Important Safety Instructions
1. Read these instructions –All the safety and operating instructions should be read before this product
is operated.
2. Keep these instructions-The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. Heed all warnings –All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered to.
4. Follow all instructions –All operating and use instructions should be followed.
5. Do not use this apparatus near water –The appliance should not be used near water or moisture –for
example, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool, and the like.
6. Clean only with dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiations, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades
with one wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide
blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet,
consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at the plugs, convenience
receptacles, and at the point where they exit from the apparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the
manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart or rack is used, use
caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from
tip-over.
13. Unplug the apparatus during lighting storms or when unused for long
periods of time.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or
objects have fallen into the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate
normally, or has been dropped.

- This lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user
to the presence of non-insulated “dangerous voltage”within the product’s enclosure that may be of
sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.

user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- The exclamation point within and equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

This equipment is a Class Ⅱordouble insulated electrical appliance. It has been designed in such a
way that it does not require a safety connection to electrical earth.
17. The mains plug is used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

Product Overview

3. RADIO TUNER KNOB In FM mode, turn to tune into a station.
4. FUNCTION ROTARY SELECTOR (POWER / FM / BLUETOOTH / AUX)
Turn to select Function mode.
Turn to POWER mode to turn the unit off.
Turn to FM mode to listen to the FM radio.
Turn to BLUETOOTH mode to listen to Bluetooth.
Turn to AUX mode to listen to an external device connected to the AUX-IN jack.

6. AUX-IN Jack
When connecting a device that has a headphone jack, use a 3.5mm cable to connect to the
AUX-IN jack.
7. Headphones Jack
To listen to the unit using headphones, insert headphonesinto the Headphone jack.
8. FM Telescopic Antenna
While tuned to a station in FM mode, extend the Telescopic Antenna and reposition to adjust for
best reception.
9. AC Power Cord
Plugs into a wall outlet.

Basic Operation
1. Power on.
Connect the power plug into the wall outlet.
2. Rotate the Function Rotary selector to select a source.
3. Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust to desired sound level.
4. Power off
Rotate the Function Rotary selector on POWER ( ) position
5. Standby mode
The main unit will turn off when the speaker is idle for approximately 15 minutes (not while in Radio
Mode). Once the unit turnsoff, rotate the Function Rotary selector to turn the unit on again.
6. Listening through Headphones (not included)
For private listening, first reduce the volume level to the minimum.
Insert your headphones’ plug into the HEADPHONES Jack, then
adjust the volume up by turning the VOLUME knob.
Note: The speakers will automatically be deactivated while
headphones are plugged in. When you switch to a different mode,
make sure to unplug your Headphones.
CONDENSATION WARNING:
When the unit is moved from a cold or warm place, or is used following a sudden temperature change, there is the
danger that water vapor in the air may condense on the unit, preventing proper operation. In such cases, leave the
unit for 1-2 hours after plugging it into an AC outlet to allow it to stabilize at the temperature of its surroundings.

Listening to a FM Radio
Turn the unit on.
1. Rotate the Function Rotary Selector to FM position and the dial scale will light up orange.
2. Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust the volume level you desired.
3. Rotate the TUNING knob to select your desired station.
4. Pull out the Telescopic Antenna and adjust its length and angle for optimum reception.
Listening to an External Audio Device (AUX Mode)
In AUX (auxiliary) mode, this unit can play audio from an external audio device (iPod, MP3 Player,
Portable CD Player, etc.)
When connecting a device that has a headphone jack, use a 3.5mm AUX cable and connect to the
AUX-IN jack located on the back of the unit.
1. Plug one end of the AUX-IN cable (not included) into the AUX-IN (on the back of the unit).
2. Plug the other end of the cable into the headphone jack of the external audio device.
3. Rotate the Function Rotary Selector to AUX position and the dial scale will light up Green.
4. Turn your external device on to start playback.
5. Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust the sound level.
6. Adjust the volume level on your device if necessary.
7. You can control playback through your external device.
NOTE: All playback operations are only accessible on your external device.

Listening to an External Audio Device (Bluetooth Mode)
In Bluetooth mode, this unit can play music from external devices that are Bluetooth compatible.
GETTING CONNECTED USING BLUETOOTH
1. Rotate the Function Rotary Selector to Bluetooth ( ) position and the dial scale will flash blue.
2. Set the Bluetooth function of your external device when the apparatus is on.
3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your external device.
NOTE: The effective distance between your external device and this apparatus is 10 meters (33ft).
4. Wait a few seconds for “VRS-2400” to appear on the device list of your external device’s Bluetooth
settings and select “VRS-2400”. If your device asks for a password enter “0000” then press “OK”.
5. When the Bluetooth connection has been established successfully you will hear an audible
beeping and the dial scale will stopflashing.
6. Start playback through your external device.

under normal use for a period of “One Year” from the date of the original purchase. The
Warranty is “Not” transferable. IT agrees, within the initial “90 Day” period, to repair or replace the product if
it is determined to be defective at “No Charge”. It is further agreed that IT will cover the cost to repair or
replace damaged “Parts” only for a total period of “One Year” from the date of the original purchase. The
warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, headbands, ear-pads, or
damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling,
accident, acts of God or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.

number to return products for service or replacement. Returns without an RMA number on the
package will be refused and returned to sender. Upon receipt of the returning item and our full
inspection (IT) may issue a replacement to customer for the same item or of one that has equivalent

purchased, receipt of purchase and reason for return to obtain RMA number.
All returns must be in the original packaging or reasonable substitute to prevent damage.
