2Installation
Pleasereadthefollowinginstallationinstructionsandcontrolboardinstructionscarefully,
andpayattentiontothe sequence ofinstallation. The shapeofparts in the followinginstallation
instructionsisonlyasasigh.Pleaserefer totheshapeoftheactualparts purchased. Pleasepay
attentiontotheclearancebetweenthepulleyandtheprofileincenter part,andalsoitshouldbe
abletoslidesmoothlyin bothdirections.Pleasepayattentiontothepositionofthesynchronous
wheelsonthe stepper motors.
2.1 Installationinstructions

3. Install theplateP1, centralswitchboardC3andflatpulley
W1.Becausethere isa small clearance between S1 andhole
of P1, thispartneeds to beadjustedinthefollowingsteps.
4. Install thedrivenpulley screwS5andnutN5 totheplateP1.
5. SlidetheprofileF2intothecentralplateP1. Asdescribed
above, pleaseadjust theS1,N4 andpulleyW1instep3
repeatedlyto ensureno clearance between pulleyW1 and
profileF2.Atthesame time, itshouldslidesmoothly.
6. Install thecentralplateP2 andflatpulley W1. Becausethere
isa small clearance betweenS1 andholeofP2,thispart
needs to beadjustedinthefollowingsteps.

7. Install P2 toP1, andFasteningit with nutN1. 8. SlideF1intoP2 andcross with F2. Asdescribedabove,
pleaseadjust theS1,N4andpulleyW1 instep6 repeatedly
to ensureno clearance betweenpulleyW1 andprofileF1.
Atthesame time, itshouldslidesmoothly.
9. Install P3 andfasteningit with nutN1, so thecentralcross
structureisfinished.
10. Thecentralcross structureafter completion.

11. Therelativeposition with themotor plateP4 andtheplate
P1. PlateP4 issymmetricallyarranged. Pleasepayattention to
theinstallation position ofthestepper motorM1on theplate
P4 in theframeline.
12. PleaseinstallM2onM1 first,andpayattentionto the
positionofM2.ThegapbetweenM2 andM1isabout1mm
andensure thatthesynchronousbeltremainslevel. Then,
install M1onP4, andnotice thatthepositionofstepper motor
on P4 should besymmetrical.
13. ThepositionofP5L,P5R. Motor wireM3andN2 isshowed
above.M3needtopass through themiddlecavityofP5L,P5R
andF1, andnotethat4PINislefton theleftwhile6PIN isleft
on theright. N2 should beslideintotheleftendofF1andit
will beusedtofasteningC2.
14. Install theleftP5L,F3, etc.Notice thatN2 should slideinto
F1andF3inadvance,andnotice that4Pin ofthemotor wire
M3should belefthere.
15.N2 should slideintothelower bottom ofF3, andwill be
usedtofasteningthemain controlC1
16. Install therightP5R, F3, etc.Notice thatN2 should slide
intoF3in advance,andnotice that6Pin ofthemotor wireM3
should belefthere.

17. Install therightP4 andP6, andsamewaytoinstall theleft
P4 andP6. Once again,pleasepayattention totheposition of
P4 on both sides. CuttheSingle-sided adhesivepadtofit and
stick them under thefeetof P5andP6.
18. First, twomotor wiresandonePWM controllineonC2are
insertedon themain controlboardC1, andthen fasteningC1
toF3.
19. Install therearplateP7 andP8. 20. Install thesynchronousbelt, pleasefasteningit atthe
startingpointwith S4andN2.
21. Install thesynchronousbelt accordingtothediagram
above.It showstheposition ofsynchronousbelt atcentral

23. Forconvenience,please inserttheflatwire into C4first
andthen install thefrontpanelparts.Andcross the
synchronousbelt through C4andP9. Pleasenotethat N2
shouldslideinto F2inadvance.
24. Tighten thesynchronousbelt andfasteningit with S4and
N2.
25. Putthesynchronousbeltbackthrough thesideholeand
putin order.
26. Install thepen controlkit.(Thesamewaytoinstall Laser kit
if needed)
2.2 Controlboardinstructions

1. Instructionsofmain controlboardC1. TheMotor LandR
interface should connecttotheleftandrightmotor.Control
interface should connecttothe3Pin wireofC2. In general,
thereisnoneedtoadjustthemotor drivecurrent.
2. InstructionsofswitchboardC4. Theleft3Pin interface isfor
servoandtherightinterfacesarefor laser.Pleasenotthat
never connecttheservototherightinterface ortheservowill
beburned. Andnotethattheflatwire interfaceofC4isdrawer
type.
3. Theflatwireinterface ofC4
isdrawer type.Pleaseliftthe
lock upfirst.
4. Inserttheflatwirethehard
contactbehind.
5. Press thelock down. 6. Theflatwireinterface ofC2
andC3areboth flip type.
Pleaseturn thelockupfirst.
7. Inserttheflatwirewith the
hardcontactdown.

Theshapeofall parts aboveinthisdescriptionisonlyasasign.There maybeadifference
betweentheactual parts andtheparts in theinstallationinstructions.Pleaserefer totheshapeof
the actual parts purchased.
Before openingthesupportingsoftware, pleaseconnect thedevicetothecomputer first.
After connecting,thekeyindicatorlightisslowlyflashing.Andwhenthepower switchis
switchedon,thepowerindicatorlightwill alwaysbright.Whenthesoftware iscommunicating
withthedevice, thecommunicationindicatorlights will flicker,andthelights are alwaysbright
onthe central switchboardC3.
If themotororservoisnotworkingproperly,pleasecheck theconnectionandthepower
supplyfirst!
Asdescribedabove, pleasepayattentiontotheclearancebetweenthepulleyandtheprofilein
center part,andalsoitshouldbeabletoslidesmoothlyinbothdirections.Pleasepayattention
tothepositionofthesynchronouswheelsonthestepper motors. If deviationhappenedin
motionoritisnotrunningsmoothly,pleasecheck theaboveparts andadjust tobest conditions.
