Kerosene Conversion Instructions for
Vitorondens 200-T 33kW, 40kW and 50kW
nIsolate power supply and oil supply lines.
nSet the burner into the servicing position as per boiler service
manual.
nClean strainer, filter, fuel lines, and tank and remove water.
nIf the appliance is 40kW or 50kW Remove burner flame tube.
nLoosen the 3 nuts securing the burner to the boiler door and
carefully withdraw the burner from the boiler.

nRemove the 3 socket head bolts securing the mixing assembly
cover to the front of the burner housing and slide the cover off
the mixing assembly.

nRemove nozzle as per Vitoflame 300 servicing instructions
section “Nozzle Replacement” and replace with kerosene
nozzle supplied in conversion kit.

nCarefully disconnect the electrical connection plug from
the oil pre-heater and then plug the link wire supplied into
the pre-heater cable plug between the brown and
black wires.
nFasten the cable tie supplied in the conversion kit around the
end of the electrical supply cable approximately 3 mm from the
end of the outer insulation. Cut off the excess cable tie with
side cutters.

nCarefully pull the pre-heater cable until the cable tie is
positioned against the inside of the sealing grommet and secure
the second cable tie supplied around the preheater cable up
against the opposite side of the grommet to secure the cable in
position.
nReassemble and reinstall burner into appliance in reverse
order of disassembly instructions.
nCheck electrode position and electrode spark gap.
nRecommission the burner as per the servicing instructions
using the new pump pressures, combustion chamber
pressure and initial air setting shown in Kerosene parameter
table below.
