Patented FlexHeat technology combines Tens, and Heat
which are clinically proven to ease pain, relieve inammation,
and protect against oxidative stress.
Electronic Stimulation delivers electric pulses and heat to the
user’s skin through the electrodes. The portable and compact
device has multiple modes of dierent pulse frequencies,
covering Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation
(TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). It includes
operating elements of POWER-ON/OFF button, intensity
increase button, intensity decrease button, mode button,
timer button, and heat button
INTRODUCTION TO TENS WITH HEAT

FlexHeat oers 3 user modes, TENS, TENS with Heat, and
Heat, 8 unique program modes and 20 levels of intensity.
As such the power usage and battery life will vary
depending on the specic settings used during treatment.
For example, a fully charged device using mid-range inten-
sity and using the Tens only setting will give you a battery
life of approximately 7-10 hours of use. The same intensity
setting with the Tens, and heat function activated may only
give you one hour of use before a new charge is needed.
For maximum eectiveness monitor the battery life
symbol and charge the device when the battery level
graphic is depleted.

The control unit comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. If the battery
icon on keeps ashing, it means the battery is running out. Charge the con-
trol unit with the enclosed USB cable and adaptor. The battery icon ashes
during charging, and becomes solid when the unit is charged fully.
A USB wall charger/adapter is included for charging.
Before rst use, the device should be fully charged. Charging time may vary
depending on the wall adapter used; 3-6 hours from depleted battery to full
charge.

1. Connect the wide end of the USB cable to wall adapter.
2. Connect the smaller mini USB to stimulator base.
3. During charging the battery symbol on the stimulator will ash. When
the device is fully charged, the battery symbol will be solid. Unplug the
charger and stimulator when fully charged; never operate the unit while
charging
