on the power.

unplug after using.
Press and hold the power button to start
chop unit.
Using damp cloth to wipe the motor unit
and chopper coupling unit lid. Wash the
cutting blade and chopping unit.
Do not chop large ice cubes or extremely hard food, such as
nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
If the ingredients stick to the chopping wall, loosen them by
adding liquids or using a spatula.
Make sure the cutting blade has stopped turning completely
before inserting a spatula or other utensils.
Cut the ingredients into small pieces before putting into the
chopping bowl

Note
Press the power button to whisk.
Switch off the electrical power.
When whisking process is complete,
release the power button and then
removing form the mixture.
Wash the whisk. Wipe the motor and
whisk adapter with damp cloth.
The stainless steel whisk will scratch or mar non-stick coatings.
Avoid using the whisk in the non-stick cookware.
To prevent splash-out, use the whisk in deep containers or pans.
