2 BIKE RACK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you very much for purchasing the Venzo bike carrier. Firstly, please check all components
according to below drawing. If anything is missing, please contact authorized dealer.
Assembly & Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Slide the hitch tube into 2” hitch receiver and secure it with safety bolt, locking &
flat washer, and cotter pin.

Step 2: Connect the main square post to the hitch tube with carriage bolts, flat wash-
ers and nuts. And then fix the square post tube with attached safety pin.

Step 3: Connect the wheel tubes & to the hitch tube with carriage bolts, flat washers
and nuts.

Step 4: Loosen the knobs on the wheel holders and slide them orderly onto
the wheel tubes. Wheel holders placement is suggested as illstrated below.

Step 5: Install set screws & lock washers with Phillips screwdriver.
Step 6: Loosen the knobs on the frame hooks and slide them accordingly onto the main
post . The long frame hook should be positioned first and facing the vehicle, and the
short frame hook should be on the top. Both knobs should be on left so that when the
main post folded up, the knobs won’t be interrupted by the knobs of wheel holders.

Step 7: Slide the wheel holders and frame hooks to place bikes on appropriate position. Secure
bikes with frame hooks.
Step 8: Installation completed!
※Folding Function: Pull the pin of the main post and fold the post to the right and reinsert
the pin to fix the post at storage position.
