Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to
the safety regulations outlined below, before installing and using this appliance for the first time.
1. Safety regulations
• Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for as described in this
manual.
• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and
improper use.
• Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. In the event
the appliance falls into water, immediately remove the power plug from the socket. Do
not use the appliance until it has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow
these instructions will cause life threatening risks.
• Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance by yourself.
• Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.
• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
• Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself, repairs
are only to be conducted by qualified personnel.
• Never use a damaged appliance! When it’s damaged, disconnect the appliance from the
socket and contact the retailer.
• Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never hold the appliance under running water.
• Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. When damaged it must be
replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger or injury.
• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away
from open fire. Never pull the power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the
plug instead.
• Make sure that the power cord and/or extension cord do not cause a trip hazard.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
• Warning!
As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power
source.
• Turn off the appliance before unplugging it from the socket.
• Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical socket so that in case of emergency
the appliance can be unplugged immediately.
• Never carry the appliance by the cord.
• Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied together with the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned
on the appliance label.
• Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do

so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original
parts and accessories.
• This appliance should not be operated by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or persons that have a lack of experience and knowledge.
• This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used by children.
• Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children.
• WARNING: ALWAYS switch off the appliance and unplug from power socket before
cleaning, maintenance or storage.
2. Special safety regulations
• When unpacking please inspect whether the
power supply (voltage) complies with the grinder
voltage on the manufacturer’s name plate on the
bottom of the grinder. Never operate the grinder
in damp or wet surroundings.
• Always remove the electrical plug from the out-
let prior to conducting maintenance or cleaning
work on the grinder. Also, prior to removing the
hopper, the plug must be removed from the elec-
trical outlet.
• Never operate a grinder with a damaged electri-
cal cord. Inspect the grinder regularly for dam-
ages of the electrical cord, plug, etc.
• Any required repairs may only be conducted by
authorized service personnel. For this reason,
please contact a customer service repair facility,
your dealer or us directly as the manufacturer.
• Do not exceed the maximum allowable contin-
uous grinding time of 20 min. Afterwards, allow
the grinder to cool off before the next operation.
• Do not make any modifications or alterations
to the grinder. The manufacturer assumes ab-
solutely no liability for damages occurring from
failure to observe these instructions.
• Children can not appreciate the dangers that can
exist in the operation of electrical grinders. For
this reason, never leave children unsupervised
with electronic appliances such as this grinder.
• Never submerge the grinder in water and never
operate with wet hands.
• No special requirements are necessary for the
users of this grinder. It is nevertheless a pre-
requisite that these operating instructions have
been carefully read and understood and that all
instructions provided are observed. In addition,
safety-conscious operation is expected.
3. Usage purpose
Only whole roasted coffee beans may be ground in
the A80 grinder. Pay attention to use only clean and
unground coffee. Never use the grinder to grind
other products or objects.

5. Packaging
• When open the package, please ensure that
there are no signs of damage to the appliance.
If in doubt, please do not use the equipment.
Please contact personnel with the appropriate
professional skills.
• Packaging materials must be kept out of the
reach of children, as they are a potential source
of danger, Please keep this package until the end
of the warranty period.
6. Installation
The grinder-doser must be installed by skilled
technical personnel in compliance with the safety
regulations in force. Incorrect installation may re-
sult in injury to people, animals or things, for which
the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
• The grinder-doser must be placed on a stable,
flat surface, suggested height is 80-100cm.
• Before plugging in the grinder-doser, make sure
the voltage and frequency values of the supply
mains correspond to the ratings indicated on the
label featuring the grinder-doser technical data.
• The wall socket must be fitted with an efficient
earth contact. Consequently, it is essential to
make sure the earth system is efficient and in
conformity with current safety regulations. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible in the
event of non-observance of this regulation.
• It is essential to make sure the ratings of the
system are suitable for the power absorbed by
the grinder-doser (as indicated on the label
featuring the technical data) and that the wall
socket is protected against over currents.
• Do not use extension cables, plug adapters for
multiple sockets or makeshift connections.
• In EEC member states, current regulations re-
quire that the external equipotential terminals
on the electrical base must be connected to the
equipotential nodes for correct installation.
• The motor must rotate clockwise. If the rotation
of three phase motors is to be inverted, by invert-
ing the two power supply wires inside the plug,
this must be carried out by skilled personnel.
• Make sure the hopper is positioned correctly on
the coffee grinder-doser and is fastened to the
upper grinding blade holder by means of the rel-
evant screw. Close the locking slide and fill the
hopper with coffee beans. Open the locking slide
so that the beans are allowed to drop into the
grinding system.
• This equipment is only suitable for indoor use.
Do not use outside.
• Do not install the device near the water dis-
penser or near appliance that may accidentally
splash the device.

7. Preliminaries
7.1. Installation site
Please observe the follow points, otherwise ma-
chine will be damaged:
• Installation must be on stable, flat, under pres-
sure site, otherwise it will be out of shape.
• Keep far away from high temperature place and
heat source.
• Installation Site should be revised by the person-
nel authorized by the manufacturer at any time.
• Distance between power connection and ma-
chine should be less than 1m.
• Keep enough space for maintenance and opera-
tion:
- Keep enough space for coffee beans.
- Back of machine should kept at least 5CM
with the wall. ( Air circulation).
- Observe local cooking regulations.
7.2. Weather condition
Please observe the follow points, otherwise ma-
chine will be damaged:
• Temperature should be ranged between +10°C
to +40°C (50°F-104°F).
• Maximum permitted air humidity is 80 % rF.
• Using outside of room is not permitted, other-
wise it will be damaged by bad weather. ( Rain-
ing, snowing, frost).
7.3. Electronic connection
Electronic connection must follow up local regula-
tions. The supply voltage must match the details of
the nameplate.
Please must observe the following points:
• The electrodes must match the details on the
nameplate!
• All the phase of device should be disconnected
with electrified wire netting.
• Electrical connection should according to IEC
364 (DIN VDE 0100).
• For safety, device should be connected with a30
mA ground fault circuit breaker. (Type B ground
fault circuit breaker can make sure it response
to the error when it with DC fault .).
• The machine can not work under the damage of
a broken cable. Cable and plug replacement only
permitted to be carried out by customer services
or by experts approved by the manufacturer.
• Don’t use a extension line! Please observe the
manufacturer instructions and local regulations,
in case of using the extension line (Minimum in-
tersecting surface:1.5 mm²).
• When laying out the cable, make sure that the
power cord does nottrip over people. Do not al-
low the cable pass through the sharp corners or
hang in the air. Do not clamp the cable. In addi-
tion, the cables must not be placed over hight-
emperature items and must be protected from
oil and corrosive cleaners.
• Don’t touch the device over the cable. For con-
nection via a mains plug, the socket must be
easily accessible during operation so that the
plug can be disconnected in the event of a fault.
Don’t plug the wet plug into socket.

8. Operating the grinder-doser
8.1. Switching on and off
Make sure the hopper is positioned correctly on the
coffee grinder-doser and is fastened to the upper
grinding blade holder by means of the relevant
screw. Close the locking slide and fill the hopper
with coffee beans. Open the locking slide so that
the beans are allowed to drop into the grinding
system.
Coffee grinder machine has manual switch and
grinder:
• On: set the switch to 1.
• Off: set the switch to 0.
Contact coffee grinder machine:
• Switch on, adjust button to position 1. Resist
switch with the handle, the grinder starts work-
ing, loosen the touch switch and stop grinding
once reaches required amount.
Electronic coffee grinder machine:
• Switch on, adjust button to position 1.
• Place the coffee handle on holder then press the
left button(one icon) to grind and provide a coffee
powder; The right button(two cup icon) is used to
grind and provide two pcs coffee powder. Each
time grind one coffee powder(one cup icon), the
counter no.increases 1, and the counter increas-
es 2 when choose double coffee powder(two
cups icon).
• Press center button (icon) to start the device
manually. Release manual grinding button,
equipment stop.
• Suggest to use this button during grinding.
• Switch off and turn the button on 0.
8.2. Adjusting grinding
• In order to achieve finer or coarser grinding and
therefore vary the granulometry, use the adjust-
ment disk located under the hopper. To increase
the coarseness of the ground coffee, the adjust-
ment disk must be rotated clockwise, pressing
the adjustment disk lock downwards, to de-
crease turn the disk anticlockwise.
• The adjustment disk can remain in selected po-
sition without locking. The motor must be turned
on during adjustment operations and there
should be no coffee between grinding blades.
grind a small amount to determine the optimum
granulometry. Before electronic machine check-
ing optimum granulometry, grind few amount
coffee to fill the tube between the flooded area
and the coffee powder outlet. This step must be
performed to clear the remaining coffee powder
from the pipe. coffee powder may change the
dose weight.
• It is advisable to grind small amounts of coffee
to facilitate a visual check of optimum gran-
ulometry and, if required, adjust the grinding
adjustment disk. If the coffee comes out of the
machine very quickly, it means that the coffee
is ground too coarse. Vice versa, if it comes out
too slowly, it means the coffee is ground too fine.
Nonetheless, bear in mind that there are many
conditions liable to influence the correct supply,
such as the weight of the portions, the com-
pacting, the espresso machine settings and the
cleaning of the filters.
8.3. Coffee powder volume adjustment (Electronic grinder coffee machine)
• To adjust volume, press the double cup key for 10
seconds to enter the program, then enter grind-
ing time.
• Select single dose (one cup icon) or double dose
(two cups icon).
• The display shows the factory settled time, sin-
gle dose 4 seconds, double dose 8 seconds. (in
seconds).

• Press the button “single dose” and “double
dose” to increase or decrease grinding time to
adjust coffee powder.
• When the grinding time increases or decreases
by 0.1 seconds, the grinding dose increases or
decreases by 0.15 g(0.005 Oz)just for reference
only.
• After completing the value setting, store the new
value, press the “manual” button and exit the
program.
• The display flashing represent the data already
stored and will sign out.
• If the device is turned off(the switch is on posi-
tion 0 ) before exiting the program, the changes
are not saved. To collect the coffee powder con-
figuration, insert the coffee machine filter fixture
completely into the fork-shaped bracket below
the grinding coffee outlet.
8.4. Setting menu
• Keep the single dose button pressed until an in-
termittent sound starts (about 10 seconds.).
• Language :Press manual button, choose single
or double dose button to select language, press
manual button to confirm.
• Time: set time.
• Date: set date 24 hours or 12 hours. Press man-
ual button, choose single or double dose button
to select.
• Temperature: set temperature .Press manual
button, choose single or double dose button to
select.
• Brightness: set brightness, Press manual but-
ton, choose single or double dose button to
select.
• Information: Firmware version and Serial
Number.
• To access the user menu, keep the double dose
button pressed until an intermittent sound
starts(about 10 seconds.).
• Grinding Time: Single and double grinding
seconds.
• Mills Replacement: mills maintenance and
exchange time, settled 2000times and 99 hours.
• Mills Reset: see three options milling cutter
maintenance milling cutter replacement and
milling cutter timer, these three options need
the authorization of manufacturers.
• Factory Reset: Choose reset, the cleaning times
will recover to factory setting.
• Grinding count: Choose yes the display will show
single/double and total grinding no.
• Manual mode: Choose yes the manual button is
active ,if choose no the button is unavailable.
• Mills mode: Choose auto pre selection and auto
4 grinding methods available:
- Standard mode: Select single or double button,
pressandloosethecontactswitch,grindingworks.
- Auto mode: Press and loose the contact switch,
grinding works ,default single cup.
- Pre-selection mode: Select single or double
first ,press and loose the contact switch, grinding
works. The next one remembers last selection.
- Direct mode: Press single or double button,
grinding works.
8.5. Motor operation range
• For a single-phase motor, follow the work cycle
indicated on the label which showed on the elec-
trical appliance side. For example, the label’s
data “35sON 45sOFF” indicates that the working
cycle is allowed to open for 35 seconds and close
for 45 seconds.
• Electrical appliances with three-phase Motors
allow continuous work.
• However, in order to achieve high quality grind-
ing, we recommend intermittent operation of
electrical appliances, so that the maximum con-
tinuous work 10-15 minutes.

8.5. Operation cautions
• Shut down the appliance when hopper is empty.
• The coffee grinder should be fixed and can’t
move and the control handle of the feeder should
always be fully pulled.
• For the coffee grinder model, ensure that the
coffee powder can flow smoothly from outlet, to
avoid the accidental shutdown. Therefore, the
use of coffee bags should be avoided, as such
bags are too small relative to the amount of
grounded coffee. Once grinding cycle stopped,
shake the handle to ensure that the coffee can
flow out completely.
• Do not put other things inside when filling the
coffee cover. Wash hands before operating.
• Put the cover back when finish filling and on nor-
mal operation.
• To maintain the equipment best condition, room
temperature is recommended to be between
15°C and 35°C .
• For grinder normal operation, a small amount
of coffee beans should be ground after initial
installation and each replacement. Don’t make
coffee with these firsttime powder.
• The electronic coffee grinder, to ensure good op-
eration of the equipment, after the first installa-
tion and each time clean grinding pipe, grinding
several parts of coffee, clean the inside surface
with a dry brush funnel.
• Thermal overload protection:
The grinder-doser motor is protected against
overheating resulting from overcurrent by
a thermal overload protection which, when
tripped, cuts off the power supply to the motor. If
the thermal protection device should automati-
cally turn on in the event of anomalous operation
(such as the grinding blades jamming), turn off
grinder-doser using the On-Off switch, unplug
it from the mains, and contact skilled techni-
cal personnel. Never perform any work on the
grinder-doser while it is attached to the mains,
in order to prevent the motor from turning on
suddenly. If the grinder-doser overheats as a
result of the motor stopping, allow the grind-
er-doser to cool down before performing any
repair work.
• Screws:
The hopper must be attached to the upper grind-
ing blade with an accompanying screw, that the
user can’t remove in any condition.
To prevent the adjustment disc was removed (the
rotating parts expose outside), adjustment disc
must be fitted with safety screws: the screws
must be positioned at one of the two holes in the
adjustment disc in order to expand the grinding
adjustment and achieve the optimum grinding
effect, and the user shall not remove the safety
screws in any condition.
• Coffee outlet guard:
The coffee outlet guard must always be fixed to
the doser unit using the relevant screws, which
must never be removed by the user. The removal
of the coffee outlet guard can be done by skilled
technical personnel only after disconnecting the
grinder-doser from the power supply by unplug-
ging. Before reconnecting the grinder-doser to
the power supply, replace the safety device.
9. Maintenance
It is essential to periodically check the state of
the supply cable and plug. In the event the supply
cable or plug are damaged, call in skilled techni-
cal personnel to replace them, in order to prevent
any risk. In CE-certified appliances a special tool
is required to open the base plate to access the
cable. We recommend using original spare parts
only. In order to assure the lasting efficiency of
the appliance, skilled technical personnel must be
called in to perform periodical maintenance, in-
cluding detailed checks of the state of those com-
ponents subject to wear. The state of the grinding
blades must be checked periodically. Keeping the
grinding
blades in an excellent state assures high-quality
grinding, resulting in greater 9 / 10 productivity and

limited overheating.
• Cleaning the appliance:
Disconnect the power supply from the appliance
by unplugging it before cleaning. The appliance
must not be cleaned using water jets. Do not
install the appliance in rooms where water jets
are used for cleaning. The appliance must be
cleaned periodically by skilled technical person-
nel only. Use perfectly clean, disinfected cloths
or brushes for cleaning. Do not use abrasive
products as these are liable to take the sheen
off shiny parts.
• Hopper:
Wash the hopper once it has been removed from
the appliance (unscrewing the relevant fasten-
ing screw), using neutral soap and water, rinse
abundantly with lukewarm water and dry thor-
oughly. It is advisable to clean the hopper period-
ically. Once the hopper has been cleaned, it must
be attached to the upper grinding blade holder
using the relevant screw.
• Grinding system:
Remove the safety screw which prevents the
adjustment disk from being removed. Unscrew
the adjustment disk by turning it clockwise. Hav-
ing removed the upper grinding blade holder,
clean the grinding blades, the threads and the
ntire grinding system thoroughly using a clean
brush and cloth. Having refitted the upper grind-
ing blade holder in the relevant slot, screw the
adjustment disk back on, and after refitting
and securing the hopper adjust the grinding as
required.
• Quantitative feeder:
After removing the coffee powder, use a brush
to clean the star-shaped device of the ra-
tion feeder and remove the cleared mate-
rial by pulling the ration feeder control rod.
Use dry cloth to clean the bottom coffee powder
outlet.
If deep cleaning is required, it must be per-
formed by a professional technician and the
electrical power supply must be cut off before
cleaning, as explained above:
1) Dismounting the crews and remove coffee
outlet guard
2) Dismounting hexagonal screws which fix the
coffee weight adjusting knob
3) Dismounting (anticlockwise direction) coffee
weight adjusting knob, press the star type device
of quantitative feeder(concave quantitative star
type device and upper quantitative star type de-
vice)
4) Remove concave quantitative star type de-
vice
5) Remove central spring
6) Deeply clean the bottom of the quantifier, es-
pecially exposed sharp blades and coffee powder
outlets
• To reassemble the quantitative feeder, reverse
the steps above; Please note that the riser of the
coffee exit cover plate should be properly mount-
ed in the suitable slider on the side of the residue
box.
10. Transportation
• Please keep the coffee machine in carton box for
future transportation.
• Empty coffee beans before transportation.
• Once complete emptying , clean the machine.

11. Warranty
Any defect affecting the functionality of the ap-
pliance which becomes apparent within one year
after purchase will be repaired by free repair or re-
placement provided the appliance has been used
and maintained in accordance with the instructions
and has not been abused or misused in any way.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If the appli-
ance is claimed under warranty, state where and
when it was purchased and include proof of pur-
chase (e.g. receipt).
In line with our policy of continuous product devel-
opment we reserve the right to change the product,
packaging and documentation specifications with-
out notice.
12 . Discarding & Environment
When decommissioning the appliance, the prod-
uct must not be disposed of with other household
waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose to
your waste equipment by handing it over to a des-
ignated collection point. Failure to follow this rule
may be penalized in accordance with applicable
regulations on waste disposal. The separate col-
lection and recycling of your waste equipment at
the time of disposal will help conserve natural re-
sources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner
that protects human health and the environment.
For more information about where you can drop off
your waste for recycling, please contact your local
waste collection company. The manufacturers and
importers do not take responsibility for recycling,
treatment and ecological disposal, either directly
or through a public system.

Podłączenie elektryczne musi być zgodne z mie-
jscowymi przepisami. Napięcie urządzenia po-
dane na tabliczce znamionowej musi być zgodne z
napięciem w sieci.
Stosuj się do poniższych wskazówek:
• Elektrody muszą być zgodne z danymi podanymi
na tabliczce znamionowej!

8. Obsuga urządzenia
8.1. Włączanie i wyłączanie urządzenia
Upewnij się, czy zasobnik jest prawidłowo ust-

mocowany do uchwytu górnego ostrza mielącego
za pomocą odpowiedniej śruby. Zamknij zasuwę
blokującą i napełnij zasobnik ziarnami kawy. Ot-
wórz zasuwę blokującą tak, aby ziarna wpadły do
zespołu mielenia.
Młynek do kawy ma ręczny włącznik oraz młynek:
• Aby włączyć urządzenie, ustaw przełącznik
w pozycji „I”.
• Aby wyłączyć urządzenie, ustaw przełącznik
w pozycji „0”.
Ręczny młynek do kawy z przełącznikiem dźwignio-
wym:
• Włącz urządzenie, ustaw przycisk regulacji na
1. Ustaw przełącznik dźwigniowy na pozycji
