・本製品の可動範囲内に他の作業者の作業範囲が重ならないことを確認してください。けがの恐れがあります。
４．本製品を正しくご使用ください。
・使用中は本製品のアーム部分に手や指を添えたり近づけたりしないでください。挟まれ、けがの恐れがあります。
・作業にあった製品をご使用ください。ツールの動作の反動により、けがの恐れがあります。
・作業にあったツールを取り付けて使用してください。けが、または故障の原因となる恐れがあります。

特長
○ダブルリンクアーム型
・二本のアームをリンク構造で連結することで先端部分の平行を保ち、アーム間をつないだスプリング
でツール重量をバランスさせる構造です。
・アームの可動範囲が広いため、設置場所を自由に選べます。
○ツールバランサー効果で、繰り返し・長時間の作業負担を軽減します。
○使用されるツールに合わせてアタッチメントをつける事で様々なツールに対応します。
＊本製品にはアタッチメントは付属しておりません。別途ご購入ください。

必ず守る 取り付け前にご使用のツールが対応機種であることを確認してください。

間違った取り付けで使用されますと、機器の故障又は作業者が負傷する恐れがあり
ます。
必ず守る 取り付けるツールの動力源を切ってから取り付け作業をおこなってください。
1) 取付金具の固定
・付属のＭ６六角ボルト・ばね座金・ワッシャー・ナットを使用し、取
付金具を作業台やテーブルに隙間やガタがないように固定して
ください。
*注意： 作業台の強度が充分であることを確認してください
*注意： アームの可動範囲内に障害物や他の作業者がいない
ことを確認してから固定してください。
*注意： 取付面と作業台の間に隙間ができたり、異物が挟まっ
たりしないようにしてください
*禁止： 本製品の固定にシャコ万力などを使用しないでください

■設置
2) 先アームのバネ取り付け
・ご購入時、先アームのバネ片側は取り付けられていません。
右図のように穴にスプリングシャフトを挿し込み、緩み止め
ナットで締め付けてください。この際、先アームを上まで持ち
上げて作業すると、取り付けやすくなります。
・取り付け穴は２か所ありますが、中間金具側の取り付け穴を
ご使用ください。
＊注意 ・ばねのフックは正しく引っ掛けてください（右図参照）
＊樹脂部品の溝部分にフックをはめこんでください。
＊ばねが正しく取り付けられていない状態で長期間使用した場合、
ばねの耐久寿命が著しく短くなるおそれがあります
＊注意 ・ナットが緩まないよう、ナイロンの緩み止め部分まで、しっかり
と締め付けてください
＊注意 ・可動部に指や手を近づけないでください
指や手をはさんでけがをする恐れがあります
3) 高さの設定
・作業高さは、カラーのＭ６六角穴付ボルトで位置を固定します。
・カラーのＭ６六角穴付ボルトはしっかりと締め付けてください。
締め付けが不足し本体が急降下すると、大変危険です。
＊注意 ・元金具下側のカラーを緩める際に、アームが急激に
落下しないようにアームを片手で支えながら作業して
ください。
＊注意 ・Ｍ６六角穴付ボルトの推奨締め付けトルクは１．５Ｎ･ｍ
です。
締め付けすぎると固定ねじ先端の真鍮が変形し、
その結果、支柱が変形する恐れがあります。
支柱が変形すると、アームの高さ調整ができなくなる
可能性があります。

4）アタッチメントの取り付け
※ツールを取り付ける為には別売のアタッチメントが必要です。
アタッチメントの取付方法については下記の取り付け部寸法及び例を参考に
各アタッチメントの取扱説明書をご参照の上、各アタッチメントに付属されているネジを
ご使用ください。

本製品の使用前に下記の事項をご確認ください。
・作業台などに確実に固定されていること
・各ねじ部に緩みがないこと
・ばねが正しく取り付けられていること
・アームの可動範囲内に操作を妨げるものがないこと
禁止 引き寄せ後に急激に押し出したり放したりしないでください。
ばねの急激な反動で異常な動きをし、周囲に危害を加える恐れがあります。
禁止 不必要に旋回させないでください。
周囲に当たる物や人がいないことを確認して旋回させてください。
禁止 作業場所、特に本製品に関係者以外は近づけないでください。

水につけたり水をかけたりしないでください。
錆により故障の原因となります。
注意
可動範囲を超えてアームを使用しないでください。
ばねが塑性変形し、自然復帰しなくなる恐れがあります。

アームの間に指や手を入れないでください。
また、作業中はアームに指や手を近づけないでください。
指や手が挟まり、けがをする恐れがあります。

■保守・点検
注意 保守・点検
必ず守る 各部のねじの緩みがないか、確認してください。
必ず守る ばねが正しく取り付けられているか、使用前に確認してください。
必ず守る 取扱い説明書に記載されている付属品以外のものを使用すると事故やけがの原因と
なる恐れがありますので、使用しないでください。
1) ばね
戻りが悪くなった時や破断した時には、付属のばねと交換してください。部品を破損・紛失した場合は
購入先にご連絡ください。不明の場合はお近くの弊社営業所にご連絡ください。

２) 清掃
作業終了後は部品各部、特にばね取り付け部や旋回部のゴミ、ほこりの清掃をしてください。
３) 修理
機械修理の知識のない方が修理しますと十分な機能を発揮しないだけでなく、事故やけがの原因と
なります。修理依頼は、購入先にご連絡ください。

次のような場所に保管しないでください。動作不良の原因になります。
・本体に著しい振動や衝撃が加わる場所
・仕様に示された範囲を超える高温多湿な場所
・結露する場所
・急激な温度変化のある場所
・ホコリ・粉塵・煙が多い場所
・水・油・薬品等がかかる場所
禁止 本製品の上に物を置かないでください。変形による動作不良の原因になります。
必ず守る 子供の手の届かない場所に保管してください。

日本国内で、保証期間内に取扱説明書、本体ラベルなどの注意書きに従って正常な状態で使用していて故障した場合には、本書の
記載内容に基づいて無償修理いたします(消耗部品は除く)。
保証期間内に故障した場合は、お買い上げの販売店にご依頼ください。
保証期間中でも次のような場合には有償修理となります。
１）誤った使用方法、取り扱い上の不注意によって生じた損傷や故障
２）不当な修理や改造によって生じた損傷や故障


‐Whenpurchased,thespringofthetiparmisnotmounted
ontheoneside.Asshowninthefigureontheright,insert
thespringshaftintotheholeandtightenwithalocknut.
Atthistime,mountingiseasierifyouliftthetiparm
abovewhileworking.
‐Therearetwomountholes,butonlyusethemounthole
ontheintermediatebracketside.


*Caution:Hangthespringhookcorrectly,(refertotherightfig.)
*Engagethehookintothegrooveoftheplasticpart.

side,supportthearmwithonehandwhileworkingso
