【
Sound is too low or no sound
】
l Make sure that your audio devices work properly, and sound button has been turned on.
l Turn up the sound volume, ensure the 3.5mm audio jack works properly.
l Once plugged in the headphone, some PC / laptops need to select the input audio device in
the audio input setting. Please select the headphone as the input audio device.

Microphone did not work
】
l Make sure you had turned on the in-game microphone settings.
l Make sure the microphone in gaming device is on.
l Ensure that the detachable microphone is plugged in properly, also the audio jack and audio
port are not dirty.
l Make sure you have used the audio adaptor cable properly for PC.
l Once plugged in the headphone, some PC / laptops need to select the input audio device in
the audio input settings. Please select the headphone as the input audio device.

LED light did not work
】
l Please make sure the USB cable of the headphone is plugged into a USB port with enough
power supply.
l For gaming devices without a USB port, please connect with an extra power source, like
power bank, etc...

Can’t use with Xbox / PS4
】
l Please ensure you are using the latest version of Xbox, which is equipped with 3.5mm audio
port.
l Please ensure the 3.5mm audio jack of the headphone has been plugged properly into the
Xbox / PS4.
l Please set your Xbox / PS4’s audio input device in the operating system correctly.
