ATTENTION! - IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. This appliance is designed for private, domestic use only. No responsibility is
accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
2. The appliance is not intended to be used in the following applications, and
the guarantee will not apply for:
Any commercial use.
Staff areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
Farm houses.
By clients in hotels, motels and other residential, bed and breakfast type
environments.
3. This appliance is used only as tomato juicer for preparing tomato juice and
meat grinder for preparing minced meat, sausages and kubbe.
4. The appliance is only intended to be used indoors and not outdoors.
5. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
6. Always handle the power cord with care. Do not pull or strain the power cord.
The power cord may never be folded or pinched. Always pull the plug to
disconnect the power cord, never pull the cord to disconnect it.
7. Do not use the cord as a handle.
8. Do not let the cable resting on a hot surface or hanging on the edge of the
table.
9. Never wind the power cord around the motor unit after use as the high
temperature of the motor may cause damage to the power cord.
10. Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer. It may
cause injury and device destruction.
11. Do not use with a voltage converter.
12. Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
13. Do not place the appliance on or near a microwave oven, electric oven, gas
oven or washing machine.
14. Keep the appliance away from flammable objects or other heat source.
15. Do not use outdoors or where aerosol spray products are being used or
where oxygen is being administrated.
16. The socket must be easily accessible at any time to ensure that the unit can
be disconnected quickly from the electricity supply.
17. Never use the appliance in the bathroom near a swimming pool, or any other
place with humidity and high temperature.
18. The appliance should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain,
etc.) or any wet conditions.
19. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub of
sink.
20. Always leave enough space around the device when it is in use among other
items.

21. Do not cover the ventilation holes of the appliance during operation.
22. Always use the device in an upright position.
23. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
24. Do not use while you are in contact with water.
25. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
26. Do not touch an appliance that has fallen into water. Just pull the plug off.
27. Do not use the device when it is empty.
28. Never process with the appliance food / ingredients that are frozen. Defrost
frozen ingredients thoroughly before you process them with the appliance.
29. Never process with the appliance food / ingredients that are too hot. Let hot
ingredients cool down before you process them with the appliance.
30. Never overfill the hopper with too many ingredients in order to avoid
materials and liquids drop on the main motor unit.
31. Do not drop or insert any objects into any opening.
32. Never insert your fingers or any other objects (hair, clothes, cooking utensils,
knives, screw drivers etc.) in the milling tube or near any moving parts of the
appliance while it is connected to the power supply as there is risk of injury.
33. Never push food into the milling tube with any foreign objects or with your
fingers. Use only the food pusher supplied to you with this appliance.
34. Never use the appliance if the accessories are not installed properly.
35. Do not use the appliance if any accessory or damaged. If any accessory is
damaged, be sure to replace it before using again the appliance.
36. When the milling procedure is over check if the cutter blade, cutting plate or
the feed screw is damaged. In this case there are probably pieces of the
metal or plastic into the material that you prepared.
Do not use this material and replace the damaged accessories.
37. If after several uses the cutter blade is no longer sharp enough please
replace it.
38. The cutter blade is very sharp. Always handle the cutter blade with care
during use or cleaning.
39. Do not move the appliance while it is operating.
40. The device should always be disconnected from the mains when not in use.
Always switch OFF (‘0’ position) and unplug the appliance if it is not in use
before moving, cleaning, assembling or disassembling, when changing
fittings and storing it.
41. Before disconnecting the device from the socket, press the “ON / 0 / R”
switch in position ‘0’.
42. Please note that the device is powered up when connected to the power
supply, even when the “ON / 0 / R” switch is in position ‘0’.
43. The device should be used only by adults.
44. Keep the appliance away from children. Children must be under supervision
when they are near the device.
45. The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.

47. The appliance should only be stored indoors in a dry place away from
moisture and high or very low temperature. Avoid direct exposure under
ultraviolet.
48. Always make sure the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.

To reduce the risk of electric shock do not open this device,
there are not serviceable parts for customers. Please refer
any maintenance or repair to qualified personnel.

BEFORE USE
1. Ensure the packaging of this appliance is disposed of properly as all materials
are recyclable.
2. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children.
3. After you remove the device from its packing, clean it with a damp cloth.
4. Clean the appliance according to the instruction in the “CLEANING”
paragraph.
Never put the appliance under running water in order to clean it.
5. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and dry surface. Never place the
appliance on a soft surface.
6. Before using the device unfold the cord completely and make sure that it does
not show any signs of damage.
7. Ensure that the main voltage rating of your power supply corresponds to the
voltage requirements of the appliance.
8. Make sure that all parts of the device are properly mounted before using the
appliance.
9. After unit transportation or storage under winter (cold) conditions, it is
necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before
switching on.
10. If you notice that there is a little smell going out of the appliance during the
first use, do not worry, it is normal.

Both switches (“ON / R” Switch and “ON / 0 / R” Switch) should be in position
“ON” for Normal Function.
Reverse Function:
This function is used ONLY for removing obstructions that appear during
processing of food.
Never use the reverse function continuously or for long time.
Both switches (“ON / R” Switch and “ON / 0 / R” Switch) should be in position “R”
for Reverse Function.

ASSEMBLY
Please follow the instructions below in order to assembly the appliance.
ATTENTION: Always make sure the appliance is unplugged from the
power supply before starting to assemble or disassemble it. Never
assemble or disassemble any accessory when the appliance is in operation.
Assembling the milling tube:
Put the milling tube (6) in the inlet (5) and turn it counterclockwise to “lock” in
position.
Warning: Install the milling tube properly, a misplaced milling tube will result
in a not sufficient type of milling quality and may cause weakening or
damage to other accessories.
Disassembling the milling tube:
Press the release button (4) to unlock and turn the milling tube (6) clockwise in
order to uninstall it from the main unit.

Assembling Tomato Juicer accessories:
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Put the milling tube (6) in
the inlet (5) on the main
unit.
2. Place and fit the metal
feed screw (7) inside
the milling tube (6).
3. Place and fit the plastic
feed screw (8) as an
extension of the metal
feed screw (7).
4. Place the metal juicing
strainer (9) inside the
bracket (10).
5. Put the bracket (10) on the milling tube (6) and
make sure the plastic feed screw (8) is located
inside the strainer.

Assembling Meat Grinder accessories
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Put the milling tube (6)
in the inlet (5) on the
main unit.
2. Place and fit the metal
feed screw (7) inside
the milling tube (6).

4. Put ONE cutting plate
(19) on the metal feed

Note: The appliance is equipped with 3pcs of cutting plates which are proper for
fine / medium / coarse cut. Use the cutting plate according to the desired result
you need.
Warning: Face the cutter blade cutting side to the cutting plate. If the cutter
blade is installed improperly, it will not grind the food.
Warning: Do not ever place 2 or 3 cutting plates together on the appliance.

Assembling accessories for Sausages
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Put the milling tube (6)

Assembling accessories for kubbe
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Put the milling tube (6) in the inlet (5)
on the main unit.
2. Place and fit the metal feed screw (7)
inside the milling tube (6).

4. Put and screw the nut (13) to lock in
position all accessories at the edge of
the milling tube (6).
Warning:

INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE APPLIANCE
Using the appliance as Tomato Juicer:
Always make sure to prepare the tomatoes you are about to process before you
use the appliance.
Slice the tomatoes in small pieces so that they fit easily into the feed hopper
opening.
Make sure that all stalks are removed.
Place all prepared tomatoes in a bowl near the appliance in order to be able
to feed the hopper easy.
After you prepare the tomatoes you are about to process, follow the instructions
below in order to use the appliance:
1. Make sure the appliance is not connected to the power supply.
2. Put the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
3. Assemble the tomato juicer accessories and the feed hopper (16) on the
appliance according to the instructions of the “ASSEMBLY” paragraph and
make sure that all parts are installed correct and there is nothing blocking the
ventilation openings on the main unit.
4. Place a suitable bowl under the milling tube (6).
5. Place a suitable bowl under the exit spout for peels and spores (12).
6. Connect the power cord of the appliance to the power supply.
7. Add the tomato pieces in the feed hopper (16).
8. Press “ON / R” Switch in position “ON” and also “ON / 0 / R” Switch in
position “ON” so that the appliance will start its normal function.
9. Slowly feed the tomato pieces into the milling tube (6) using the food pusher
(17).
10. The processed tomato juice will come out of the juice collector tray(14) and
into the bowl.
11. After you finish processing, turn off the appliance by pressing the “ON / 0 / R”
Switch in position “0” and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
12. Let the appliance cool down and after that you can disassemble and follow
the cleaning procedure as mentioned in the “CLEANING” paragraph.

CAUTION:
Never push food into the milling tube (6) with any foreign objects or with your
fingers. Use only the food pusher (17) supplied to you with this appliance.
To avoid obstructions do not apply excessive force while pushing food.
If any hard piece of food stops the screw and blade rotation, immediately
switch OFF the appliance, wait till the screw stops rotating and use the
reverse function by pressing both switches to position “R” in order to remove
the obstruction before starting again. If the obstruction is not removed please
switch off the appliance, disconnect from power supply, disassemble the
accessories and remove the obstruction.
WARNING!
Do not run the appliance for more than 10 minutes continuously.
After 10 minutes of continuous use, switch OFF the appliance and let it cool
down for 10-15 minutes before further operation.
Always keep this routine when you use the appliance in order to keep the
motor life time longer.

Using the appliance as Meat Grinder:
Always make sure to prepare the food you are about to process before you use
the appliance.
Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
Slice the meat in small cubes or stripes so that they fit easily into the feed
hopper opening.
Make sure that all bones, tendons, cartilages, veins and excess fat are
removed.
Place all prepared meat in a bowl near the appliance in order to be able to
feed the hopper easy.
After you prepare the meat you are about to process, follow the instructions below
in order to use the appliance:
1. Make sure the appliance is not connected to the power supply.
2. Put the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
3. Assemble the Meat Grinder accessories and the feed hopper (16) on the
appliance according to the instructions of the “ASSEMBLY” paragraph and
make sure that all parts are installed correct and there is nothing blocking the
ventilation openings on the main unit.
4. Place a suitable bowl under the milling tube (6).
5. Connect the power cord of the appliance to the power supply.
6. Add the meat slices in the feed hopper (16).
7. Press “ON / R” Switch in position “ON” and also “ON / 0 / R” Switch in
position “ON” so that the appliance will start its normal function.
8. Slowly feed the meat slices into the milling tube (6) using the food pusher
(17).
9. The processed minced meat will come out of the milling tube (6) and into the
bowl.
10. You can process / grind the minced meat again for 2 or 3 times in order to
achieve the desired result.
11. After you finish processing, turn off the appliance by pressing the “ON / 0 / R”
Switch in position “0” and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
12. Let the appliance cool down and after that you can disassemble and follow
the cleaning procedure as mentioned in the “CLEANING” paragraph.

CAUTION:
Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for example, ginger or
horseradish) with the appliance.
Never push food into the milling tube (6) with any foreign objects or with your
fingers. Use only the food pusher (17) supplied to you with this appliance.
To avoid obstructions do not apply excessive force while pushing food.
If any hard piece of food stops the screw and blade rotation, immediately
switch OFF the appliance, wait till the screw stops rotating and use the
reverse function by pressing both switches to position “R” in order to remove

accessories and remove the obstruction.
