FOR ALL BEVERAGES:
• Immediately after making a beverage, lift and close lever to release pod
into the used pod container.
• Rinse the machine before or after making each beverage by placing an
empty cup on the drip tray and pushing the Rinse (bottom right) button
once, then discarding hot water.
• When inserting pods, please close handle with one smooth motion.
Avoid back and forth movement of the handle or hesitation when closing
the lever, as this can cause the pod to drop straight into the used pod
container without being punctured.
CAUTION
CAUTION: There are four sharp needles that punc ture the
Verismo™ System pods inside the pod opening. To avoid risk
of injur y, do not put your fingers in the pod opening.
Do not remove the top foil lid
or puncture the pod.
Starbucks®Caffè Latte
1. Lift handle, insert milk pod and close.
2. Push Milk (top right) button, wait for milk to
stop pouring.
3. Lift handle and insert espresso pod, then close.
4. Wait until lights stop blinking, then push Espresso
(top left) button.
For a milkier latte, repeat steps 1 & 2 by adding another milk pod.
Starbucks®Espresso
1. Lift handle, insert espresso pod and close.
2. Push Espresso (top left) button.
Starbucks®Filter Coffee
1. Important: Just before brewing, remove foil freshness tab
from bottom of pod (to expose the filter).
2. Lift handle, insert brewed coffee pod and close.
3. Push Brewed (top middle) button.
Starbucks®Americano
1. Lift handle, insert espresso pod and close.
2. Push Espresso (top left) button.
3. Lift handle, close without inserting a pod.
4. Push the Brewed (top middle) button to add hot water.
