OPERATOR CONTROL LiNX 200
1.Use
The operator control built into your electric wheelchair enables you to control all the driving, steering,
braking and operating processes and to control other adjusting motors (lifting column, seat and back
adjuster). The wheelchair's electrical unit and electronics are constantly being monitored internally.
Any fault in the electronics is indicated on the status indicator (1) (see the chapter on troubleshooting).
Vermeiren is responsible for the changes in the software. For changes in the software contact
Vermeiren.
L WARNING: Risk of burns – Be aware that the surface of the operator control can
potentially get hot when it is exposed to strong sunlight for long periods.
Press the "ON/OFF" button (1).
The charge indicator (2), which
also indicates the batteries'
charge level, lights up for a
moment. If all the lights come on,
the batteries are sufficiently
charged. If the lights do not all
come on, you must adjust your
driving activities to suit the low
capacity of the batteries. If the
battery charger display lights do
not come on, check the plug
connections of the electronic
system.
Now select the driving program
you want by turning the speed
switch (3), left turn to go slower
and right turn to go faster.
Select the drive function with the
drive function button (6).
To set the wheelchair in motion,
push the joystick (5), forwards
slowly. The speed will increase
when you push the joystick
further forwards.
If you want to turn left or right,
simply push the joystick in the
desired direction. To reverse, pull
the joystick backwards from the
central position.
L Note that, when pressing the "ON/OFF" button, the joystick stays in the central position for at
least five seconds. It is programmed this way for technical and safety reasons, to prevent the
joystick being pushed at the same time as the wheelchair is being switched on. If both
processes are activated at the same time, the steering unit locks itself and can only become
operational again after being switched off completely.
You can sound an acoustic warning signal with the “Horn” (4) button.
To activate the adjust functions, press button (7) upwards/downwards until the corresponding function
is shown on the drive/actuator status (8).
Press and hold the “Left indicator” (9) or “Right indicator” (10) buttons to signal a change in your
driving direction. The driving lights are switched on or off by short pressing the “Lights” (10) button.

The hazard warning lights, used in critical situations, can be switched on or off by short pressing the
“Hazard warning lights” (9) button.
To brake while driving, simply push the joystick to its central position. Move the joystick slowly for
gradual braking. Simply release the lever for a quick stop; the wheelchair will then stop as quickly as
possible.
Turn wheelchair On/Off
Turn the power on:
Press the On/Off button. The On/Off button will light green and all LED's of the
battery indicator turn on and display the current battery status.
If there is a fault with the system when powering up, the status indicator will indicate the fault with
a series of red flashes. If the fault is one that prevents the system from driving, then the battery
gauge will flash continuously.
If the wheelchair is turned on while the joystick is out of neutral, the wheelchair will not drive.
Release the joystick back to neutral in 5 seconds and the fault will disappear. If the joystick is not
released back to neutral (centre) within 5 seconds, the fault becomes a Module fault (the status
indicator is flashing red), and the wheelchair will not drive. To clear this fault, loosen the joystick
to the neutral position and turn the operator control off and then back on.
Turn the power off:
Press the On/Off button. The system will power down and the status indicator
will switch off.
Emergency stop:
If the user needs to stop the wheelchair quickly, or stop a seating motion quickly, the On/Off
button can be pressed to perform an EMERGENCY STOP. The wheelchair will come to a halt
quickly.
Sleep mode
The operator control will go to sleep after a period of inactivity of a quarter.
When the system sleeps, it is partially turned off to reduce energy consumption.
To reactivate the operator control:
Press any button on the operator control or move the joystick. The system turns on.
Using the battery charge indicator The battery charge indicator (located above the on/off
button) is used to indicate that your wheelchair power
is on and provides an estimate of the remaining
battery capacity.
Any green LED's indicate that your batteries are well
charged.
If only amber and red LED's are light, the batteries are
moderately charged. Recharge your batteries before
you make a long trip.
If only red LED's are light, the batteries are running
out of charge. Recharge as soon as possible.

Battery charging Plug the battery charger into the remote's XLR
socket.
The battery charger indicator will indicate the system
is being charged by cycling between a left to right
chase sequence, and then displaying the
approximate battery charge state at the end of the
chase sequence.
Driving is prevented (inhibited) while the system is
being charged.
The LiNX 200 system does not have to be powered
up when charging the battery, however, if it is not
powered up, then the battery gauge will not display
the charging state / chase sequence.

Adjusting the driving speed
The speed switch allows the user to limit the maximum speed of
the wheelchair (that is the speed when the joystick is fully
deflected) their preference and environment.
The speed switch offers 10 discrete steps between the lowest
speed (switch to the left) and the highest speed (switch to the
right).
As a visual reminder, a speed symbol is positioned above the
speed switch to indicate the low and high positions.
Using the horn
Press the horn button (located above the joystock). The horn shall sound as long
as the button is pressed.
The status indicator
The status indicator is integrated in the ON/OFF button. When the LiNX 200 system
is not powered up, the status indicator is not lit.
When the LiNX 200 system is powered up, and there are no faults with the system,
the status indicator will be lit green.
If, when powered up, there is a fault with the system, then the status indicator will
flash red. The number of flashes will indicate the type of error. For flash codes refer
to paragraph 2: Troubleshooting.
Using the Joystick
Moving the joystick will drive the electric wheelchair in that direction. The amount of
joystick movement will determine the speed that the powerchair will move in that
direction.
Make sure that the joystick is in the neutral (central) position when pressing the
on/off button, otherwise the electronics will be locked. To take this block away let
go the joystick until he goes back in neutral position.
Drive inhibit indication
Drive inhibit mode is indicated by the battery charger
indicator with a right-to-left chase sequence.
The chase sequence starts with the green LED on the
right-hand side, and by one-by-one, each LED will
switch on and then off. When the sequence completes
at the left-most red LED, it begins again at the
righthand side.
The chase sequence continues until the error
condition has been cleared.

Changing drive function The wheelchair's drive function can be selected with
the drive function select button, which is located below
the power button on the left-hand side of the remote
module.
Press the top of the button to select the next drive
function. Press the bottom of the button to select the
previous drive function.
The drive function selected is indicated on the drive
function indicator, which is located to the right-hand
side of the drive select button.
The indicator has three LED's:
1. when drive function 1 is selected, the bottom
indicator will be lit;
2. when drive function 2 is selected, the bottom and
middle indicators will be lit;
3. when drive function 3 is selected, all indicators will
be lit;
Changing adjusting function
The wheelchair's adjusting functions can be selected
with the adjusting function select button, which is the
rocker button located on the right-hand side of the
operator control.
Press the top of the button to select the next adjusting
function. Press the bottom of the button to select the
previous adjusting function. Note that only adjusting
functions that have been programmed will be
available for selection.
The selected adjusting function is displayed on the drive/actuator status indicator as shown below.

Drive and adjusting function indications
Drive slow-down To notify the user that a drive slow-down is active
(only for the lift function), the drive wheel LED and the
lift function LED's are slowly pulsed on and off. The
LED's pulse for the duration of driving or adjusting
function demand.
Lights (if buttons available) There are two lighting control buttons, which are
situated below the horn button.
The left-hand button controls the left indicator and the
hazard lights. The right-hand button controls the right
indicator and the driving lights. The operation of these
is described below.
Hazard lights To switch on the hazard lights, press and quickly
release the left-hand lighting button once. LED's
behind the left-hand button and right-hand button will
flash on and off for the duration the hazard lights are
operating.
To switch off the hazard lights, press the left-hand or
right-hand lighting button.
Indicator lights To switch on the left indicator, press and hold the left-
hand lighting button once. The LED behind the left-
hand button will flash on and off for the duration the
left indicator lights are operating.
To switch on the right indicator, press and hold the
right-hand lighting button once.
The LED below the right-hand button will flash on and
off for the duration the right indicator lights are
operating.
To switch off either indicator, press the left-hand or
right-hand lighting button.
Driving lights To switch on the driving lights, press and quickly
release the right-hand lighting button once. The LED
behind the right-hand button will remain on for the
duration the driving lights are operating.
To switch off the position lights, press the right-hand
or left-hand lighting button.

Using the lock
The lock function is used, primarily, to restrict who can use the system, but also can help prevent
unintentional use of the controls for when the system is not required for any length of time. When a
system is locked (see below), the system is powered down, and the user controls are not responsive.
If the power button is pressed when the system is locked, the locked status is displayed to the user by
the battery gauge.
To unlock the system, an unlock sequence must be performed (see below) by the user within a
specific time frame. If the sequence is not performed correctly, within the time frame, the system will
remain locked and the system will power down again.
To lock the system, press and hold the power button for 4 seconds.
When entering the locked state, the battery gauge will indicate the
transition by flashing LED's 1, 3, and 5 (far left, middle, and far right)
3 times.
To unlock the system, press the power button once, and then, press
the horn button twice — the horn button must be pressed twice
within 10 seconds of pressing the power button.
If the user implements the unlock sequence incorrectly, or the power
button is pressed again before the unlock sequence is complete, the
system will return to the locked state.
During an unlock attempt, the battery gauge will indicate the system
is in a locked state by flashing LED's 1, 3, and 5 (far left, middle, and
far right) until either the system is powered off, unlocked, or the
Sequence Timeout ±15s is reached and the controller switched off
automatically.

2.Troubleshooting
The following diagnoses refer to all the electronics. The various modules
for steering, power have their own light signals indicating the status of the
module concerned (steady light = OK; flashing light = defective). The
flashing code is read from the status indicator on the operator control.
If, when powered up, there is an error with the system, then the status
indicator will flash red. The number of flashes will indicate the type of
error. These is described in the table below.
This fault analysis aids problem analysis and problem solving by
indicating the possible faults. If faults arise which cannot be identified and
remedied with the aid of this analysis, kindly contact the manufacturer.
We wish to point out that in any case of improper handling or if the
delivered configuration has been changed, we cannot guarantee the
accuracy of the fault indications.

2. Check the plug contacts of both motors for corrosion or damage.
3. Check both motors. Unplug the motors and measure the plug
connection with an Ohm meter. If you obtain readings of more than 1
Ohm or less than 100 milliOhms, the motor is defective.
4. Check the resistance of the motor. Measure every contact using an
Ohm meter.
LA Fault is also indicated if the motors are disconnected.
Connect again and restart the system.
4 Right motor (or its
connection) is defective. As described above.
5 Left parking brake (or its
connection) is defective
or neutral active.
1. Check whether the motors' plugs have been inserted properly.
2. Check the plugs for corrosion or damage.
3. Check the parking brakes. Measure the resistance of the connections
by means of an Ohm meter. If the resistance value is above 100
Ohms or beneath 20 Ohms, the parking brake is probably defective.
6 Right parking brake (or
its connection) is

7 Module error (other than

One of the wheelchair parts can be damaged except the operator control
itselfs.
3.Electromagnetic compatibility
The controllers have been tested on typical, representative vehicles to confirm compliance with the following
appropriate EMC standards: EN 12184: 2014, ISO7176-21: 2009.
4.Safety instructions
Do not install, maintain, or operate this equipment before you have read and understood all the
instructions and all the manuals for this product and all the other products that you use or install
together with this product. Follow the instructions of the manuals. If you do not follow all
instructions, injury or damage can be the result.

Do not try to open or disassemble any case - there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
The operator has the responsibility to keep the wheelchair in a good safe operating condition. To
protect all the components (for example the cables) from damage, the operator must fasten them
in optimum positions.
Do not touch the connector pins. If you touch the pins, they can become dirty or they can be
damaged by electrostatic discharge.
Immediately turn the controller off and consult your service agent if the vehicle:
o is damaged;
o does not behave the same every time;
o does not respond normally, the way you expect it to;
o becomes hotter than normal;
o smokes;
o does not change its speed when you adjust the speed dial;
o displays a fault on its fault indicator and the controller does not perform normally.
Turn the controller off:
o when you do not use it;
o before you get in or get out of the wheelchair;
o if your vehicle driven by itself or against your will. When you turn the controller off the vehicle
will halt.
In the case of an emergency while the vehicle is driving, or a adjusting motion is operating, press
the On/Off button to perform an emergency stop and turn the controller off.
If there is a risk of collision with a person or object in close proximity, use the Joystick and/or
speed dial to reduce the speed of the wheelchair.
Do not drive the vehicle if the controller indicates that the battery is low, since the wheelchair may
stop operating and the user may become stranded. If the battery becomes completely empty, the
vehicle will stop suddenly and the battery may be damaged.
Make sure that the battery charger that is used with the vehicle has a drive inhibit function that is
correctly connected for use with the controller. This drive inhibit feature is intended to prevent the
chair from driving while the battery is being charged. If you are not sure, ask your dealer.
Do not use battery chargers with a higher current rate that is specified in the manual of your
wheelchair.
If operator of the wheelchair is left with limited or no mobility for any reason (for example,
because the wheelchair loses electric power or breaks down), it is important that they can seek
assistance from wherever they may be.
Go downhill slowly. Decrease the speed of the wheelchair when going downhill.
The controller can cause the vehicle to come to a sudden stop. If this can be dangerous to the
operator, the installer must install a seat belt, and the operator must wear this seat belt.
Operation of a vehicle on steep slopes can be dangerous. Before you drive up or down a slope,
make sure that the slope does not exceed the maximum safe slope of your wheelchair.
Do not use the park brake release on a slope.
Make sure that the controller does not become colder or hotter than the minimum and maximum
temperatures: -25°C to +50°C.
Most electronic equipment is influenced by Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). Be careful when
portable communications equipment is used in the area around such equipment.
Performance adjustments must only be made by healthcare professionals, or by persons who
completely understand the programming parameters, the adjustment process, the configuration of
the vehicle, and the capabilities of the driver. Wrong settings can make the vehicle uncontrollable
or unstable. An uncontrollable or unstable vehicle can cause an unsafe situation such as a crash,
with the risk of serious injury to the driver or bystanders, or damage to the vehicle or surrounding
property.
Performance adjustments must only be made indoors or outdoors in dry conditions.
If the wheelchair has not been fitted with a hand guard for the remote module, the user should be
made aware that their hand will not be protected from crushing, when, for example, maneuvering
towards a table.
Users should be aware that the surface of the controller can potentially get hot when exposed to
strong sunlight for long periods.
The XLR connector on the controller is to be used exclusively for the intended purpose of
charging the battery and/or programming the controller. Warranty will be voided if any
unauthorized device is connected to this port.

COMMANDE DU LiNX 200
1.Utilisation
La commande intégrée dans votre fauteuil roulant électrique vous permet de maîtriser la conduite, les
changements de direction et le freinage du fauteuil ainsi que d'autres réglages du moteur (colonne de
direction, assise et dossier). L'installation électrique du fauteuil roulant et l'électronique proprement
dite font l'objet d'un contrôle interne en continu. Toute panne électronique est indiquée dans
l'affichage du statut. (1) (Voir chapitre résolution des problèmes).

L AVERTISSEMENT : Risque de brûlures - La commande peut être chaude lorsqu'elle est
exposée durant de longues périodes à la lumière forte du soleil.
Appuyez sur la touche «
Marche/Arrêt » (1). L'indicateur
de batterie (2), qui fournit en
même temps des informations
sur l’état de charge des batteries,
s’allume pendant un bref instant.
Si toutes les diodes s’allument,
l’état de charge des batteries est
suffisant. Si elles ne s’allument
pas toutes, vous devez adapter
vos activités de conduite à la
capacité plus faible des batteries.
Si les diodes de l'indicateur de
charge des batteries ne
s’allument pas, vérifiez les fiches
de raccordement du système
électronique.
Sélectionnez maintenant le
programme de roulage à l'aide
du régulateur de vitesse (3); à
gauche pour aller moins vite, à
droite pour aller plus vite.
Sélectionnez la fonction de
conduite à l'aide de la touche de
fonction de conduite (6).
Pour déplacer le fauteuil roulant,
poussez doucement la manette
(5), vers l'avant. La vitesse
augmentera à mesure que vous
continuerez de pousser la
manette vers l'avant.
Poussez simplement la manette dans la direction souhaitez pour tourner vers la gauche ou la droite.
Pour reculer, tirer la manette depuis la position centrale vers l'arrière.
LLorsque vous actionnez la touche "MARCHE/ARRÊT", n'oubliez pas que la manette doit rester
pendant au moins 5 secondes en position centrale. En effet, pour des raisons techniques, celui-ci est
programmé de manière à empêcher d'actionner la manette pendant la mise sous tension du fauteuil
roulant. Lorsque les deux opérations sont effectuées simultanément, la commande est verrouillée.
Vous ne pourrez l'utiliser de nouveau qu'après l'avoir désactivée et activée.
La touche "avertisseur" (4) vous permet d’émettre un signal sonore d’avertissement.
Pour activer les fonctions de réglage, appuyez sur le bouton (7) vers le haut/vers le bas jusqu'à ce que
la fonction connexe soit affichée sur le statut (8) de conduite/du moteur.

Pour la commande des clignoteurs, appuyez sur et maintenez enfoncées les touches « clignoteur
gauche » (9) ou « clignoteur droit » (10), en fonction de la direction souhaitée. L'éclairage s'allume et
s'éteint d'une courte pression sur la touche « éclairage » (10). Les clignoteurs d'avertissement doivent
être utilisés dans des situations critiques. Pour les allumer et les éteindre, appuyez brièvement sur la
touche « clignoteurs d'avertissement » (9).
Si vous voulez freiner pendant la conduite, vous devez uniquement pousser la manette vers le centre.
Actionnez la manette lentement pour freiner progressivement. Lâchez simplement le levier pour
arrêter rapidement ; le fauteuil roulant s'immobilisera le plus vite possible.
Activez/désactivez le fauteuil roulant
Activez l'alimentation :
Appuyez sur la touche Marche/Arrêt. La touche « Marche/arrêt » est vert et
toutes les diodes de l'indicateur de batterie s'allument pour indiquer le niveau
de chargement de la batterie.
Si vous enclenchez la commande et qu'il y a un problème, le système vous indique le statut
d'erreur via plusieurs lampes clignotantes rouges. Si la panne empêche le fauteuil de rouler,
l'indicateur de batterie va se mettre à clignoter en permanence.
Si le fauteuil est mis sous tension alors que la manette est en position neutre, le fauteuil
n'avancera pas. Replacez la manette en position neutre dans les 5 secondes et le message
d'erreur disparaît. Si la manette n'est pas remise en position neutre (position du milieu) dans les 5
secondes, la panne devient une erreur de module (le statut affiché est rouge clignotant); le
fauteuil roulant n'avancera pas. Pour éliminer ce dérangement, replacez la manette vers la
position neutre, désactivez la commande et recommencez.
Pour couper l'alimentation :
Appuyez sur la touche Marche/Arrêt. Le système est mis hors tension et le
statut affiché s'éteint.
Arrêt d'urgence :
Si vous devez arrêter rapidement le fauteuil roulant ou un mouvement de ce dernier, vous pouvez
appuyer sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT pour réaliser un arrêt d'urgence. Le fauteuil stoppe
immédiatement.
Mode veille
La commande passe en mode veille après une période d'inactivité d'un quart d'heure.
Lorsque le système est placé en mode veille, il est désactivé partiellement pour diminuer la
consommation d'énergie.
Pour réactiver la commande :
Appuyez sur n'importe quel touche de la commande ou actionnez la manette. La commande se remet
en route.

Utilisation de l'indicateur de charge des batteries
L'indicateur de charge des batteries (situés sous la
touche « Marche/Arrêt ») indiquent que votre fauteuil
est sous tension et donnent une indication de
l'autonomie de batterie restante.
Des LED vertes allumées indiquent que les batteries
sont bien chargées.
S'il n'y a que des LED rouges et oranges allumées,
les batteries ne sont que faiblement chargées.
Chargez vos batteries avant de parcourir une longue
distance.
S'il n'y a que des LED rouges allumées, les batteries
sont pour ainsi dire déchargées. Chargez-les dès que
possible.
Le tableau suivant présente la signification des différents indicateurs de charge des batteries.

Chargement des batteries Branchez le chargeur de batterie sur le port de
chargement de la commande.
L'indicateur de batterie montre que la commande est
rechargée en allumant les LED successivement de
gauche à droite lors d'une série de plusieurs
clignotements. Il indique ensuite le taux de
chargement estimé de la batterie à la fin du dernier
clignotement.
Il n'est pas possible de rouler lorsque le système est
en charge (fauteuil bloqué).
La commande du LiNX 200 ne doit pas être
enclenchée pendant le chargement. Cependant, si
le fauteuil n'est pas mis sous tension, l'indicateur de
batterie n'affichera pas l'état de charge de la batterie
ni les différentes étapes du chargement.
Le raccordement du chargeur de
batteries se trouve en dessous du
symbole de la pompe à essence.
Réglage de la vitesse de déplacement
Le régulateur de vitesse permet à l'utilisateur de limiter sa vitesse
maximale (c'est la vitesse atteinte lorsque la manette est poussée
à fond en avant/arrière), en fonction de ses préférences et de son
environnement.
Le régulateur de vitesse compte 10 vitesses entre la vitesse la plus
faible (à gauche) et la vitesse la plus élevée (à droite).
À titre d'aide-mémoire visuel, un symbole de vitesse au-dessus le
régulateur de vitesse indique les positions supérieure et inférieure.
Utilisation du avertisseur
Pour utiliser l'avertisseur, pressez le bouton « Avertisseur » (au-dessus de la
manette). L'avertisseur fonctionne tant que vous appuyez dessus.
L'affichage des statuts
L'affichage du statut est intégré dans le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT. Si le système
LINX 200 n'est pas sous tension, les statuts ne s'affichent pas.
Si le système LINX 200 est sous tension, et si aucun dérangement n'est constaté,
les statuts s'affichent en vert.
Si le système LINX 200 est sous tension et s'il y a un dérangement, les statuts
s'affichent en rouge clignotant. Le nombre de clignotements indique le type de
panne. Pour connaître la signification des clignotements, voir le paragraphe 2 :
résolution des problèmes.

Utilisation de la manette
Votre fauteuil roulant électrique roule dans la direction vers laquelle vous orientez
la manette. L'ampleur du mouvement de la manette détermine la vitesse à laquelle
le fauteuil roulant électrique se déplace dans cette direction.
Veillez toujours à ce que la manette soit en position neutre lorsque vous activez ou
désactivez le fauteuil roulant, sinon la commande se verrouillera automatiquement
pour votre sécurité. Pour supprimer ce verrouillage, relâchez votre manette jusqu'à
ce qu'elle revienne en position neutre.
Indication « Démarrage bloqué »
Le mode « démarrage bloqué » est indiqué sur
l'indicateur de batterie par une série de clignotements
de gauche à droite.
Les clignotements débutent par la LED verte de
droite, suivie de toutes les autres LED. Une fois la
série de clignotement achevée avec la LED rouge à
l'extrême gauche, la série recommence à droite.
Les clignotements se poursuivent jusqu'à ce que le
dérangement soit résolu.
Modification de la fonction de conduite La fonction de conduite du fauteuil roulant peut être
sélectionnée avec la touche de sélection de fonction
de conduite, qui se trouve en dessous de la touche
MARCHE/ARRÊT du côté gauche du panneau de
commandes.
Appuyez sur la partie supérieure du bouton pour
sélectionner la fonction de conduite suivante.
Appuyez sur la partie inférieure du bouton pour
sélectionner la fonction de conduite précédente.
La fonction de conduite sélectionnée est affichée sur
l'indicateur de fonction de conduite, qui se trouve sur
le côté droit de la touche de sélection de la fonction
de conduite.
L'indicateur comporte trois LED :
1. Si la fonction de conduite 1 est sélectionnée, seul
l'indicateur inférieur s'allume.
2. Si la fonction de conduite 2 est sélectionnée,
l'indicateur inférieur et l'indicateur du milieu
s'allument.
3. Si la fonction de conduite 3 est sélectionnée, tous
les indicateurs 'allument.

Modification de la fonction de réglage
La fonction de réglage du fauteuil roulant peut être
sélectionnée à l'aide de la touche de sélection de la
fonction de réglage, qui se trouve du côté droit du
panneau de commandes.
Appuyez sur la partie supérieure du bouton pour
sélectionner la fonction de réglage suivante. Appuyez
sur la partie inférieure du bouton pour sélectionner la
fonction de réglage précédente. N'oubliez pas que
seules les fonctions de réglage programmées sont
disponibles pour la sélection.
La fonction de réglage sélectionnée est affichée sur l'indicateur du statut de conduite/du moteur,
comme affiché ci-dessous.
L'écran affiche uniquement les fonctions disponibles/programmées pour votre fauteuil roulant.

Indication de la fonction de conduite et de réglage
Freinage lors de la conduite Afin d'indiquer à l'utilisateur qu'un freinage lors de la
conduite est actif (uniquement pour la fonction
élévateur), le LED de la roue arrière et le LED de la
fonction d'élévateur vont clignoter lentement. Le LED
clignote aussi longtemps que dure le freinage de la
fonction de conduite ou de la fonction de réglage.
Éclairage (si les touches sont disponibles)
Il y a deux touches d'éclairage, qui se trouvent en
dessous de la touche du klaxon.
La touche de gauche commande le clignoteur gauche
et les clignoteurs d'avertissement. La touche de
droite commande le clignoteur droit et l'éclairage. La
commande de ces touches est décrite ci-dessous.

Clignoteurs d'avertissement Pour activer les clignoteurs d'avertissement, appuyez
une fois sur le bouton d'éclairage gauche et relâchez-
le rapidement. Les LED situés derrière le bouton
gauche et le bouton droit clignotent jusqu'à ce que les
clignoteurs d'avertissement soient activés.
Pour déconnecter les clignoteurs d'avertissement,
appuyez sur la touche d'éclairage gauche ou droite.
Clignoteurs Pour activer le clignoteur gauche, appuyez une fois
sur le bouton d'éclairage de gauche et maintenez-le
enfoncé. Le LED derrière le bouton de gauche
clignote jusqu'à ce que le clignoteur gauche soit
activé.
Pour activer le clignoteur droit, appuyez une fois sur le
bouton d'éclairage de droite et maintenez-le enfoncé.
Le LED en dessous du bouton de droite clignote
jusqu'à ce que le clignoteur droit soit activé.
Pour déconnecter n'importe quel clignoteur, appuyez
sur la touche d'éclairage de gauche ou de droite.
Éclairage Pour activer l'éclairage, appuyez une fois sur le
bouton d'éclairage de droite et relâchez-le
rapidement. Le LED derrière le bouton de droite
reste allumé jusqu'à ce que l'éclairage soit activé.
Pour éteindre l'éclairage, appuyez sur la touche
d'éclairage de gauche ou de droite.
Utilisation du blocage de conduite
Le blocage permet, en premier lieu, de limiter le nombre de personnes autorisées à utiliser le panneau
de commandes du fauteuil roulant, mais il doit également permettre d'éviter toute utilisation
involontaire du panneau de commandes lorsque ce dernier n'est pas utilisé pendant une longue
période de temps. Lorsque le système est verrouillé (voir ci-après), le système est déconnecté et les
commandes pour l'utilisateur ne répondent pas. Si l'on appuie sur la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT
lorsque le système est bloqué, le statut de blocage avec l'indicateur des batteries s'affiche pour
l'utilisateur.
Pour déverrouiller le système, il faut exécuter une procédure de déblocage (voir ci-dessous) qui doit
être réalisée par l'utilisateur au cours d'une période déterminée. Si la procédure n'est pas exécutée
dans le délai déterminé, le système se rebloque et le panneau de commandes est à nouveau
déconnecté.
Pour bloquer le système, appuyez sur la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT
et maintenez-la enfoncée pendant 4 secondes.
Lorsque vous vous trouvez dans le statut de blocage, l'indicateur de
batteries affiche la commutation en faisant clignoter 3 fois les LED 1,
3 et 5 (le plus à gauche, au centre et le plus à droite).
Pour déverrouiller le système, appuyez une fois sur la touche
MARCHE/ARRÊT, puis appuyez deux fois sur la touche du klaxon.
La touche du klaxon doit être enfoncée deux fois 10 secondes après
avoir appuyé sur la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT.
Si l'utilisateur n'exécute pas correctement la procédure de
déblocage ou appuie de nouveau sur la touche MARCHE/ARRÊT
avant d'exécuter entièrement la procédure de déblocage, le
panneau de commande est à nouveau bloqué.

Au cours d'une tentative de déblocage, le témoin des batteries
indique que le panneau de commandes est dans un statut de
blocage en faisant clignoter les LED 1, 3 et 5 (le plus à gauche, au
centre et le plus à droite) jusqu'à ce que le panneau de commandes
soit déconnecté, déverrouillé ou jusqu'à ce que l'on ait atteint la
répétition du cycle de ± 15 secondes et que le panneau de
commandes se déconnecte automatiquement.
2.Résolution des problèmes
Les diagnostics suivants se réfèrent à l’ensemble de l'électronique. Le module de commande et le
module électrique possèdent leurs propres témoins LED indiquant si le module concerné est
défectueux (allumé en permanence = OK, clignotement = en panne). Le flash code s'affiche sur
l'écran de statuts de la commande.
Si la commande est sous tension et s'il y a un dérangement, l'affichage
des statuts clignote en rouge. Le nombre de clignotements indique le
type de panne. La signification des clignotements est donnée dans le
tableau suivant.
Cette analyse des erreurs sert à analyser et éliminer les problèmes dus à
toutes les erreurs possibles et imaginables. Si vous rencontrez des
erreurs impossibles à déterminer et à éliminer, contactez le fabricant.
Nous tenons à vous signaler qu’aucune garantie sur l’exactitude de
l’affichage de l’erreur ne pourra être donnée en cas d’erreur de
manipulation ou de modifications apportées à la configuration livrée.

est défectueux.
4. Contrôlez la tension du moteur vers le carter du moteur. Utilisez un
ohmmètre et mesurez chaque contact.
LUne erreur est également indiquée lorsque les moteurs ne
sont pas connectés. Connectez-les et redémarrez le système.

3.Compatibilité électromagnétique
Les commandes sont testées sur des véhicules normaux et représentatifs pour vérifier leur conformité avec les
normes EMC suivantes : EN 12184: 2014, ISO7176-21: 2009.
4.Consignes de sécurité
N'installez pas, n'entretenez pas ou ne commandez pas ce système de commande avant d'avoir
lu toutes les instructions et tous les modes d'emploi de ce produit et de tous les autres produits
utilisés ou installés en association avec ce produit. Suivez les instructions du mode d'emploi. Le
non respect de l'ensemble des instructions peut entraîner des lésions ou des dommages.
N'ouvrez ou ne démontez le panneau de commandes en aucun cas ; aucune pièce ne peut être
réparée par l'utilisateur.
Le conducteur a la responsabilité de veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la sécurité du fauteuil
roulant. Afin de protéger tous les composants (p. ex. : les câbles) contre les dommages, ils
doivent être fixés par le conducteur dans une position optimale.
Ne touchez pas les broches du connecteur. Si vous touchez les broches, elles risquent de se
salir ou d'être endommagées en raison d'une décharge électrostatique.
Déconnectez immédiatement le panneau de commandes et contactez le commerçant si le
véhicule :
o est endommagé ;
o présente un fonctionnement instable ;
o réagit de façon anormale ou imprévisible ;
o chauffe plus que la normale ;
o se coince ;
o ne change pas de vitesse lorsque vous manipulez le régulateur de vitesse ;
o indique une erreur sur l'indicateur d'erreurs et le panneau de commandes ne réagit pas
normalement.
Éteignez le panneau de commandes :
o lorsque vous ne l'utilisez pas ;
o lorsque vous montez ou descendez du fauteuil roulant ;
o lorsque le fauteuil roulant roule tout seul ou contre votre volonté. Si vous éteignez le
panneau de commandes, le fauteuil roulant s'arrête.
Dans le cas d'une situation d'urgence, pendant que le fauteuil roulant roule, ou lors de la
modification d'une fonction de réglage, appuyez sur le commutateur MARCHE/ARRÊT pour
exécuter un arrêt d'urgence et éteindre le panneau de commandes.
S'il y a un risque de collision avec une personne ou un objet à proximité, utilisez le levier de
commande et/ou le régulateur de vitesse pour limiter la vitesse du fauteuil roulant.
Ne roulez pas avec le véhicule si le panneau de commandes indique que la batterie est
pratiquement vide, car le fauteuil roulant ne peut plus être commandé et l'utilisateur ne peut plus
avancer. Si la batterie est entièrement vide, le fauteuil roulant va soudainement s'arrêter et la
batterie risque d'être endommagée.
Assurez-vous que le chargeur de la batterie utilisé en combinaison avec le fauteuil roulant
dispose d'une fonction qui empêche la conduite et est correctement connecté au panneau de
commandes. Cette fonction a pour objectif d'empêcher le fauteuil roulant d'avancer pendant le
chargement des batteries. Si vous n'êtes pas certain, contactez votre commerçant.
N'utilisez pas de chargeurs de batteries avec un courant plus important que celui mentionné dans
le mode d'emploi du fauteuil roulant.
Si le conducteur du fauteuil roulant se retrouve dans une situation où sa mobilité est limitée ou
dans l'incapacité de se déplacer, pour quelque raison que ce soit (p. ex. : parce que le fauteuil
roulant a une perte d'électricité ou se déconnecte), il est important qu'il puisse obtenir de l'aide où
qu'il soit.
Roulez lentement lorsque vous vous engagez dans une pente. Réduisez la vitesse du fauteuil
roulant lorsque vous empruntez une descente.
Le panneau de commandes peut provoquer un arrêt soudain du véhicule. Si cela peut être
dangereux pour le conducteur, l'installateur peut prévoir une ceinture de sécurité. Le conducteur
doit porter cette dernière.
Manipuler le panneau de commandes du fauteuil roulant sur des pentes raides peut être
dangereux. Avant de monter ou de descendre une côte, assurez-vous que l'inclinaison sécurisée
maximale du fauteuil roulant n'est pas dépassée.
N'utilisez pas le frein de stationnement sur une côte.
