How to use the audio adaptor cable?
l 1-to-2 3.5mm audio adaptor cable (included in the package) is required when you connect
to PC. If you want to use headphone and microphone at the same time, please make sure
the adaptor is inserted to PC correctly. The end with icon means audio output, the other
end with icon means microphone input.
How to light up the LED lights?
l The USB interface is used for power supply to light up LED lights only. Without plugging the
USB cable, no LED lights will be on.
How to Mute the Microphone?
l This cat ear headphone does not have mute function because of simple design concept, so
you need to mute the microphone in the gaming device settings or in the Game settings.

How to use it on PS4?
l Insert the 3.5mm audio jack into the Gamepad.
l Long pressing the PS4 button to enter the system settings.
l Select "Adjust Sound and Devices" ---> "Output to the headphones" ---> "All Audio".
l If you have selected "Chat Audio", you can hear the conversation only.
How to use it on Xbox Controller?
l Please make sure you are using the latest version of Xbox. Past version of Xbox did not have
3.5mm audio port, it needs an adaptor.
l Once you plug the Xbox controller into the PC, make sure the software drive is installed, and
the controller light is on.
l The 3.5mm audio jack on the headphones should be fully plugged into the controller.
l After you see the option "Headsets (Xbox Controller)" in the PC audio output settings, you
can use the headphones normally then.
Regarding Compatibility
l Compatible with the latest version of laptops, Xbox one, PS4, Nintendo Switch, mobile
phone, tablet.
l NOT compatible with iPhone and other apple devices.
Troubleshooting
【
Sound is too low or no sound
】
l Make sure that your audio devices work properly, and sound button has been turned on.
l Turn up the sound volume, ensure the 3.5mm audio jack works properly.
l Once plugged in the headphone, some PC / laptops need to select the input audio device in
the audio input setting. Please select the headphone as the input audio device.

Microphone did not work
】
l Make sure you had turned on the in-game microphone settings.
l Make sure the microphone in gaming device is on.
l Ensure that the detachable microphone is plugged in properly, also the audio jack and audio
port are not dirty.
l Make sure you have used the audio adaptor cable properly for PC.
l Once plugged in the headphone, some PC / laptops need to select the input audio device in
the audio input settings. Please select the headphone as the input audio device.

LED light did not work
】
l Please make sure the USB cable of the headphone is plugged into a USB port with enough
power supply.
l For gaming devices without a USB port, please connect with an extra power source, like
power bank, etc...

Can’t use with Xbox / PS4
】
l Please ensure you are using the latest version of Xbox, which is equipped with 3.5mm audio
port.
l Please ensure the 3.5mm audio jack of the headphone has been plugged properly into the
Xbox / PS4.
l Please set your Xbox / PS4’s audio input device in the operating system correctly.
