Pleasereadthefollowing installationinstructionsand controlboardinstructionscarefully,and pay

attentiontothesequence ofinstallation. Theshapeofpartsinthefollowing installationinstructionsis
onlyas asigh. Pleasereferto the shapeoftheactualpartspurchased.
1. Assembleupper andlowerparts. 2. Assemblelaserparttotheframe.Pleasenoticethatthelaser
wireshould penetratethegapbeforefix theLaser-Module(F3).
3. Thesidetomainboardwire,laserwireandupper motor wire
can befixedwith thereservedgaps.
4. Finishedabove.Pleasenotice thatall thebeltsandwiresare
notshown above.
3.Control-BoardandLaser
3.1 Instructionsfor controlboard(Optional)

The Motor-Xand Motor-Y interface onboardshould be connectedtothe X-Partand Y-part
motorscorrespondingly.The 6Pinofthe motorwire isforthe motor,andthe4Pinisforthe control
panel.
Please connectthe laserto the controlboardwiththe3pinwire.Connecttheside boardto the
maincontrolboard. AndConnectthe powersupplyand thecomputerwiththeUSBcable.
Pleasefocusthelaseronthematerialstobecarvedreferring tothelaserinstructionsbelowbefore
starting carving.
3.2 Instructionsfor laser.
Pleasewear the protective glassesbefore operatingthe laser!
Whenall the connectionsarecompleted, turnonthe power,and the laserisstandbyforworking.
The redlightonthe topofthe laseriscontinuouslighting atthistime.
Turnontheweaklightandadjust the focal length
Please laythe materialsto be carvedflat underthe laser.The recommendeddistance fromlaser
outletto materialsis5~10cm.Outofrange may be outoffocus.
Presstheweaklightswitchonthetopofthelaser(Markedas ).Thentheredlightwill flashand
the weak lighton. Laserspotscanbeseenonthe materialstobe carvedat thistime.Rotatethe
focusing ring slowlyonthelaseroutlettoshrinkthelaserspots.Whenthelaserspotsareminimized, it
istheoptimumstateforlasercarving.
Afterthat,presstheweak lightswitchagain, and the weak lightisturnedoff.Theredlightonthe
topofthelaseriscontinuouslighting at thistime,and the laserisstandbyforworking.
Itisimportantto understandthatthisweaklightswitchonthetopofthelaserisnotcontrolledby
controlsoftware. Sobesureto switchbacktonormal(makesurethatweaklightisoff)beforeyoustart
carving.
4.Notice and FAQ
(1).Theshapeofallparts abovein thisdescriptionisonlyasasign.There maybeadifference
betweentheactual parts andtheparts in theinstallationinstructions.Pleaserefer totheshapeof
the actual parts purchased.

(2).Pleasepayattentiontothesequenceoftheinstallationstepstoavoidrepeated
disassembly.
(3). Make sure hibernate andsleepare disabledwhenworkinglonghours. Thisfeature may
cause the laser tocontinue toglowoutofcontrol, andburningonthe table.
(4). Itisstrictlyprohibitedtouse thismachine unattended.
(5). Make sure towearprotective glassesbefore operatingthe laser.

movementofthemachineormaterialstobecarved.

lighting.
