Introduction
This chapter provides an overview of the Ezlo Secure Gateway’s
features and capabilities
An always-on solution that works even in the event of a power or
internet outa e, the Ezlo Secure is a feature-rich control hub that keeps
users in control of their home from anywhere, at any time. It oers
control for Z-Wave, Zi bee, and 2GIG devices while also enablin control
of Wi-Fi devices paired to Amazon Alexa or Goo le Assistant. It features
local control for fast responsiveness, and throu h the Vera app ives
customers remote access, personalized notifications, and scene creation
ability.
Package content
The Ezlo Secure comes with an ethernet cable, power adapter, and quick
start uide. Each Ezlo Secure is shipped under a unique serial number
shown on the packa in . Users should retain packa in for reference.

Chapter 2
Initial Installation
This chapter covers the software installation of the Ezlo
Secure Gateway.
Requirements
Use a standard 10/100/1000 BaseT network (UTP) cable with
RJ45 connector
Procedure
1. Choose an Installation Site
Select a suitable place to install the Ezlo Secure Gateway.
2. Connect LAN Cable
Use a standard LAN cable to connect the device to the Ethernet port on
the Ezlo Secure Gateway.
3. Power Up
Connect the supplied power adapter to the Ezlo Secure Gateway. Use
only the power adapter provided. Usin a dierent one may cause
hardware dama e.
4. Check the LEDs
• The LED should be ON.

Configuration
This chapter provides Setup details of the System.
Configuration Program
The Ezlo Secure Gateway can oer customers seamless communication
between devices while at home or away. This ateway is desi ned to
provide complete connectivity with all certified devices includin ,
security systems and Zi Bee/ZWave/2GIG devices.
Preparation
1. Install the VeraMobile application on your phone

Go to App store
Search for VeraMobile app and install it

Go to Goo le Play store
Search for VeraMobile app and install it
2. Connect the AC Power Adapter to your Ezlo Secure
3. Connect your Ezlo Secure to your internet ateway usin a LAN cable
Using the mobile application
1. Open the VeraMobile app on your mobile phone
2. If you don’t have an account after you open the app select New to
Vera option and select from the list Ezlo Secure.
3. Select Wired setup. The app will walk you throu h the rest steps.
4. Select Scan Barcode you will see the screen with a camera and Add
manually buon.
5. Tap Add manually and enter the serial number and MAC address
(printed on the sticker)
6. You will see the con ratulations screen with Ezlo Secure.
7. Ezlo Secure is ready to use.
