The components of the Knurr Ergocon®
Console are designed for industrial use in
control rooms in a dry industrial environment.
Their use in other areas, for example in a wet
room, outdoors or for applications other than
IT,
shall be deemed improper.
The manufacturer will refuse all warranty
and liability claims caused by improper usage
or if components are added or modified
without authorization.

The Knurr Ergocon Console is delivered in
perfectly safe working conditions.
Vertiv Integrated Systems GmbH can only
guarantee the safety and reliability and
function of the Ergocon Console if it is
assembled, used, extended and modified as
described in this manual.

The working level is connected to the base
frame on the outer and on the inner side with 4
screws per side.
A total of 8 screws are used per side part for the
connection between the basic frame and the
working level. Per screw a tightening torque of
10 Nm has to be used.

внешней и с внутренней стороны с помощью
4хвинтов на каждую сторону.
Итого, в каждой боковой части используется
8 винтов для соединения основания и рабочей
поверхности.

underneath the worktop.

The base plate of the functional unit must be
placed on the working plane as shown so that
there is an even distance of approx. 1 cm
around the cable entry set (E-Set).
With the enclosed screws, the base plate is
screwed to the table top in all the places
provided for this purpose.

The vertical profile is fixed to the base plate
with the enclosed sleeve nuts and threaded
rods. The profile is closed with a cover cap.
The horizontal rail is bolted to the vertical
profile using the mounting bracket. The
mounting bracket for the energy chain is
screwed to the cross profile from the rear
using 2 screws.

The profile is closed with a cover cap. The
horizontal rail is bolted to the vertical profile
using the mounting bracket. The mounting
bracket for the energy chain is screwed to the

The base plate of the functional unit must be
placed on the working plane as shown so that
there is an even distance of approx. 1 cm
around the cable entry set (E-Set).
With the enclosed screws, the base plate is
screwed to the table top in all the places
provided for this purpose.

left and right with 2 screws each. The cable of
the lifting unit is connected to the cable from the
working level.

column. The mounting bracket for the energy
chain is screwed to the cross profile from the
rear using 2 screws.

The base plate of the functional unit with depth
adjustment is screwed to the carriage on the
table top using the 2 screws shown.
Опорная пластина функционального блока с
регулировкой глубины привинчивается к каретке на

The further procedure for complete assembly of
the functional unit is exactly as described in
section 3.6.

When mounting the cross profile, make sure that
the functional unit is aligned so that the
distances to the table top on the outside and
inside of the functional unit are equal and that it
is aligned horizontally.
