●モーターは拘束禁止。
モーターは拘束されますと、起動しようとして結果的にガタガタと大きな振動
のみが発生することになります。モーター選定、過負荷には十分ご注意ください。
●必ず付属のコンデンサをご使用ください。
モーター運転中、コンデンサの両端子間には、モーターの電源電圧の2倍近い
電圧がかかっています。安全のため、端子部は必ず絶縁処理を行なってください。
●ギヤヘッドと組み合わせてご使用になる場合
許容トルクはギヤヘッドの機械的強度の限界値を表しています。負荷トルクは
許容トルク以下でご使用ください。許容トルクを超えるトルクが加わった場合、
ギヤヘッドが破損することがあります。
ギヤヘッドの回転方向は減速比によって異なります。モーター軸の回転方向と
ギヤ軸の回転方向は、お使いになる減速比により変わります。
●分解しないでください。
モーターは一度分解しますと性能が著しく低下します。モーターは絶対に分解
しないでください。また、モーター落下等の衝撃にも十分ご注意ください。
●使用環境
次のような場所でのモーターのご使用は避けてください。
振動・衝撃の激しいところ
ほこりの多いところ
水や油のかかるところ
引火性ガス・腐食性ガスのあるところ
周囲温度が-10℃〜 +40℃を超えるところ

■結線図（モーターにより結線が異なりますのでご注意ください）
右上図のように結線し、スイッチSWをCW側に倒すと時計方向に回転し、CCW側に
倒すと反時計方向に回転します。電源を切るとモーターは瞬時停止します。（回転方向
はモーター取り付け側シャフトから見た回転方向です。）

●標準タイプにはコンデンサ容量が周波数50/60Hz で異なる製品があります。
ご使用になる周波数を確認の上結線を行ってください。
■モーターの取り付け
●丸シャフトタイプ
適当な長さのねじを用意して、モーター取付面と取付板にすきまがないように取り
付けてください。

■Wiring Diagrams (The wiring diagram varies according to the motor model.)
Connections for operation are shown in following diagram:
To rotate the motor in a clockwise direction, flip switch (SW) to CW. To rotate it in a counter-
clockwise direction, flip this same switch (SW) to CCW. The motor will stop immediately when
the power supply is cut. The direction of motor rotation is as viewed from the front shaft end of
the motor.

■Connecting The Gearhead
Pinion shaft motors can be connected with the gearhead. Applicable gearheads are shown in
the table below.

●For the standard type motors, the capacitor required depends on the operating frequency (50
or 60Hz). Confirm the frequency and connect the appropriate capacitor.
■Installing The Motor
●Round Shaft Motor
Use screws of appropriate length and secure the motor so that there are no gaps between the
motor flange face and the mounting surface.
■Precautions For Operation
●Do not lock the motor.
Strong vibration will occur when motor is locked.
Please operate the motor within the range of the permissible inertia load.
●Be sure to use the capacitor that comes with the motor.
When motors are running, a voltage of twice the motor power supply is applied across the
terminals of the capacitor. The terminals must therefore be insulated to ensure safety.
●When using the gearhead
The permissible torque indicates the maximum load torque that can be applied to the gearhead.
Be sure the load torque does not exceed the permissible torque.
Rotation of the gearheads output shaft may be in the reverse direction to the rotation of the
motor shaft due to the reduction ratio. Before connection, make sure of the correlation between
the reduction of rotation.
●Do not disassemble the motor.
Disassemble the motor will results in a considerable reduction in its performance. Also be careful
not to drop the motor or subject it to shock.
●Operating Conditions
The motors must not be used in locations of the following conditions:
In locations where strong vibrations or shock occur.
Dusty locations.
Locations where water or oil is likely to come into contact with the motor.
Locations where flammable or corrosive gas is present.
Location where the ambient temperature is outside the permissible temperature range of -10℃
to +40℃
